| Cario - A senior Libyan security official was assassinated outside his home in the eastern city of Benghazi, officials said on Wednesday, the same city where the United States ambassador and three other Americans were killed at their diplomatic compound in September. The Libyan official’s death was the latest in a series of mysterious killings that have raised fears about the country’s precarious postwar security. The official, Faraj Mohammed al-Drissi, who had held the post of Benghazi’s security director for only a few weeks, was fatally shot late Tuesday night as he was returning from work,

Double post apologies, but #6, I posit that the order was given from 1600 Pensylvania Ave.
This is the guy who could check the files and let the world know that the local forces were not requested, or that there were internal memo´s documents etc...indicating an al Queda infiltration into said forces.

The surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings should not be treated as an enemy combatant, Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said Sunday morning. “I do not believe under the military commission law that he is eligible for that. It would be unconstitutional to do that,” Feinstein said on “Fox News Sunday.” Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the sole surviving suspect in last Monday’s bombings, was taken into custody Friday. An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli.
