| Barack Obama says he´s a Christian. Good for him (and for the Gospel). But rarely has a Christian paid such obeisance to another faith and ideology. The president´s bow and scrape to Islam knows no end. That´s not so good. The U.S. Army is soon to issue a handbook instructing soldiers to copy Mr. Obama´s example of when and how to defer to an alien ideology that stands against everything Americans are taught, whether by faith, ethics, morals or another code of good conduct. The new manual, which runs to 75 pages, orders American military personnel to refrain from saying

I´m not sure here. I can see the virtue of repeatedly telling the most backward and ignorant branch of Islam that it´s perfectly all right to marry cousins, keep half the population from getting an education, and avoid science and technology as Western devil´s work. We can´t improve on the process they themselves have developed for keeping them under boot.

I´m not so sure the idiots responsible for this latest piece of work are trying to normalize barbarism and Islam for the troops. Maybe they are, but it looks to me like they have issued what they regard as a self-defense manual. The spirit of the 75 pages seems to be "Don´t make our Afghan allies mad or get them upset or they may kill you." We are being asked to believe that a substantial number of murders of "U.N. forces" by Afghan "allies" are the unfortunate result of personal, political discussions that have degenerated into heated arguments that led to the gunning down of "U.N. forces," often without warning and sometimes from behind. Taliban claims to have infiltrated and to be responsible for such crimes are downplayed by U.S. press releases, since to accept such a narrative would cast serious doubt on the current strategy and exit strategy in Afghanistan. Better to view these regrettable incidents as isolated interpersonal conflicts resulting for cultural insensitivity - ours, of course.
In a broader sense, of course, it is also about celebrating diversity and being loved. American military policy today consists of being so nice, kind, generous, tolerant and respect of actual and potential enemies that, try as they might, they just won´t be able not to give in and love us. Hey, we are your friends, OK? We are only trying to help you. Honest.

The troops are smarter than this. They will always know who the enemy is. Obama and the bootlicking PC generals will be held responsible by the soldiers for every green on green assault. The discontent will continue to build.....

Not that I´m a prognosticator, but I predict the term "frag" will once again come in vogue.
Soldiers facing a brutal enemy 24x7x365 and horrific experiences and then have this crap sandwich shoved down their throats will find some way of taking matters into their own hands.
Hey General, wanna come visit the front today?

Bring Them Home Now! Just exactly what are our soldiers there for? What if a US soldier sees an Afghan soldier raping a young girl or boy? Or beating his wife? Is he just supposed to say, "No problem dude. Don´t wanna step on your culture."? Because to do otherwise will put the US soldier at risk of reprimand, or punishment of some kind?
These soldiers have to refuse to go along with this and the American people need to back them up. Bring them home!!!

The New York Times reports the Department of Justice investigated national security leaks given to Times reporter David Sanger over his story last year about the Stuxnet virus by pulling all the email and phone records of government officials who communicated with the reporter. Last summer, Sanger reported the U.S. helped develop the Stuxnet virus and used it to attack Iran, becoming the first country to carry out a sustained cyber attack with the intent of destroying another country´s infrastructure. There was some hoopla and a hullaballoo about leaks and DOJ investigations, the Associated Press case, and now a

The Daily Beast reports that one of the Benghazi fall guys is refusing to take the fall. Raymond Maxwell was put on indefinite leave by the State Department after its Administrative Review Board (ARB) investigation of Benghazi for reasons that are still unknown to him. The person he claims made the decision to cast him out was Cheryl Mills--Hillary Clinton´s former chief of staff and counsel at the State Department. It is the second time Mills´ name has turned up during scrutiny of the State Department´s response to the attack. According to a new report by Josh Rogin: "On the

She thought she was making a topical political joke, but a co-creator of ‘The Daily Show’ managed to enrage many of her followers after tweeting joke about the Oklahoma tornado’s political motivations. ‘This tornado is in Oklahoma so clearly it has been ordered to only target conservatives,’ wrote comedian Lizz Winstead, in a tweet, around 3:30 Monday afternoon. The tweet was an apparent attempt at using the occasion of the May 20 twister to comment on the scandal currently plaguing the IRS and Obama administration. Winstead, co-creator and former head writer for ‘The Daily Show,’ promptly received a stream of angry responses

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the Obama administration’s denial of asylum granted to the Romeike family, who fled Germany over its strict anti-homeschooling laws. In a press release Tuesday, Michael Farris, founder and chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), said, “We believe the Sixth Circuit is wrong and we will appeal their decision. America has room for this family and we will do everything we can to help them.” The Romeikes fled Germany in 2008 when they were subjected to criminal prosecution for homeschooling, which is largely illegal in their country.

They are 1 percenters who are 100 percent despicable. Some wealthy Manhattan moms have figured out a way to cut the long lines at Disney World — by hiring disabled people to pose as family members so they and their kids can jump to the front, The Post has learned. The “black-market Disney guides” run $130 an hour, or $1,040 for an eight-hour day. “My daughter waited one minute to get on ‘It’s a Small World’ — the other kids had to wait 2 1/2 hours,” crowed one mom, who hired a disabled guide through Dream Tours Florida.

The shadow of Watergate is looming larger over the growing IRS and Associated Press leaks scandals amid I-know-nothing denials from the president and his attorney general, with Republicans smelling blood in the water and a former Nixon official saying the Obama administration needs to avoid the impulse to cover up. (snip) “This is how these situations unravel. First it gets blamed on some low-level employee and then it tracks back to Washington,” said Keith Appell, a Republican strategist based in Washington, D.C. “All the way back to Watergate when it was blamed on some third-rate burglary. The Internal Revenue Service scandal would be bad enough if the IRS just handled issues like collecting income taxes and granting nonprofit status. But the immensely powerful federal agency is about to become even more powerful with the arrival of national health care, and that makes the still-unfolding scandal even more troubling. (Snip) The IRS is critical to Obamacare. The structure created by the Affordable Care Act requires the government to know about both the health care coverage (or lack of it) and the financial resources of every American. The IRS, which already knows the latter, was the only

Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

WASHINGTON —In a dramatic departure from existing White House procedures, President Obama requested today that his staff start cc’ing him on stuff. “Look, I know a lot of you think I’m really busy and you don’t want to bother me,” the President reportedly told his staff in an Oval Office meeting. “But cc me anyway. It’s good for me to keep up on what’s going on around here.” “It’s not good when I turn on the news and they’re talking about something at the White House and I’m like, whoa, when did that happen?”

A Washington state Democrat is accusing Republicans of “throwing American infrastructure … under the bus” after a bridge collapse there this week. The portion of Interstate 5 in Washington that runs over the Skagit River collapsed on Thursday after a truck hit an overhead support structure, but Rep. Jim McDermott (D-Wash.) cited the incident in an interview as proof Republicans were blocking infrastructure investment to hurt President Obama politically. “Well, they have clearly spent the whole last five years trying to tear the president down, but they have done it by throwing the American infrastructure and

Abuse Of Power: Any scandal investigation that expects a "Eureka!" moment, a White House e-mail, or Oval Office smoking gun will be misguided. In fact, the dots are already connected directly to the president. Barack Obama is not foolish enough to have a tape recording system hidden in his desk. And his administration staff are not careless enough to send one another incriminating e-mails. If the president was behind the IRS unlawfully harassing conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, we can be sure the communications were all sotto voce and in persona, like any good Chicago political operator.
