| The family of Mary Richardson Kennedy, the estranged wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who was found dead on May 16 apparently due to suicide, has hired investigators to examine many “unanswered questions” about her death. They may also file a wrongful death lawsuit against Robert Kennedy Jr. Mary Richardson Kennedy was found hanged in a barn on the couple’s Westchester estate, and the official cause of death was “asphyxiation due to hanging.” Sources told the New York Post that Mary’s family was in the process of “pursuing a wrongful-death action” and had many “concerns” about

Something that struck me as odd was the location of the hanging -- in a barn that seemed to be a fairly remote and old outbuilding.
A thought that occurred to me at the time was that someone didn´t want to "contaminate" the main house with a death inside of its walls. And indeed, that house is up for sale now.

Better late than never. One question of course is whether the investigators will be able to find a judge or a Grand Jury that is not in the tank for the Kennedy family.

Many of us wondered at the time. He is a callous man. Probably capable of doing this to tidy up his life and clear the way for his next wife, who has for some time been in his bed.

2, that all depends. In the case of Michael Skakel Kennedy, they were up against Martha Moxley´s equally powerful family, and old Mike is still doing time (parole denied last month).
There does seem to be a pattern here. I am reading The Patriarch: The Remarkable Life and Turbulent Times of Joseph P. Kennedy -- a new biography. What I am reading makes perfect sense in light of the Kennedy male behavior patterns.

An IRS supervisor working in Washington told congressional investigators that she personally reviewed applications from groups for tax-exempt status, in testimony that appears to show the agency’s scrutiny of conservative groups extended beyond the confines of the office in Cincinnati. Holly Paz, who was a supervisor in the Internal Revenue Service’s tax-exempt status division, indicated during an interview with congressional investigators that she did review such applications, but indicated that she believed “tea party” meant political advocacy in general — not necessarily conservative groups.

The Supreme Court ruled today in Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council that federal law does not allow states the option of requiring voters to prove they are American citizens when they register to vote. An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.
