US Army Manual Blames Afghan
Attacks on US Troops on
American ‘Cultural Ignorance’

The new US Army handbook for our soldiers operating in Afghanistan literally blames America first, for the 63 US troops who have been murdered by Afghan soldiers and police they were attempting to train. A draft of the handbook, which has not be published yet, was leaked to the Wall Street Journal.According to the manual: “Better situational awareness/understanding of Afghan culture will help better prepare [troops] to more effectively partner and to avoid cultural conflict that can lead toward green-on-blue violence.” Fine, that doesn’t sound out of line at first read.

Comments:
This is so outrageous and depressing! Who are the radical leftists that prepared this new handbook?? If it wasn´t so tragic it would be hilarious.

We are witnessing the rot and decay of our once unparalleled military! This is disgraceful and sickening to say the least!

So U.S. soldiers are murdered because they deserve it?
Someone should serve time for this libel.

A fish rots from the head on down.
So does a corpse.
And now, we see, so does the US Military.

It got its start in the halls of the Criminal Institution known as Congress - once one of the three co-equal branches of government (according to the once-authoritative US Constitution.) The year was 1975 -

In 1975, then President Ford, signed Public Law 94-106 requiring the services to open the hallowed halls of West Point, Annapolis, and the Air Force Academy to women. Since this beginning of yet another "social experiment" in the military, we have seen:

1. the loss of the warrior spirit at West Point (especially in their athletic program - especially football... now one of the worst teams in America year in and year out).

2. the ever-growing allegations of rape and political incorrectness toward women

3. the institution of BI-GAY-LESBIAN-TRANSGENDER clubs at all the academies

4. pictures of male marines kissing in public at airport reunions

NOW - this politically correct ´fertilizer´

Look at the senior military uniform-attired folks in Washington and the Pentagon... every one a politically correct, political appointee.

This is really sad to those of us who were in the military and lost buddies back before the so-called ´political leadership´ in DC made our national defense a PC shambles.

Good men and women will die, will live out lives burdened with crippling injuries, and they have and they are already, because of the social engineering by the Left, and the spineless acquiescence of the Republicans.

Every one of the criminally-despicable responsible for this truly tragic outcome should be forced to take three wounded warriors into their homes for a year.

Then we´ll see whether these policy-setters can learn.

Had enough?

What they need to know about the Pashtoon and Dari speakers is that they are rabid, feral dogs who will return to killing each other as soon as we leave.

Americans have NO IDEA.

It´s not just another culture.

It´s 800 years ago with cell phones.

Stockholm Syndrome aka identification with the aggressor. An individual who is powerless -a child, a Jew in a concentration camp, a hostage, Patty Hearst, American military personnel in Afghanistan etc.- takes on the values and beliefs of the more powerful and dangerous aggressor as a mental defense mechanism.

#8, a correction. LPs (Libtards/Progtards) have no conscience and can´t be shamed, humiliated or brought to their senses (we lack the resources for that much psychiatric care).
Instead, "Every one of the criminally-despicable responsible for this truly tragic outcome should be given a fair, 5 min trial and then immediately hanged or put against a wall for a firing squad, their choice." LPs are all about ´fair´ and ´choice´ so we should respect that.

Unbelievable. I have no idea why anyone would enlist under this administration.

The destruction of this country is coming much faster than any of us can comprehend.

#12: Because every one of those enlistees is better than anyone in the Administration, and they know they´re swearing to support the Constitution, not Obama.

Great. I have a son at Quantico. At least for now the Marines seem to have avoided the military death-wish that the Army has apparently adopted.

Yet, the writer doesn´t hesitate to parrot the administration´s use of the casual euphemism "green on blue violence´. Sounds like dodgeball in gym class rather than the murder of American soldiers by a bunch of neanderthal pedophiles. Can I still say that?

Obama to troops: "Tie your hands behind your backs and keep your mouths shut".

Hoffa tells Obama the union members are his army, and they are ready to take their enemies (Republicans and Conservatives) out.

Obama to "union army": silence - or, maybe dog whistles.

"Let´s face facts: the American media is in an abusive relationship with Obama." So marvelously said Dennis Miller on Fox New´s the O´Reilly Factor in a discussion about the Internal Revenue Service scandal Wednesday (video follows with transcript and absolutely no need for additional commentary): DENNIS MILLER: Nobody in the press is going to bear in on this. Let´s face facts: the American media is in an abusive relationship with Obama. They don´t quite know what to do. If you take the New York Times, you could refer to it as "Fifty Shades of Grey Lady."

The signs keep accumulating that the IRS scandal is worse than liberals are willing to concede. On Bill Press´s radio show yesterday, a reporter with left-leaning Politico told Press that the Internal Revenue Service dragging its feet on applications for tax-exempt status from tea party groups probably affected the outcome of last year´s election. (Video after the jump) Here´s what Politico´s Lauren French told Press (audio) -- PRESS: So, Lauren, you´ve been covering this IRS scandal. How big is it really? How serious is it really, do you think? FRENCH:

On Wednesday, CNN anchor Jake Tapper dug into the controversial way in which members of President Barack Obama’s administration have apparently tried to intimidate whistleblowers in the government and the journalists that would investigate their stories. Tapper said that some, including the New York Times editorial board, have described the administration’s actions as “threatening fundamental freedoms of the press.” He warned Obama’s supporters to remember the precedent his administration is setting when a Republican next occupies the Oval Office. Tapper noted that the scandal surrounding the subpoenaing of Fox News reporter James Rosen’s personal telephone and email

Even though 132 members of Congress sent former Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman letters about the IRS targeting of conservative groups, Shulman reiterated Wednesday that he did not have the full story until the inspector general’s report came out. “In the two years that this targeting was taking place, did any member of Congress contact you? Write you? About this particular subject? Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan asked during a House Oversight hearing. “Did you get letters from Congress?”

The chief judge of the District’s federal court issued an unusual order Wednesday, apologizing to the public and the media for not making certain court documents widely available online. The gesture of transparency by U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth comes at a time when the Obama administration is under scrutiny for an unprecedented number of leak investigations, including one showing that the Justice Department had secretly probed the news-gathering activities of Fox News reporter James Rosen. The investigation of Rosen was first reported Monday, after The Washington

In some other universe this would be shocking. In this universe it’s par for the course, and I don’t mean the golf course, but the guy who makes the golf course his second home. The US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Ronald C. Machen – the man responsible for the aggressive surveillance and phone record scrutiny at Fox News – is also a big donor to the Obama Campaigns. At the time of his appointment, the Washington Post wrote a profile on Machen including this tidbit: Over the years, he has donated $4,350 to Obama’s campaigns.

Former Rep. I’m running for mayor because I’ve been fighting for the middle class and those struggling to make it for my entire life.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.
