President Obama promised to help victims of Hurricane Sandy after the storm ravaged the East Coast. But after meeting with the president, one Staten Island family says he has broken that promise. Scott and Deidre McGrath joined Fox and Friends to tell their heartbreaking story. Scott spoke to the president after the storm, in what he described as a “staged” meeting. He said, “They put us into this tent and they wanted to make believe we were shopping for our products. Most of the residents that live in that area were never up there.” After waiting on line,

Seriously? You folks on Staten Island, you really thought he gives a rat´s arse about your plight? I´ll bet you are receiving more help from charitable organizations and volunteers than you are from government.

Those rabid white racists on Staten Island are confused, it was Bush who lied and did this to them.

President George W. bush was demonized for Katrina, when in fact the post storm damage was inflicted by Governor Blanco and Mayor Nagin.
President Zero makes a quick trip to the area hit by Sandy, Governor Fat Bast*rd kisses Zero´s butt, Zero wins reelection because of really stupid voters like this whining couple, and Zero´s teflon coating keeps him immune from his own incompetence.
I want the McGraths and those like them to shut up.

I think I may start an on-line business of the world´s tiniest violins. There will be a lot of liberals you can give one to in the next four years.

#5 - My anger with the media began to turn into something akin to hatred with the Katrina coverage. I am pretty sure the rescue effort was the largest, most successful rescue every conducted by anyone, anywhere - over 10,000 people by the National Guard and Coast Guard. They couldn´t report that because they had to destroy Bush and the Republicans.

Count your blessings. At least Stinky didn´t give you three weeks of orders on where you can and can´t go, what you can and can´t do, in your own neighborhood.

I hope you didn´t lose your tax records in the storm. You just might be getting audited.

It is still amazing how ignorant, blind, and gullible many Americans and those internationally.

BO has lied at the very least since he entered public office in IL. There is enough evidence to suggest he lied prior re: real estate deals, education, grades, financial aid and the source of tuition backing (but that is another issue).

Prior to 2008, through is first-term and now commencing his second term, there is not one "promise", statement or stance that he has not completely lied about. What is mind-blowing is often facts that reveal the lies are televised, recorded, and corroborated by others...yet very few people either notice or care.

Worse and even more shocking is that he harbors and parades blatant contempt for whites and jews, and yet they still vote for him in droves.

As his "Vote for Revenge Campaign" blanketed the nation for two years, this re-election provides him the hammer and sickle in which to exact his revenge upon the wealthy, the producers, the whites and the Israelis.

And what is equally as horrible is the Americans who detest this person, have no ability to exact their revenge upon him.

Right on #19. The Dems never learn. They don´t realize BHO uses them only to vote Democrapists into office. By the way BHO is looking for a way to beat the 22nd ammendment and go for a 3rd term.I´ll wager if that happens, your house will still not be taken care of to make it habitible after 4 years. EMPTY PROMISES and Angered Residents? You´ll vote for him again.

The Electoral College does not meet until December 17. If you live in a Republican State (24 States voted solidy Republican), convince your Electors to boycott the meeting on Dec. 17. The 12th Amendment will then be effective and the House will elect the President..DO IT NOW.

Since Sandy caused tens of billions of dollars worth of property damage throughout New York and New Jersey, it can´t be only Staten Islanders who are suffering.

However, it seems as if only Staten Islanders have enough courage to speak up about Obama´s empty promises.

It will take years to restore New York and New Jersey to pre-Sandy conditions, during which property values will decline and taxpayers will leave for other states unless FEMA, under the so-far malfeasant direction of Obama changes its ways.

But who will put pressure on Obama to do so? The governors of New York and New Jersey have been Obama´s biggest fans as they watch their citizens being abandoned to their misery.

Let´s hope the citizens of Staten Island will continue to hold angry townhalls and Fox News will continue to cover them so the world will know that New York and New Jersey still have pulses.

Not a lick of difference between Cuomo and Bloomberg and Blanco and Nagin.

Only difference now is that the msm is silent on the total failure of these liberal hacks. To say nothing of the failure of FEMA and Obamao.

I feel so bad for all those suffering because of Sandy. Their lives have been absolutely devastated and any politician going there for a photo op is lower than pond scum. These people are desperate and believed the most senior person in the U.S. government when he told them to their faces that he would take care of everything. Unfortunately it has taken this storm to open their eyes to what we have known for the last four years. Obama is incompetent and he is a liar.

Los Angeles County coroner´s officials said Wednesday the body recovered from a fiery, single-car crash in Hollywood that apparently killed journalist Michael Hastings will likely undergo an autopsy Thursday. But an official cause of death and closure of the case is not likely for four to six weeks or perhaps longer, they said. Coroner´s officials are hoping the results will answer why the accident happened. Officials were attempting to match dental records to help make a positive identification. The death of the 33-year-old Hastings was announced Tuesday by his employer, BuzzFeed,

Authorities are desperately looking at new ways to combat the city´s crippling recession - one possiblity could be halving its size. Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson believes letting vast expanses of the city, founded in 1906 by the US Steel Corporation, return to nature might be a solution. ´I’d like to see 100,000 folks in Gary. News reports from the final debate between Democrat Ed Markey and Republican Gabriel Gomez conclude that Gomez, a first-time candidate and self-styled "new kind of Republican," delivered a strong performance. With just days left in the campaign before the June 25 special election for Senate, Gomez has trailed Markey, a 37-year veteran of the House, in every single poll. Markey currently leads by average of more than 9 points. But in the debate Tuesday night, Gomez hit Markey hard on the Democrat´s long Washington tenure, a running theme in the Republican´s campaign. The Obama administration has reportedly tried to enlist the NBA in helping it sell Obamacare to the American people. It’s unclear whether a potential marketing partnership would put big-name players at the center of ad campaigns or if it would be as simple as putting the NBA trademark on marketing materials, Politico first reported today. People can begin signing up for Obamacare in October, with the new insurance coverage kicking in next year. Many have speculated that the enrollment campaigns would benefit from a celebrity endorsement or partnership with a major sports league.

A group of whistleblowers, including a number of aviation experts, have come forward in a new documentary to claim that the official explanation for the crash of TWA Flight 800 was wrong and a gas tank explosion did not bring down the flight off the coast of Long Island 17 years ago. However, the six whistleblowers, all part of the original investigation team, stopped short of saying the plane was shot down. Flight 800, a Boeing 747, had just taken off from JFK airport with 230 people aboard on July 17, 1996 enroute to Paris when it exploded

Judging from some of the pointed questions he´s been asked and the reaction to newly leaked revelations over the past few days, it´s clear that much of the sympathy and support Snowden had built up for his early exposures is eroding. Many Americans supported his decision to leak information about a pair of National Security Agency surveillance programs, which, he detailed, gathered information

I kept waiting for the part when he would say something interesting, but, about three quarters of the way through, realised it wasn’t going to come. Judging from television pictures some of his young audience felt the same, after the initial rush of euphoria of receiving the rock star president in their midst had passed. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. We’ll come back in a minute to Senator Rubio and Congressman Ryan. For those who came in late, a year before the IRS scandals burst onto the scene in early May of 2013, an alert investigative reporter for WTHR-Indianapolis (Channel 13), Bob Segall by name, produced a stunning piece of journalism. Segall’s video report is found here and we will quote from his story for the basics.
