about Rice´s Benghazi talking points

Sen. Dianne Feinstein said Sunday that she has initiated a review of talking points used by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice on the attack on the American diplomatic facility in Libya, with the goal of determining why the public comments appeared to conflict with the initial assessment of U.S. intelligence sources. Feinstein, chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, defended Rice against what she called the “politicization” of her comments....." But the California senator also said she had “some concern” with the process that produced the unclassified “speaking points” that Rice worked off of

You have got to love our national politicians. None of them want to do the right thing. I felt like throwing bricks at them as I watched the Sunday talking head shows. They can´t be this stupid but they are. They can´t think us so stupid but they do.

Susan Rice elbowed her way on to cabinet status (somewhat meaningless since president zero does not hold cabinet meetings) as ambassador to the UN. And she keeps her office in D.C., not NYC, where the UN is headquartered.
And since she was able to do that, it is highly likely that she would have been part of the intelligence briefings (those meetings that Zero rarely attends) and would have actively participated in the production of those talking points.
So the story of benghazi is one big lie after the other. And at the end of the story, president zero will say "that was a boneheaded thing to do" and the mainstream media representatives will give him a standing ovation, and move to the next story - which will probably focus on some miracle that Michelle is performing.
I hope I am wrong, but I doubt that.

Feinstein´s "concern" is that this not damage Barack Obama and she will strike like a snake if she perceives the story is headed that way. I´ve watched her in action for a long time.

Maybe just maybe the CIA will get some guts.
Saying that "O´s" real birthcertificate, all his college records, plus his passport info. could be leaked by some unknow source.

"defended Rice against what she called the “politicization” of her comments."

Huh?! Everything Rice says is politicized Rice-a-Homey, the Barack Obama treat.

Feinstein will be part of the cover up. Her job is to give the sheeple the impression serious people are taking this seriously. Then she´ll help bury it so the truth will never see the light of day. She already gave a presser where she brought up Iraq and said that the intelligence was wrong there and people died. The reporters in attendance nearly wet themselves with the prospect of being able to blame Bush again. Anyone who thinks the administration will be accountable for this or anything else is living in a fantasy land.

Oh yeah, "concern,´" that´ll do it. You can´t get sterner and more determined than that.

To me it´s pretty clear Rice was the useful idiot of the Regime here...even if she knew of the terrorist attack vs. the story line about a youtube video, she is still a useful idiot! Hardly someone you want in a seat of power!

Around the same time the nation was transfixed on the hunt for the Boston Marathon bombers last month, thieves on the other side of the country pulled off a little-noticed heist -- swiping 559 pounds of explosives from a federal storage facility in Montana. As of Friday, not one ounce of it has been found. The incident, federal officials believe, was not terrorism-related. But it´s the latest to raise security concerns in an age when authorities are warning about the desire of violence-bent terrorists to inflict mass casualties with bombs.

President Obama found himself weathering bipartisan broadsides Wednesday as he sent Congress his 2014 budget proposal, which in its effort to please both sides of the aisle has ended up angering both. The budget arrived on Capitol Hill Wednesday morning, delivered 65 days after the legal deadline. The $3.77 trillion spending plan, which is over 2,000 pages, tries to curb deficits by further raising taxes on top earners and reining in the growth of Social Security.

The Internal Revenue Service on Friday unveiled its proposal to raise tens of billions of dollars through annual fees on health insurers, prompting fierce criticism from industry groups who warn the costs will be passed along to consumers. The proposed rule from President Obama´s healthcare law will be published for public consideration in Monday’s Federal Register. The rule would assess annual fees on most insurers that would total $8 billion next year and rise thereafter, eclipsing $14 billion in 2018, according to the IRS.

Another member of the Washington political media stepped forward Thursday to claim he was threatened by the Obama White House, shortly after the White House denied reports that an adviser threatened famed Watergate journalist Bob Woodward. The latest claim comes from Lanny Davis, who served as counsel to former President Bill Clinton and later went on to write a column for The Washington Times.

The fiscal crisis plaguing Detroit is now in the hands of Michigan´s governor after a state-appointed review team determined the city was in a financial emergency with "no satisfactory plan" to resolve it. Republican Gov. Rick Snyder has 30 days to decide if Detroit needs an emergency manager to take charge of its finances and spending, and come up with a new plan to get the city out of its financial mess. (Snip)The report also said the city´s bureaucratic structure makes it difficult to solve the financial problems.

Former Rep. The public got its first look Thursday at Lois Lerner, who has gone from faceless IRS bureaucrat to the face that launched what feels like 1,000 congressional hearings and conspiracy theories. But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
