And it´s a simple phrase, "why should anyone be forced to join a union to have a job"?

No one is saying someone can´t join a union, or a group can organize a union.

And the union should HAVE to collect their own dues instead of having them automatically deducted like your social security tax that´s directly deposited into the union bank.
Otherwise, the state should charge X dollars (same as the union due amount IMO) for the service of taking out the money.
Why should it be free labor?

Unions do not need more political clout, they already have obama in their pocket.

Just a head´s-up to people in states and/or cities who want to get a ´right to work´ measure or a pension reform item on their ballot: Here in California, last month, a SEIU official hoping to subvert a planned push for pension reform in the city of Los Angeles, openly admitted that the submission of bogus signatures was part of the union battle plan. When the Unions submitted the bogus signatures, the people honestly trying to get enough signatures were snookered into thinking they had enough to qualify it for the ballot. When the trickery was discovered, it was too late to get more before the deadline.

There really is an uncivil-war going on out here.

This will certainly be an atomic wedgie for the dem lib union thugs. They gotta feel a bit of discomfort when they wear their panties too tight.
