| The CIA removed references to al Qaeda in the talking points it drafted for United States Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice in what critics say is part of a broad pattern of politicization of intelligence under the Obama administration. Current and former intelligence and policy officials say that the politicization in the case of Benghazi appears to have involved policies that were designed to minimize the threat posed by Islamist terrorists in general and the al Qaeda terrorist group in particular prior to the Nov. 6 presidential election.

It´s more like trying to obscure the truth. These people must think Americans are really dumb. In light of recent election results, they may have a point. But we all heard and saw Clinton, Rice, Obama and all the usual suspects peddling the knowingly false narrative that the attacks were spontaneous demonstrations caused by an anti-Islam film for which the U.S. simply could not apologize enough. Clinton explained that our laws prevented us from beheading the filmmaker and hanging everyone else allegedly involved in the film. Obama bowed and scraped before a hostile anti-American United Nations and said how much most Americans loved and respected Islam and what a shame it was that a few "misguided" individuals who did not understand Islam would dare to insult the Prophet. Again he patiently explained why beheading and hanging blasphemers was not possible because of certain American "traditions." But America did find some totally unrelated and probably trumped up charge on which to arrest and imprison the filmmaker who, as far as I know, still languishes in durance vile.
This false story, a story the Obama administration KNEW from the beginning was false, was peddled and pushed for all it was worth for WEEKS. It´s on tape. We have the evidence. But with the help of their news media, the Obama administration is trying to flush all this down the Memory Hole and to change the subject to the irrelevant question of who said/did/wrote what among a dozen or more government agencies. It´s like there are so many people responsible, NOBODY is really responsible.
Baloney. Obama is responsible. He lied about what happened and instructed others to lie. They are STILL lying, this time about the original lying.

If Obama is allowed to get away with this, there is nothing to stop him from doing anything he wants. He has already decimated our economy, strangled small business, road-blocked our energy independence, and taken over our healthcare. He is in the process of dismantling our military capability and weakening America on every front.
Who or what is able to stop this power-hungry evil? We deride him as being a narcissistic, self-appointed king, but that is exactly what he is. So what if people make fun of him? Our Constitution, at the moment, isn´t worth the paper it´s printed on.

So why did Mitt Romney go along with the gag? He could have blown it wide open in the later debates. He didn´t. Why?
And why did he bother to have lunch in the White House?
Why did this seemingly good man get played?

This is just a lengthy statement of what we all knew already. What is not stated here is that Benghazi is about to become Fast and Furious II. In another article this morning, there is strong eviendence that guns supplied to the Libyan Rebels have ended up in the hands of the terrorists who attacked the compound. Zippy will, no doubt, get another pass on this as well. The slobbering media will fall all over themselves to make sure no blame what so ever is placed on Zippy´s shoulders.

This is what democrats do...lie, spin, and conveiently re-invent the "truth" then they turn into "parrots" and endlessly repeat, repeat, repeat. To the average person it is beyond believeable, but to the average democrat it is prophetic.

The American people are not stupid. The truth about the November election is so much worse than we are prepared to deal with. Read "Master Plan to Steal an Election" at www.brushfires-of-freedom.com/steal-an-election.html
Our ´numbed down´ culture doesn´t like ugly words like ´evil´. But it´s right in front of us, and there is no other word for it. It took us a long time to see the evil that was Hitler, but we finally did. So there´s hope.

"The links were tenuous and therefore it made sense to be cautious before naming perpetrators." [...] "No one wanted to prejudice a criminal investigation in its earliest stages."
This might be plausible, except there was no caution about blaming a Youtuber. Whoever this official is, is officially lying.
And isn´t it great that petty legalisms are in the way of American foreign policy? *No More Lawyer Presidents!*

It seems that judging all Americans but an enlightened few ( yourselves) as stupid is just another form of Obama like arrogance.

President Obama offers only weasel words to explain deaths in Libya and IRS abuses. He’s the master of verbal evasion. House Republicans need to replace debate with action to hold the president accountable on these issues. To get to the bottom of why four Americans died in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012, House Republicans should issue a formal resolution demanding to know where the president was on the night September 11 and what role he played. Obama needs to be put on the hot seat. Benghazi- For eight months, the White House has maneuvered

Much has been written and said about the astoundingly tone deaf performance of White House spokesman Jay Carney during this past month of scandals. The former journalist has lost the confidence of the people who were once his colleagues due to his unwillingness to tell the truth about his own deceptive statements (never mind those he represents in front of the press) about the Benghazi talking points or even to acknowledge that he has changed his story. The same applies to the shifting story he has told about the Internal Revenue Service scandal

A nonprofit connected to Rep. Corrine Brown (D., Fla.) and run by a local political power player overbilled Medicaid by nearly $1.4 million, the Florida Times-Union reported. According to an audit by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, the Community Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville overbilled Medicaid by nearly $1.4 million. Reggie Gaffney, a former Jacksonville Port Authority board member, runs the nonprofit, which provides medical services for mental illness, substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS for low-income residents. Former Cambridge neighbors of a Russian mixed martial arts brawler shot dead by an FBI agent early yesterday in Florida — after ?being questioned about his ties to the marathon bombing and a Waltham triple murder — said he was nasty. Ibragim Todashev, 27, also hung around with slain marathon bombing mastermind Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26 — swilling beer and eating chicken on a stoop on Harding Street, they said. “I was the happiest person when they moved. ... It’s a little more peaceful since they left,” a neighbor told the Herald yesterday of the Russian buddies.

The 2012 election season was filled with angry cries of “voter suppression,” almost all of them regarding attempts by states to require voter ID and otherwise improve ballot integrity. Bill Clinton warned that “there has never been — in my lifetime, since we got rid of the poll tax and all the other Jim Crow burdens on voting — the determined effort to limit the franchise that we see today.” Democratic-party chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz said “photo-ID laws, we think, are very similar to a poll tax.” All of this proved to be twaddle.

The Justice Department’s secret seizure of phone records from The Associated Press and its monitoring of Fox News reporter James Rosen are nothing less than thuggish attempts to criminalize the practice of journalism — the only profession specifically protected by the US Constitution. Free and open inquiry is also the cornerstone of our democracy, a legacy of the Enlightenment that found its clearest expression in the First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” By which the Founders specifically meant political speech. They understood that, even with the checks and balances

A blood-splattered jihadist with a meat cleaver in one hand declaring to a bystander’s smartphone camera “Allahu Akbar” and “we will always beat you” in a pronounced south London accent? While waiting twenty minutes for the police to arrive after he’s taken part in what seemed like a ritual assassination of a British soldier? Exactly what terrorist profile does this conform to? None. And that’s what concerns British terrorism officials. Is this bizarre episode the beginning of a new, unpredictable pattern of loners operating without any organized backing behind them, or a one-off?

Former Rep. I’m running for mayor because I’ve been fighting for the middle class and those struggling to make it for my entire life.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.

There’s really no reason for the press to suggest that the recent slew of scandals involving the Obama administration — Benghazi, the AP phone-record seizure, the snooping in James Rosen’s e-mail, the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups, and so on — are a confusing jumble. There is a very clear thread running through all of the administration’s actions: The U.S. deputy chief of mission in Libya, Gregory Hicks, says that he was told not to speak to a member of Congress about Benghazi without a State Department lawyer present, that he received a phone call from Hillary Clinton’s
