There are conservatives in Congress? Who knew?

I don´t think it´s too late until they vote, but they should seriously consider cutting Boehner off at the knees quickly. If he sides with Obama, he´s a traitor too.

Boehner has betrayed conservative principles too many times. This has damaged the Republican brand and convinced many people that the GOP is merely "Democrat-lite" If the Republicans want to maintain any integrity at all, they need to can Boehner post-haste. His replacement? Since one does not actually have to be an elected member of Congress in order to be its speaker, I would suggest Newt.

It’s time to cut this Government off at the knees; we must stop the cash flowing in to this behemoth money pit. If the 57.4 million voters who did not agree with this “potus´s”, domestic and foreign monetary policies, would stop its discretionary buying, slow W4 employment tax collections and spend more quality time with our families. the cash short fall would turn Government Kings to paupers

Bankrupting our current government is the only way to start fresh and rebuild our beloved freedoms. We must become a part of our own rescue, Congress, the Judiciary, and the Executive Branches have failed the people and can no longer be trusted to look out for our nation and peoples best interest

This stupid Bloomberg survey last week said over 50% of Republicans supported higher taxes. I don´t believe that for a second but it´s just more fodder to make tax increases look more inevitable.

Boehner doesn´t need these conservative´s votes to get a tax increase through he´ll have House dems to make up the difference. Then it becomes a senate filibuster issue which I don´t have a lot of confidence in McConnell is just as wishy washy as Boehner.

One of the biggest sellouts on this is sen. Colburn who apparently has had a alien invasion taken over his brain.He´s the least person I would expect to go for higher taxes. May not matter if this thing gets a 3 month extension,he´ll be gone in the new congress.

What a lie. More than conservatives are bashing him. I don´t understand how he can live with himself doing what he is doing.

I think we need some recall elections. We need to put the fear of God and the electorate in these "Representatives".

I remember when Newt was running for the presidency not long ago but no one would vote for him because he had too much baggage and his wife had helmet hair. Bet if he had had the election rug pulled from under him, he wouldn´t have taken his jacks and gone home, saying nothing! Yes, I would have supported him wholeheartedly!
