Black voters look to
leverage their loyalty

Associated Press, by By Suzanne Gamboa

WASHINGTON — When black voters gave President Barack Obama 93 percent support on Election Day in defiance of predictions that they might sit it out this year, black leaders breathed a collective sigh of relief. That encouraged those leaders to try to leverage more attention from both Obama and Congress. Although they waver over how much to demand from the president — particularly in light of defeated GOP challenger Mitt Romney´s assertion that Obama gave "gifts" to minorities in exchange for their votes — they are delivering postelection wish lists to the president anyway.

Riiiight, you turn out every election and vote for the Democrats. Why should they do anything special for you? It´s not like you are going to start voting Republican. Heck, they can scare you with some story about how those scary Republicans are going to try and re-enslave you (even though it was the Republicans who fought to end slavery) and you will turn out in droves.

They are slaves to the democrat party and are too dumb to know it.
Gimmee a Obamapho ! I gives you my vote.

I heard a black lady spokesman on Fox demand in no uncertain terms that Republicans fall in line and give the president the taxes he wants. When she was asked about cuts in spending she mentioned only one: The military, she said, has been given more money that it ever asked for.

The Democrats always gut the military, and, why not, since the military votes predominently Republican.

Sorry, I meant to add: Not that the military´s votes are ever counted.

Blacks voting for democrats is, on a much smaller scale, like Jews voting for Hitler. Democrats have entrenched blacks in generational bare subsistence welfare misery. Are the black leaders trying to increase the number of whole families in their community? You know, like ones with a father and a mother? I don´t hear them asking for help with that major problem. What they like is raising the minimum wage, which drives black youth unemployment still higher. Democrat politicians are quite happy with the black situation as it is. Do blacks really think business will be hiring when their taxes are going to go up, regulations will be increasing, and obamacare will smother them?

I have news for these dunderheads - black unemployment is likely to get worse now that BO care is a certainty.

Any business owner who wants to get rid of the BO voters on his payroll can get rid of the black employees secure in the knowledge that 96% if them voted for The Won. He/she can throw in a few single white women and hispanics for good measure to make it "fair."

#8 - Why should they work? Everything they want is given to them with no strings attached. I don´t know how much more they expect, but I´m sure they´ll think of lots of things and Obama is only too happy to punish Whitey.

Obviously the black unemployment number does not matter by the results of the Nov. 6th election.

Reply 12 - Posted by: veritas, 11/23/2012 4:29:56 PM     (No. 9030934)

That´s funny.

They long ago went from "loyal" to "dupe."

Lookit, y´all -- the Dems have all the voting records and registration information they need; they have election-fixing down pat; they can dial-a-"turnout" and come up with whatever "vote count" is needed anywhere, any time, which will go unchallenged. So, as Chili said to Bo in "Get Shorty," "If I need a ride, I´ll call you."

Although it must be said that they´ve been consistently bigoted throughout.

Disgusting!

A typical welfare recipient receives an average of $60,000 in benefits per year. Wonder how long they think the country can sustain this type of on-going Christmas gift?

But the black community are absolutely right - Obama hasn´t been any help. It is true, he leveraged their trust to get himself in position to undertake a bunch of sixties ideas. If he were going to really help them, that would be different, but he isn´t. It´s going be same old, same old. If he actually helped that community, improved the schools and so on ... Oh, why think through the rest of that sentence. He won´t.

The commander in chief of the American armed forces today forced a violation of Marine Corps regulations, so he wouldn’t get wet. According to Marine Corps regulation MCO P1020.34F of the Marine Corps Uniform Regulations chapter 3, a male Marine is not allowed to carry an umbrella while in uniform. There is no provision in the Marine Corps uniform regulation guidelines that allows a male Marine to carrying an umbrella. Nevertheless, during a press conference under a light drizzle with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan this morning, President Obama allowed the First Head to be

I know certainly my committee has been contacted, I think others committees [have been contacted] as well,” Rep. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) released a report documenting attempted abuses of federal power by the Obama administration on Tuesday, saying the administration “knows virtually no bounds.” Cruz points to Obama’s own Supreme Court appointees, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, to make his case: "When President Obama’s own Supreme Court nominees join their colleagues in unanimously rejecting the Administration’s call for broader federal power six times in just over one year, the inescapable conclusion is that the Obama Administration’s view of federal power knows virtually no bounds,” the senator’s report said.

The Justice Department is taking the first steps toward carrying out President Obama’s executive actions on gun control. Attorney General Eric Holder on Friday released three proposals to strengthen the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), which was one of the 23 actions ordered by Obama last week to tackle gun violence. The proposed regulations would give local law-enforcement agencies access to the gun-sale database that is maintained by the FBI. The rules would also preserve records of denied weapons sales indefinitely. The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act already requires federal background checks for gun purchases, but not every firearm

WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

The Washington Post on Monday reported that Obama’s Department of Justice was investigating journalists before they started wiretapping the Associated Press – for one, Fox News correspondent James Rosen in 2010. Their headline wasn´t "Obama Team Also Spied on Fox News." Fox wasn´t in the headline, on A-1 or on A-12, where the story continued. Newly obtained court documents “reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010.” Reporter Ann Marimow began:

A senior adviser to President Obama mounted a combative defense of the administration on Sunday, saying the controversies enveloping the White House were the result of Republican lawmakers’ trying to “drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped-up hearings and false allegations.”The remarks came from Dan Pfeiffer, a member of the president’s inner circle, as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning talk shows in an effort to move the administration past what commentators have described as a “hell week” of controversy and missteps.

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”
