| Mainly, I lead a quiet, writer’s life. I read, I write, I listen to music, I gaze out my window.(snip) I read online and I read hardcopies of the Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, the New York Times, the New York Review of Books, the Jewish media, the feminist media and the conservative media. I am a thoughtful person. I do not deserve to be misled so purposely and so continuously, day after day, every single day; as well as year after year.

So far we have not accomplished a single beheading, not one stoning, not a single honor killing or suicide bombing.

Morally vainglorious cowards in denial and victims of Stockholm syndrome. A disgrace to America, their profession, and humanity itself. There have, of course, always been poor specimens of humanity like this. The problem today is that they control and represent the intelligentsia, including the universities. They are manifestations of a dangerous and widespread moral and intellectual decadence among the very people society depends upon to think clearly, honestly and courageously about serious problems we face. They are a kind of unwitting Fifth Column - and by far the biggest danger facing the American republic today.

I grew up with people like Chesler. I wouldn´t be at all surprised if, at some point, we were at a party together as teenagers. Perhaps that is why this article exasperates me to the point of breathlessness. HEY PHYLLIS, IF YOU HAD BEEN PAYING ATTENTION FOR THE PAST 40 YEARS AND NOT ADVANCING YOUR INSANE FEMINIST AGENDA YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN DECADES AGO THAT THE TIMES WAS LIKE THIS. But NOOOOOO! We have to "respect" the Times and put up with their garbage because they are THE NEW YORK TIMES, THE PAPER OF RECORD (whatever that idiotic term of art means). Suddenly NOW you realize that the Times has been lying to you. Well, I suppose a more gracious man would say, "How nice to see you at the party at last Phyliss. We have been waiting for you." But, you and your ilk taught me not to be gracious to women because it was sexist. So, honestly, I´m annoyed that it has taken you this long to suddenly and keenly GRASP THE OBVIOUS.

After double-digit gains during last year’s presidential election, May 13-17 saw the progressive-aligned “Lean Forward” news network hit new lows as the IRS scandal erupted and revelations that the Justice Department secretly obtained AP records became public. WASHINGTON - Lawmakers are getting their first chance to question the former head of the Internal Revenue Service, the man who ran the agency when agents were improperly targeting tea party groups. Some of the questions on Tuesday will be direct: What did you know, and when did you know it? They also want to know why former IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman didn´t tell Congress that agents had been singling out conservative political groups for additional scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt status - even after he was briefed.

White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups.
