Another laughable Benghazi lie

More than two months after an Islamist attack on the American consulate in Benghazi that left four Americans dead, including US Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens, we still don’t know what really happened that night — and, thanks to a secretive White House and an incurious Washington press corps, we probably never will. Not officially, that is. But there’s no real mystery about it. From the evidence that’s emerged in dribs and drabs since the Sept. 11 calamity, it’s clear that Ansar al-Sharia, a Libyan al Qaeda-affiliated group coordinating with its allies elsewhere

Democrats seem entirely cool and chill with the idea that Chris Stevens and three other brave Americans were sacrificed, literally, to make sure Obama won the election. They are compassionate, aren´t they, those Democrats?

The current president is despicable. In a previous time he would not have been tolerated. His crimes, lack of character, and disregard of the Constitution make him more than unfit for the job.

His narcissistic sense of entitlement is astounding.

"allies elsewhere"? Like maybe in the White House?

In this new country, isn´t it amazing what we tolerate now and our forebears would have run out of power (or tarred and feathered)?
Remember, in this new country, four white people dead is no big deal, especially if our potus was entertained for 9 hours watching it happen live. Remember how bored he was when the bodies arrived? States voting on getting stoned or committing suicide instead of working to create jobs and balance their budgets.
Teaching children the "facts" of life instead of reading, writing and arithmetic. High unemployment, high taxes, and a complete re-ordering of our society while tossing out the Constitution. ALL voted for by this new country. The people who created this country left decaying and failing countries and created a beauty. Wonder where the new pilgrims from this country will go?

There is one title that Obama has that no other president can claim.

The worst president in history!

Of course some would add .. The biggest documented liar in history, even surpassing Clinton.

I wish just one REAL journalist could ask O the following question: Mr. President, if, when you first knew of the threat to the lives of Stevens and the others, you had ordered them to be rescued by any means necessary...who would have stopped you?

What if Ambassador Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty, and Sean Smith were black, would we then thoroughly investigate who let them be murdered?

(Please remember their names. It is getting hard to find their names on the internet. They are rapidly becoming "the 4 Americans killed in Benghazi.")

Head´s up... I did hear recently a brief report that Benghazi...an open dispute has broke out with the White House and the State Dept. wanting to further "restrict the use of armed predator drones "...while the DOD and the CIA want to continue to use the predators to kill terrorists when needed. There were predators in the area on Sept. 11,2012 and I do recall about the same time a Aircraft carrier group CO was replaced quickly. Any connection ?

Re #4 "Where will the pilgrims from this country go?" Great question which more people will be asking themselves in the coming years. I love this country, I love the ideals and the freedom we used to have that is sadly slipping away. I want America to be the undisputed leader of the free world not the welfare nanny state of the world. America is the home of opportunity for all in careers and business and land ownership, now all slipping away. There will not be that same opportunity for upward mobility for my grandchildren because of government. If it gets as bad as some conservatives think, where in the world do we go?

How this story is being ignored by the Press and how the administration is getting a pass on a massive cover-up is a sad reflection of how much further America has slipped into the Democrat gutter.

#10, Go? It´s up to Americans to take back their country from the communists (or whatever you want to call them). That´s why the 2nd amendment was enshrined in the BOR and why the founders expected citizens to closely watch their representatives. Americans seriously outnumber the communists. Lets look at a few facts:

1) A majority of Americans didn´t elect the O´tard. Approximately 61 million out of an estimated 219 million eligible voters supposedly did. I use the word supposedly due to the vote fraud committed by the libtards. That´s less than 30% according to my calculator.

2)Upwards of 70% of Americans align with conservative principals, not libtard or libtard-lite principals.

3) Over 100 million firearms in this country.

That says the libatrds are seriously outnumbered and is why they work so hard to control the propaganda networks and media to make gullible conservatives think they are in the minority. Also why they work so hard to indoctrinate children through the government propaganda centers.

Do the math and wake up, conservatives!

Regarding #10: Dear Tiger Lily, Those are exactly the same things I fret about. I am watching my beloved country crumble and the young people--teenagers--don´t know, don´t care. But I was raised during WW2, and air raid sirens (practice only) rationing, and Patriotism, whatever that is.

I have no idea if this is true, but it certainly offers a more plausible explanation for the Benghazi nightmare than Obama provided.

The following was posted on Facebook on Ann Romney´s page:

According to sources in the State Department and the CIA, and intercepted communications from the Muslim Brotherhood, Obama "staged" the attack in Benghazi in order to create a monumental "October Surprise" that would guarantee him re-election.

Comment: Obama has no idea what he’s doing; he and his people are incorrigible fools. Yes, this was a tragedy--Americans died, but if it helps impeach that filthy traitor before he fully implements his dictatorship, so much the better.

The MSM - Pravda - definitely has some ownership as to what happened in Benghazi, but so do the spineless members of Congress. They care little for the coarse of this great country and are more concerned that their little fiefdoms remain secure. They start investigations that go no where and then run for cover if someone mentions racism.

