Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delivered a major foreign policy speech to the Brookings Institution yesterday, highlighting her record of diplomacy with Europe. “I must begin by being very frank,” Clinton said. “When President Obama and I came into office, this relationship was frayed.” She added, “From day one, President Obama and I made clear that if we were going to make progress, we had to do the hard work of renewing and reinvigorating our partnerships around the world, and that began with Europe.” Clinton praised America’s record of partnership with Europe rising to meet foreign policy challenges

Comments:
Heavy sigh. We have always known Democrats are completely delusional.

Gosh, I wonder why no one in Europe but the Serbs stood with the administration when it came to voting against Palestinian statehood? What does she have on them?

What complete blue sky BS! These Democrats are so arrogant and disdainful that they feel they can say anything they like and get away with it! The reality check is that our relationships have deteriorated everywhere except with the Muslm Brotherhood and their ilk. The most sickening aspect of this story is that Clinton is very likely to be the next President!

She (and they) just make stuff up and blurt it out, expecting the unwashed masses to believe it. It feels like Russia at the turn of the century with the Bolsheviks in power.

Frankly, I´m sick of ALL of them; Clintons, Obamas, Pelosi, Reid, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarett...you get the picture.

The GOP should attack Hillary´s 2016 ambitions relentlessly starting now. That´s how the Dems do it. There is plenty of baggage and scandal galore to use. Especially now with Benghazigate and the deaths of her employees, for which she is not being held accountable.

I guess that England is no longer part of Europe, nor Poland, nor the Czech Republic. What a delusional hag Mrs. Clinton is. She needs to retire and stay retired. Maybe she and Huma can buy a nice house in Gaza near the sea.

She is banking on the stupidity of her audience. Or their blind devotion to the Messiah and his appointees/apostles and whatever spews from their lying mouths. They are living in a fantasy world at best. Or they actually believe their own lies. Maybe she means they have bonded with their fellow socialists/marxists. No matter what it´s crazy. I´m beginning to find myself more and more furious after reading the news each day. Has there ever been an administration that blamed its predecessor more than this one.

The recent election shows that these liberal Democrat politicians also known as Santa Clause can say whatever they wish, no matter how far their statements are removed from reality and reason, and will end up with at least 47% of this country believing them. Since Hillary Clinton will be running to replace Barack Obama in 2016 we will be hearing a lot more from her in the future.

What fairey land does Hillary exist in?

We are hated by a far larger portion of the the EU now than in the past 40 years.
The lack of anything like a coherent foreign policy is the primary cause.

The other causes is lack of lntegrity or credibility by a totally incompetent State department that has failed to condemn our enemies or help are allies.

She has a faithful, wonderful husband who works tirelessly on humanitarian causes and they have a beautiful daughter who will one day become president.

So, that´s why the French socialists are now pointing to Obama as their example in nationalization. As for Hillary, the fact that she did not have the common decency to resign after 4 Americans died under her watch at the still unexplained Bengahzi is a disgrace. The fact that she is riding on Obama´s coattails is nothing new -- that´s what Hillary does.

"Let´s face facts: the American media is in an abusive relationship with Obama." So marvelously said Dennis Miller on Fox New´s the O´Reilly Factor in a discussion about the Internal Revenue Service scandal Wednesday (video follows with transcript and absolutely no need for additional commentary): DENNIS MILLER: Nobody in the press is going to bear in on this. Let´s face facts: the American media is in an abusive relationship with Obama. They don´t quite know what to do. If you take the New York Times, you could refer to it as "Fifty Shades of Grey Lady."

On Wednesday, CNN anchor Jake Tapper dug into the controversial way in which members of President Barack Obama’s administration have apparently tried to intimidate whistleblowers in the government and the journalists that would investigate their stories. Tapper said that some, including the New York Times editorial board, have described the administration’s actions as “threatening fundamental freedoms of the press.” He warned Obama’s supporters to remember the precedent his administration is setting when a Republican next occupies the Oval Office. Tapper noted that the scandal surrounding the subpoenaing of Fox News reporter James Rosen’s personal telephone and email

Even though 132 members of Congress sent former Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman letters about the IRS targeting of conservative groups, Shulman reiterated Wednesday that he did not have the full story until the inspector general’s report came out. “In the two years that this targeting was taking place, did any member of Congress contact you? Write you? About this particular subject? Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan asked during a House Oversight hearing. “Did you get letters from Congress?”

The chief judge of the District’s federal court issued an unusual order Wednesday, apologizing to the public and the media for not making certain court documents widely available online. The gesture of transparency by U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth comes at a time when the Obama administration is under scrutiny for an unprecedented number of leak investigations, including one showing that the Justice Department had secretly probed the news-gathering activities of Fox News reporter James Rosen. The investigation of Rosen was first reported Monday, after The Washington

The US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Ronald C. At the time of his appointment, the Washington Post wrote a profile on Machen including this tidbit: Over the years, he has donated $4,350 to Obama’s campaigns.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.
