This is even more absurd than usual from the NYTimes. When I saw this I looked to see if it were from "The Onion". It is the sort of whimsical parody that they would print.

The spectacular success of the Chicago school system is because of Duncan´s skill and expertise. His working closely and negotiating with the union have produced a school system that is the envy of the world. The graduation rate this year is 60% for 5 years of school at $13,000 per student per year.

If that isn´t success, I don´t know what is. Me and Tommy boy know a good man when we see one.