1. None of this matters
What matters is that Hillary Clinton denied elite armed security to an American consular mission in a war torn Islamic nation known for recruiting jihadists. That´s the real story

2. How come the two black women to rise to Cabinet level posts have both been named "Rice"?

#10 - I don´t about you and anyone else, but I´m not going anywhere. My country and the freedoms we once enjoyed are indeed being destroyed, as you say, but they are also well worth staying and fighting for - that was something our ancestors could not do in their own home countries.

Another thought:
Where is the media on the 30 or so others who were in Benghazi?

We´re taking friendly bets.

One group believes that Jamie Foxx´s messiah 0bama is so arrogant that he will double down and push through Ms. Rice as Sec of State.

Group two believes that 0bama will intentionally push and maximize the hatred and damage, and then withdraw her name citing the meanness and racism of Repubs.

We´re at 50/50 so far.

Obama was reelected. Americans for the most part don`t care about Benghazi. I doubt 1 in a 100 people on the street have even heard of this incident. Sad but true.

The only thing that shocks people these days is what Big Media tells them to be shocked about.

Obama will skate as usual. Dems never pay a price. Example? The GOP controls the House yet they - and we - will lose on taxes.

Reply 23. Mitt was convinced he would win. Until then, there was really not much he could do about this. I thought he would win also and it is our country´s tragedy that more people did not turn out to make sure it would happen.

When we read many posts on Lucianne we notice the infighting, the resentment of imagined slights, the "my way or the highway" attitude, the unrealistic expectations and the threats that the poster will no longer support the party, contriute or vote, will start a new party, as well as complaints about the inability of the House of Representatives to run the government single handedly.

We are not winners. We defeat ourselves. But we don´t blame ourselves.

#28 - - If you´ve ever played poker - - you´ll recognize that Milquetoast was playing with scared money - - and as any poker player knows - - scared money never wins.

To make a football analogy - - Milt was playing prevent defense - - and prevent defense never prevents what you want it to prevent.

Why wasn´t he more aggressive? Why didn´t he try to win BIG - - the way Reagan did - - twice - - instead of trying to hold on and squeak across?

We all know the answer - - because he´s a Pubbie - - and Pubbies are always a-scared and never win. No matter where you live in this country - - you can smell the fear coming from the Pubbies in DC right now.

And you can be certain - - 100% - - that the next nominee will be another certified Pubbie - - like Jeb or Chrissie or Mitch (Daniels) - - or another sure loser cut from the same tweed.

I guess I am dumb, but I don´t know what you are talking about "pubbies" --- what are they? I guess all of you could have done much better than Romney. I think that Romney could have brought some of the more "terrible" things about Obama out, but what good would it have done? The internet and movies were filled with the bad things about Obama and what good did it do? The people who voted for him did not believe any of it and they would not have believed Romney. Obama, with his czars, mafia men and thievery could not have been stopped. He will not be beat next time as I am convinced that he is grouming to be a dictator of this country, like Hitler, and no one can stop him. He is cunning and will find a way - not bold like the ruler of Egypt -- but very cunning and it will happen. We are doomed and there is no stopping Obama.

The frustration of losing our country, as we know it, is evident in this thread. But we have to adapt our fight. The Brits and French used to line up and walk toward each other shooting their guns and cannons, then came sharp shooters and ambushes, then came planes with bombs, then came jungle warfare, then came suicide bombers. We have to adapt in this current political war! We have these old fossils of "political advisers" telling our GOP candidates to move to the middle and be careful not to say anything offensive that they can use against you in a commercial.

While the left has had great success with combining all the single issue highly motivated voter groups in their common hatred of conservative principles, we try to appeal to the bored masses who sit home on election day. They lure the people who care more about their right to abort, their right to marry, their right to a government check than they do their country. We just have this milk toast approach that doesn´t motivate the masses to get off their asses and get in the fight.

The GOP power brokers are incapable of adjusting their methods and as rooted in keeping their power as the Ted Kennedys and Strom Thurmans were in Congress. We need to abandon the GOP and go with a new and smarter fight. The fight for our constitutional rights!

President Obama offers only weasel words to explain deaths in Libya and IRS abuses. He’s the master of verbal evasion. House Republicans need to replace debate with action to hold the president accountable on these issues. To get to the bottom of why four Americans died in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012, House Republicans should issue a formal resolution demanding to know where the president was on the night September 11 and what role he played. Obama needs to be put on the hot seat. Benghazi- For eight months, the White House has maneuvered

The 2012 election season was filled with angry cries of “voter suppression,” almost all of them regarding attempts by states to require voter ID and otherwise improve ballot integrity. Bill Clinton warned that “there has never been — in my lifetime, since we got rid of the poll tax and all the other Jim Crow burdens on voting — the determined effort to limit the franchise that we see today.” Democratic-party chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz said “photo-ID laws, we think, are very similar to a poll tax.” All of this proved to be twaddle.

The Justice Department’s secret seizure of phone records from The Associated Press and its monitoring of Fox News reporter James Rosen are nothing less than thuggish attempts to criminalize the practice of journalism — the only profession specifically protected by the US Constitution. Free and open inquiry is also the cornerstone of our democracy, a legacy of the Enlightenment that found its clearest expression in the First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” By which the Founders specifically meant political speech. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
