On last night’s Hannity, they showed a propaganda cartoon put out by a California teachers union. The cartoon, narrated by actor Ed Asner, demonizes wealthy people for their success. At one point it shows a rich man urinating on poor people. A Hannity producer caught up with Asner in New York and confronted him about this cartoon. Asner said, “I don’t remember a thing I said on it or what I said on it. I agreed to do it for California teachers. I approve this message.” Syndicated columnist Michelle Malkin reacted to Asner’s comments, saying, “I think

Comments:
What he says to the producer in the video will stun you. What a vile, filthy pig he is. It is shocking that an admitted Socialist who has made millions of dollars in this country can behave so reprehensibly. If people had been aware of his vile ideology the Mary Tyler Moore show would never have enabled him to become so wealthy. His behavior is absolutely sickening.

how convenient to have no memory of a project which paid so well. Democrats can´t remember whit when confronted with vulgarities but let anyone else tap their foot and they know the number of taps, the shoe size, sock and the shoe maker and they remember like it was a minute ago!

He is a typical Hollywood liberal -- they will stoop as low as it takes to get what they want for this country -- socialism or worse communism. But don´t touch their money, use other peoples money

Ed Asner has always been on my "skeevy" list. There´s something about him that was just very unpleasant.

Met him and Ted Knight one evening on St Thomas, USVI. I welcomed them to the islands. Knight was somewhat personable however Asner just wanted to know where the cigarette machine was. He made a great first impression.

A major Mumia defender. I hope the police take the long route if Asner ever needs them.

Just shows that he is a meat puppet that says other peoples words.

Of course he doesn´t remember. He´s a low IQ idiot with a short term memory problem. In school, we would call him learning disabled.

He sounds senile to me, like those old folks in the nursing home uttering obscene remarks about Romney. (Their families must have been so proud.) Of course Assner´s been an ardent socialist big mouth his whole career so maybe not.

Ed Asner can view his filth before liberal audiences from now on.

Liberals will sow vile seeds such as these until the self absorbed and angry idiots start killing the 1% then the likes of Asner will say it was only a joke.

Asner has always been known to be an A Hole since at least the 70s for those who pay attention. This isn´t anything different from what we know about him. When you pay to see things he´s in you support his idiocy.

Of course the old liberal gasbag doesn´t remmeber. Eddie the Grouch is what happens to leftists when they reach a certain age. Someone do this guy a favor. Shut him up, medicate him and put him back in the old folks home for retired actors. He is well past his expiration date.

When asked if he had any money, the producer should have accurately responded, "Considerably less than you do Mr. Asner".

When exactly was this clown´s opinion on anything relevant? Waste of time even addressing this non-issue. His views aren´t going to change, and any apology would be empty words.

Best to not pay the little troll any mind. He will be dead soon anyway. Mike Farrell will likely be the only attendee

We now know that the Justice Department kept exceptionally close tabs on Fox News reporter James Rosen in 2010, following his trips in and out of the State Department, hacking his personal emails and phone calls. Normal newsgathering activities are being treated as criminal activities by the White House. But consider what the same White House had to say about Fox News back in 2009. You might remember the concerted effort by White House officials to brand the right-leaning Fox News as a bogus news outlet, unworthy of attention.

Huma Abedin, former Secretary of State Hillary’s Clinton’s long time aide with extensive ties to Muslim Brotherhood groups, was granted an arrangement by the State Department to do outside consulting work, even as she remained a top advisor in the Department. Abedin did not disclose either the arrangement, or how much she earned from it, on her financial report, despite a requirement that public officials must disclose significant sources of income. Clinton advisor Philippe Reines contended she was under no obligation to do so. Abedin, who has served Clinton for 15 years, became a “special government employee”

A federal judge in Washington ruled in 2010 that the Justice Department was not required by law to notify Fox reporter James Rosen that prosecutors had obtained his emails in connection with an investigation into a leak about North Korean plans to test a nuclear weapon. In September 2010, Chief U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth overruled the conclusion of federal magistrate John Facciola that Rosen—whose Gmail account was searched—was entitled by law to be informed. Prosecutors contended that under the statute used to get Rosen´s emails, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, they were not

The Department of Justice released a statement moments ago amid reports of the department obtaining a subpoena in order to access Fox News reporter James Rosen´s personal emails. "Leaks of classified information to the press can pose a serious risk of harm to our national security and it is important that we pursue these matters using appropriate law enforcement tools. Such investigations and prosecutions, including this particular case, follow all applicable laws, regulations, and longstanding Department of Justice policies intended to safeguard the First Amendment interests of the press in reporting the news and the public in receiving it."

Michelle Malkin joined Megyn Kelly on Fox News Monday afternoon to discuss the latest developments in the investigation into the IRS targeting conservatives for audits. Malkin insisted it was not merely her “ideology” that has led to critique the Obama administration on their handling of the IRS issue and others, but rather the evidence she’s seen of their “bully brigade tactics” to “intimidate and criminalize their political opponents.” Malkin began by going after White House Press Secretary Jay Carney for his handling of the various Obama “scandals,” saying the “clown Carney press briefings have turned in

The Justice Department, already under fire for seizing AP phone records, also viewed e-mails of Fox News chief Washington correspondent James Rosen, calling him a criminal ´co-conspirator´ for his reporting. Fox News´ executive vice president of news, Michael Clemente, released a statement defending Rosen. The statement issued Monday afternoon is below: "We are outraged to learn today that James Rosen was named a criminal co-conspirator for simply doing his job as a reporter," Clemente said. Michael Steinbach, former head of the FBI’s counterterrorism division and now special agent in charge of Miami, told over 30 congressional staffers in March of 2012 that, contrary to the White House´s classification, the bureau does not refer to the Fort Hood shooting as "workplace violence." As head of the FBI counterterrorism division, Steinbach oversaw the investigation into the mass murder at Texas Army base. Steinbach made this claim during an unclassified counterterrorism briefing on Capitol Hill. “Do you guys teach your agents that Fort Hood was workplace violence?” one staffer asked.

What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript

White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

The Washington Post on Monday reported that Obama’s Department of Justice was investigating journalists before they started wiretapping the Associated Press – for one, Fox News correspondent James Rosen in 2010. Their headline wasn´t "Obama Team Also Spied on Fox News." Fox wasn´t in the headline, on A-1 or on A-12, where the story continued. Newly obtained court documents “reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010.” Reporter Ann Marimow began:

A senior adviser to President Obama mounted a combative defense of the administration on Sunday, saying the controversies enveloping the White House were the result of Republican lawmakers’ trying to “drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped-up hearings and false allegations.”The remarks came from Dan Pfeiffer, a member of the president’s inner circle, as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning talk shows in an effort to move the administration past what commentators have described as a “hell week” of controversy and missteps.

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?" Judge Andrew Napolitano explained that the question about guns comes out of a post-Sandy Hook executive order by President Obama, but it will be required under Obamacare.
