Rick Santelli Explodes At CNBC
Guest, Walks Off Camera: ‘I Can’t
Even Talk About It Anymore’

Rick Santelli got fired up this morning while he and and guest Steve Liesman were discussing the fiscal cliff. Santelli grew increasingly frustrated… eventually throwing his papers and walking off camera. “Why does he need to pump up his base and go on the road?” Santelli argued, referring to the president’s fiscal cliff campaigning. “He won!” Liesman argued that he has the ability to “extract” something from the base, that he “doesn’t owe them anything.” What should matter to the president, he said, “is his economic legacy.” “You want to get rid of the fiscal cliff uncertainty,” Liesman said.

Comments:
Mr. Santelli speaks (or yells) for all of us in his frustration with 0bama and the corrupt Democrats.

Santelli and others still don´t get it. Obama does not care about his economic legacy! His goal is to transform America and taking down the economy is part of the plan.

CNBC ( and its capering apes) is an entity on the left edge of the socialist Ministry of Truth. I only visit it by accident, or to see which suck-ups are advertising so as to avoid their merchandise.

I love Mr. Santelli!!! He should have his very own program instead of these dittwads that are featured on CNBC! But that will never happened...THE chief-money-launderer that occupeis the whitehouse will see to it that it doesn´t because he can´t handle the truth that Mr. Santelli speaks!

I want the Republican congress to welcome the fiscal cliff and let it happen - and remain there for the next 4 years.

Sometimes the only way to right a wrong is to wipe everything out and start over. Not enough people have suffered to understand the fault of electing Obama.

If the Republicans also lose seats so be it. It´s a sacrifice making.

bassman is correct. Obama is doing exactly what he set out to do...destroy America. He has always hated America and he is getting what he wants. Obama is evil, un-American, and an effing communist!! I am starting to foam..

The Washington Post carried a huge, almost life-size picture of Jay Carney’s head in the Style section on Friday. But it was designed as a pick-me-up for the embattled Obama spinner. It was a story about...Carney and his favorite rock band. “Benghazi and the IRS have kept Carney scrambling, and he hasn’t had much time to listen to ‘English Little League,’ the latest album from the Ohio indie-rock band [Guided by Voices] he has affectionately name-dropped in more than one news briefing.” Critics want Carney canned, but the Post wants him to feel happy about the “beer-soaked brilliance”

Washington - Republican Gov. Chris Christie doesn´t have politics on his mind ahead of President Barack Obama´s visit to his state next week. Unsurprisingly the New Jersey firebrand said he is focused on his job as governor and will welcome Obama to the state roughly seven months after superstorm Sandy hit the East Coast. "If the president wants to come back here and see the progress himself, I never worry about that stuff," Christie said Friday morning on NBC´s "Today." "I worry about doing my job." The first-term governor and potential 2016 presidential candidate received national

First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative is praising textbook publishers for “swapping out cupcakes for apples in math problems,” in a campaign to incorporate health information into the learning resources for kids. “Today at the White House, we celebrated a group of educational publishers on their development of voluntary guidance to incorporate health information into textbooks and other learning materials,” Let’s Move! said in a blog post entitled, “Cookies 2 Carrots,” on Wednesday. “Publishers are making simple changes, like swapping out cupcakes for apples in math problems,” the anti-obesity initiative noted.

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

America´s 100 million cable and satellite subscribers are forced to pay ever-higher bills for a growing number of channels they do not watch. The American people are being ripped off. Meanwhile, services such as iTunes and Netflix have led a revolution in how consumers purchase and experience music and video entertainment. They have upended entire industries to allow consumers to buy digital content where they want, when they want. Amid all this change, two entrenched interests — the cable television and video programming industries — have teamed up to use federal regulations to stack the deck against consumers.

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

The public got its first look Thursday at Lois Lerner, who has gone from faceless IRS bureaucrat to the face that launched what feels like 1,000 congressional hearings and conspiracy theories. But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. (Snip)She did make a short statement to declare her innocence, however. Lerner´s motivation was more transparent than much of what the IRS has done in connection with this controversy. She was determined to

When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

What´s so interesting about 60 tea partiers protesting the IRS in San Jose, California on Tuesday, May 21st? The fact that this bit of information was conveyed to the protesters by a Department of Homeland Security officer who was also in attendance. What was a DHS agent doing at the San Jose Tea Party protest? On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”
