| A litter of picture purr-fect eight-week-old kittens have become an internet hit after their foster parent installed a webcam to capture their adorable antics around the clock. Nicknamed the Spice Kittens, Basil, Mace, Sage and Pepper have attracted more than 18,000 followers on live events website Livestream from their home in America. The 24/7 recording of the four internet starlets was launched by foster dad John Bartlett after they were born to to a stray named Rosemary on October 5. Awwww. It lightens the heart to watch these beautiful little creatures of God.
A little stray on my back porch give birth to an almost identical litter -- two "dilute" orange kittens, one dark orange kitty, and one dark kitty. I took them inside to keep the tiny things warm ... and twelve years later, I still have two of the little guys (who are now large and fat).
There appears to be one photo that is mislabeled. "Rosemary" (as the mama is appropriately named) is a calico in most of the pictures; but one shot shows a different mom. Maybe she was just babysitting?

I noticed the different "moms" also - At first I thought it might just be a different angle, but it is definitely two different moms! The babies are super sweet though!!!

Nato has handed over security for the whole of Afghanistan for the first time since the Taliban were ousted in 2001. At a ceremony in Kabul, President Hamid Karzai said that from Wednesday "our own security and military forces will lead all the security activities".
