My reason for posting this is trying to read this made one think about the relationship between government or college program where licensed items are sold after created there. Where exactly do the profits go when, like this Dr. Robert Langer, who owns hundreds of patents because of his research at M.I.T.?
While working for a company, I was required to sign a waver to give all my ideas and creations back to said company. Nor, was I to share the trade secrets with next company. I don´t understand these shadow ventures at all.

What happens when a company like the one that recently caused multiple deaths because of the comtaminated back pain injections is traced back to MIT and his lab ? Who picks up that tab ?

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) have reversed their longstanding membership guidelines to allow homosexuals to join the organization. Abuse Of Power: Any scandal investigation that expects a "Eureka!" moment, a White House e-mail, or Oval Office smoking gun will be misguided. In fact, the dots are already connected directly to the president. Barack Obama is not foolish enough to have a tape recording system hidden in his desk. And his administration staff are not careless enough to send one another incriminating e-mails. If the president was behind the IRS unlawfully harassing conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, we can be sure the communications were all sotto voce and in persona, like any good Chicago political operator.

The murder of a soldier in south London on Wednesday has prompted fears of a backlash against British Muslims after the English Defence League staged an impromptu rally in the capital and two mosques were attacked.
