| JALALABAD, Afghanistan - Unknown gunmen shot dead a senior female government worker on Monday, officials in eastern Afghanistan said, five months after her predecessor was killed in a bomb attack. Violence against women appears to be on the rise in Afghanistan, which activists and some lawmakers blame on what they say is waning interest in women´s rights on the part of President Hamid Karzai´s government, claims he denies. Nadia Sediqqi, acting head of the women´s affairs department in Laghman province, was killed as she headed to work in the capital Mehtar Lam,

Did Romney win the the presidency of Afghanistan? This is now Obama portrayed Mitt in Obama´s war on women theme; cruel, uncaring and by somehow denying a long-laid off employee´s spouse medical care, killing her with cancer.
Hilary will neither host nor attend a Women´s Empowerment Conference in Kabul, let alone mention the death of another Nadia. HRC is off to Morocco tomorrow for a conference on how to kill the Syrian president that she called a "reformer" in late 2010, Assad. Assad is surely the only reformer possessing stockpiles of Sarin gas. Neither will Nancy Pelosi, who traveled to Damascus in 2007 in order to undermine President Bush´s attempts to isolate the Syrian dictator.

More evidence that the real war on women is being waged by radical Islam and not Republicans. But to the Democrats and the msm it´s the Republicans who are a greater threat to women. Up is now down and down is now up. Killing of prominent, educated women and so called "honor killing" of women and girls for some reason don´t seem to trouble feminists or Democrats. Oh well just let the killing continue without a putting up a fight. As long as women get free birth control in the US everything is just ok. How disgusting.

Let’s see if we can unravel one of the great mysteries of the Obama Administration. The latest invocations of the Incompetence Defense from President Obama, Eric Holder, and now the departing Acting IRS Commissioner (hilariously described by the Associated Press as “ousted,” even though he’s leaving exactly when he was originally scheduled to depart, in June) hold that all of these super-genius leaders found out about various outrages by watching the news, along with the rest of us. They have no idea what their subordinates do every day, until it blows up into a huge scandal on the evening news, and that’s why they should be left in charge of everything.

A year ago, The Associated Press discovered a foiled al-Qaida plot. Worried about the safety of an informant in the case, the CIA asked the AP to delay publishing the story until their spy could be secured. The AP agreed. Five days later, the CIA told the AP that their national security concerns were “no longer an issue.” As a seasoned AP team of reporters and editors made final edits to their scoop, the CIA backtracked and asked the AP to delay the story one more day. New national security concerns? Nope. The only concern was about public relations.

The White House on Wednesday released 94 pages of emails between top administration and intelligence officials who helped shape the talking points about the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that the CIA would provide to policymakers in both the legislative and executive branches.
