| President Barack Obama made headlines months ago when he installed controversial nominees to key government positions, bypassing the U.S. Senate by declaring the Senate in recess so that Senate confirmation was not needed. Today a federal appeals court signaled that it might rule Obama’s move unconstitutional, and remove those officials from power. The U.S. Constitution says that Congress can by statute allow minor government players—“inferior officers”—to be appointed by the president, by Cabinet officers, or by the courts. But high-level administrative officials—called “principal officers”—must be nominated by the president, then confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

Why would anyone assume that Obama would listen to a federal judge. He has already ignored many fereral judge rulings without any consequence that I have seen. If there is an example where he has abided by a judicial ruling please let me know?

I don`t believe they will but if they should, Obama will take it to the Supreme`s. It they invalodate the appointments Obama will disregard their findings an they will stay on.
Barack is in full `screw everyone mode` right now. He could care less what anyone thinks. He has Big Media to cover his *** an it`s full steam ahead for his ideology.

Unfortunately, Breitbart´s headline writer made a serious error in calling them "recess appointments." They are not. And that´s why the case is in the courts.
Of course, that´s setting aside the far, far, far larger issue that he´s ineligible, and not legally President, so his every "official acct" is moot.
And then there remains the malfeasance of every state Secretary of State in 2008 and 2012 allowing him, unchallenged, on the ballot. That may be the greater scandal and failing.

Obambi, through his reckless disregard for law, might actually do what the American people can´t and that is to force the Judical branch to observe the constitituion. This case and Obambicare have the legal potential for the Courts to severely limit goobernment (back to where it was pre-Depression).

He hasn´t been re-elected until the Electoral College meets on the 17th.
If someone in the House of Representatives had the backbone to impeach him for any one of an almost uncountable number of unconstitutional actions he has taken before then, maybe the EC would revolt.
Twenty-four states do not even require the Electoral College delegates to vote the way they are "pledged." If only 17 states withheld their vote, "abstained" he would not be certified.
Obama won with 7 million fewer votes than he garnered in 2008, Romney lost with only 1 million fewer votes than McCain had...0bama has no mandate!

Correct the appointments were not legal.
Legal recess appointments end either on Dec. 31 the year they were made or 1 year from the appointed date unless confirmed by the senate with a floor vote before the end of the year term..

We now know that the Justice Department kept exceptionally close tabs on Fox News reporter James Rosen in 2010, following his trips in and out of the State Department, hacking his personal emails and phone calls. Normal newsgathering activities are being treated as criminal activities by the White House. But consider what the same White House had to say about Fox News back in 2009. You might remember the concerted effort by White House officials to brand the right-leaning Fox News as a bogus news outlet, unworthy of attention.

Michael Steinbach, former head of the FBI’s counterterrorism division and now special agent in charge of Miami, told over 30 congressional staffers in March of 2012 that, contrary to the White House´s classification, the bureau does not refer to the Fort Hood shooting as "workplace violence." As head of the FBI counterterrorism division, Steinbach oversaw the investigation into the mass murder at Texas Army base. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?"
