Windmills and solar panels that are used for the purpose of generating 110VAC power should be taxed very heavily as well since they are net energy sinks that ultimately require the use of fossil fuel to make up the loss.
Total electric cars should get a heavy tax since their inefficient use of energy leads to more fossil energy usage.
