Is The Obama EPA Running
Its Own Black-Ops Program?

Clandestine Government: During his first full day in the White House, Barack Obama promised he´d brought with him "a new era of open government." Yet again, we have a promise that hasn´t been kept. Among the administration´s many violations of public trust to recently become public is the Environmental Protection Agency´s apparent attempt to keep some of its correspondence hidden from the light of day through the use of aliases. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, for instance, has reportedly used the name "Richard Windsor" to cover her tracks in private emails.

Lisa Jackson/Richard Windsor is a public servant. She serves at my pleasure. She works for me.....and every other legal citizen of the United States of America.

What official business of the EPA could she possibly conduct.....which requires an alias?

The arrogance and indifference towards the citizenry knows no limits within this Administration.

Just when we thought the "carbon tax" was off the table, we get this piece of cheerful news.

This is the most underhanded administration we´ve ever had to endure. It will be interesting to see what comes of the suit and of the attempts to ferret out the Windsor emails.

Maybe the FBI should lend a hand, since they have had such relevant recent practice in the Petraeus-Broadwell-Kelley case.

How do we know that urkel has not already written an executive order that totally negates what #1 said? i.e.that Lisa Jackson/Richard Windsor no longer works for us, but now only for the TOTUS and answers only to him and John Q. Public just doesn´t know it yet? This pResident has been quite fond fo EOs and has been very busy writing staggering numbers of them.

Of course they are. Obama has been using the EPA as another group of his brown shirts to cut down another underpinning of the stool that this Country stands on. All the while knowing that when this is exposed, he has another scapegoat to fall on their sword to cover for him.

The corruption and utter disregard for the American people by this administration should scare any sane person. This government is one step away from a dictatorship. The scary part, half the people in this country are okay with this.

Well the answer is simple in this case: The administration doesn´t want any paper trails that indicate their diabolical scheme to drive more American businesses out of business. They got a clue from the emails that were revealed, about the behind the scenes rigging of data, for the global warming issue and decided they didn´t want to be "victims" also. The EPA admin no doubt has conversations about not what is best for the US from an environment standpoint but what they can do from standpoint of crippling business under the guise of environmental protections.

There will be no resolution on this-Obama will keep thumbing his nose at the public. They have it all wired their way. We might as well have Russians running the USA.

Don´t think for a minute this is limited to this dept. It´s probably widespread: State Dept probably does it to mask their conspiracy to promote Muslim Brotherhood/Sharia law, undermine Israel, etc etc.

It still amazes me how "non-existent" the Republican House is. They have done nothing in the past 2 years to slow this train wreck. Now they want to take a "wait and see" attitude. Having a majority in the House should give them some clout but the leadership seems afraid to use it.
Maybe the Tea Party should get out of the Republican Party and start their own party. Now would be the time. We have 2 years to ramp up for the next election.

This administration is corrupt from Obama on down. They are fortunate that the Press is as corrupt at they are, otherwise there would be people going to prison. The EPA appears to be run by another "affirmative action" appointee of Obama´s and is suffering the consequences as well.

Why go through long, elaborate proceedings to shut down a business when you can close the doors the same day by using the EPA, OSHA, the Dept. of Health, etc? This government has not even started yet and barry has hundreds of enemies that did not support his reelection to seek "revenge" upon. Remember the line from Judge Dredd, "I am da law!" We are being "led" by a vindictive little boy.

We´re seeing a lot of his "more flexibility after the election" - in action. We´re witnessing, first hand, the calculated dismantling of the greatest country, ever, on earth. And it has been the greatest ever because it was founded on godly principles by men who lived, themselves, by those principles to one degree or another. Principled men and women. People who recognized that their places were under the headship and authority of God. God help America.

#26 encapsulates what has made America great. We now have unprincipled leaders, who traffic in lies, destruction, rejection of our international friends, and support of our enemies. Add to this a Congress unwilling to support America and the first principles that made us great. We have been hijacked and are left to be repeatedly assaulted...the rape of our Country is occurring daily.

"The heavens reek, the waters below are foul ... we are in a crisis of survival." That´s how Walter Cronkite and CBS hyped the first Earth Day, back in 1970. Somehow we´ve survived since then, and most of life got better, although I never hear that from the worrywarts. Of course, some things got better because of government: We passed environmental rules that got most of the filth out of the air and sewage out of lakes and rivers. Great—but now we´re told that we´re in big trouble because greenhouse gases cause global warming. I mean, climate change. "Crop yields are

If Condoleezza Rice were as self-pitying and politically crass as Attorney General Eric Holder, she would be wondering aloud what it is about her race and gender that accounts for the hostility of her enemies. Rice’s recent speaking gigs on college campuses and her ascension to the board of the file-sharing company Dropbox have sparked protests calling for her to be disinvited, cashiered and generally isolated and shamed. Condi Rice is not a natural lightning rod. She’s such a disreputable figure that she’s on the board of the Kennedy Center and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. She’s such a lightweight

As a "government drone" hovers over Matt Rosendale, the Republican House candidate from Montana tells the camera what he thinks of government overreach, regulation, and "spying on our citizens." Then, standing in front of an ATV, Rosendale coolly puts a rifle to his shoulder, looks up through the sight and "downs" the drone with a single shot. "The federal government is too big and too powerful," Rosendale says. "I´m ready to stand tall for freedom and get Washington out of our lives," he says. Rosendale is trying to stand out in a five-way primary for Montana´s at-large seat in the House. Sporting a barn

A story is told about Robert L. Bartley, late editor of the Wall Street Journal, and his penchant for long silences. He is supposed to have once taken a job applicant to lunch at which, though the two shared a meal, neither spoke a syllable. That is no doubt apocryphal; the job applicant probably said something. George Washington had a taciturn streak, as did President Coolidge, known as “Silent Cal.” (Snip)But rarely does anyone get as upset about it as Jeffrey Toobin of the New Yorker appears to be in respect of Clarence Thomas. On the eve of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, Gen. James Mattis admonished the 1st Marine Division to “[d]emonstrate to the world there is ‘No Better Friend, No Worse Enemy.’” That motto could serve as a guiding principle for sound national security policy. Regrettably, our allies wonder whether the United States is demonstrating the reverse. Since leaving as secretary of homeland security in January 2009, I have talked with officials from friendly nations in Asia and the Middle East. Increasingly, I hear skepticism about whether the United States remains a reliable ally our friends can trust for support against attacks.

SAN ANTONIO, Tex. — Mayor Julián Castro of San Antonio faced off in a televised debate on Tuesday against a Republican candidate for Texas lieutenant governor, even though Mr. Castro, officially anyway, is not running for anything at all. “Sometimes I get impatient,” Mr. Castro said on a recent afternoon here. “And I figure I have nothing else going on, so I might as well.” The mayor was joking, up to a point. Ever since he became the first Latino to give a Democratic National Convention keynote address in 2012, he and his identical twin brother, Representative Joaquin Castro, the Texas Democrat

For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Toddlers show racial bias when picking playmates, a study reveals. They also take account of how fairly others behave. Researchers tested the reaction of white 15-month-olds as toys were distributed. Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports. And the babies are more likely to help those who share the same ethnicity, which is known as
