The St. Lucie County Canvassing Board suspended its recount of all early voting ballots late Saturday night, saying members would return at 8 a.m. Sunday to complete the job. The board made the announcement at 10 p.m. that it will continue tabulating write-in and provisional ballots Sunday after counting votes late into Saturday night as supporters for District 18 congressional candidates Patrick Murphy and Allen West watched the process. Poll workers finished entering in early ballots for all precincts on Saturday evening, but the data has to be put into the computer system for the final count.

We love you Allen.

I read that Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker was in the hospital due to stress.

Stress from the prospect of repaying the bribe for delivering the fraudulent votes, maybe?

Democrats know how to find the votes they need. They are always misplaced somewhere. Once they get the lead the counting stops. I hope Allen wins this recount but I have my doubts. The Republicans seem to always be willing to declare defeat without much of a fight.

Who could trust the re-counters? They are all tools. Tyranny reigns in the country and it is time for a reckoning.

Damb this bleeping handheld!! In the recent election every Congressional race that had an extended vote count ended in disappointment for
GOP.

#6. There is always a first time! If the vote tally continues to show more votes than registered voters, I say VOID it and hold another election.

Agree with #7. Recounting a tainted vote is absurd. Obvious fraud when there is 142% turnout vs. 50% normal turnout. 0bamas old friends Acorn and Project vote are engaged in massive fraud. It´s what they do.

Reply 10 - Posted by: lakerman1, 11/18/2012 11:02:19 AM     (No. 9021937)

#9, you may be mixing apples and oranges. If the normal turnout is 50%, the 2012 turnout cannot be more than 100%.
If the turnout was 142%, that means there were way more voters than registered voters. Early voting and provisional voting, as part of the Help America Vote act of 2002, signed into law by president bush, cries out for fraud.
Good grief. We really are our own worst enemies. And in those states with early voting, the democrats know how much effort should be made on election day, and how many packs of cigarettes and bottles of malt liquor to purchase and dispense.

#6 commented that when more votes were cast than voters registered, the election should be voided and have a makeover. While he was referring to only one race, that should apply to anyplace this occurred. and it definitely occurred in MANY locations, and not just in Florida. It happened in many key states and is one reason many feel the election was corrupted. ( as well as those precincts where one candidate received every single vote, in the thousands ). Possible, but so unlikely.
Not one person out of 19,500 even made an error and voted incorrectly to give the other candidate one vote.

Keep on fighting, Colonel West! Make them wish they´d never thought up having "a few problems" with the ballots. The uncounted ballots in storage is proof positive that every single ballot should be recounted. And check every one of the voters who signed in, just to make sure every one of them is alive and is really eligible to vote in St. Lucie County.

And this folks, is how you deal with the Enemy in Our Midst You don´t just sigh sadly and surrender, you go on fighting. Give them no quarter. When they insult you, insult them right back. Never give in. You may have to back off and beat a strategic retreat, but as soon as they turn their backs go after them again.

Gertrude Walker is in the hospital using the same reasons as Hillary Clinton and others who know they are guilty do. They run for cover; until they think the smoke has cleared.

I heard the Canvassing Board failed to file it´s report by the Sunday deadline, giving the race to Murphy.

This thing stinks...

With approximately one-third of congressional committees preoccupied with investigating Obama corruption – from Benghazi-gate, to the IRS scandal, to Obamacare propaganda – the First Family might be tempted to escape to some far away location for vacation. As Judicial Watch knows all too well, this is something the Obamas have done with some frequency since taking office in 2009, and largely on the taxpayers’ dime. WASHINGTON — The Obama administration’s efforts to raise private money to carry out the president’s health care law have provoked such a strong partisan uproar that potential donors have become skittish about contributing, according to several people involved in the fund-raising program. White House officials said they did not sign off on the fund-raising calls made by Kathleen Sebelius, the secretary of health and human services, but were generally aware that she would be seeking support from outside groups. Two House committees have begun investigating the solicitations. Five senior Republicans from the Senate and the House

Fire-breathing political advocates from the both sides of America´s political divide have issued new calls for Barack Obama to fire his attorney general, Eric Holder. LIberal radio show host Bill Press weighed in on the air Friday, and then in a series of tweets, while Texas Senator John Cornyn put a target on Holder´s back during a Sunday television appearance. ´I think it’s past time for him to go and for the president to appoint somebody who the public can have confidence in,´ the ultra-conservative Cornyn said on the CBS show Face The Nation. ´You know, I´ve lost confidence

In some states, more than three-quarters of residents were born in that state. In others, fewer than 40 percent of residents are native-born. Here´s a look, via a recent University of Virginia analysis, of which states (plus D.C.) have the most, and least, native-born residents, according to 2010 Census data. The 10 states with the highest percent of residents who were born there (percent of residents who are natives in parenthesis): 1. Louisiana (78.8) -2. Michigan (76.6) -3. Ohio (75.1) -4. The usually-cocksure Jay Carney has rarely appeared so uncomfortable. “What I can tell you is that this president believes strongly in the First Amendment and is a strong defender of the First Amendment,” Carney insisted to a packed house of angry reporters last Tuesday afternoon. The White House had just been freshly stung by news that the Department of Justice had secretly raided the phone records of up to 100 Associated Press reporters, looking to identify the news organization’s private sources. He believes strongly in the need for the press to be unfettered in its pursuit of investigative journalism,”

What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript

WASHINGTON - There were new questions Saturday night concerning if anyone in the White House was aware of the IRS´ targeting of conservative groups. Inspector General Russell George said he informed a deputy at the Treasury Department in June of 2012 about the probe into the IRS. The Treasury Department confirmed the timeline but said they did not know the details of the investigation until last week.(Snip)Marcus Owens ran the tax-exempt division at the IRS for 10 years. It began in earnest last Friday. A flash mob of latte drinking, tofu eating media that has done its best to quell, rather than fan the flames of truth, turned on one of their own. Jay Carney lay bludgeoned at the base of the podium, a victim of friendly fire. Ironically, the attack was reminiscent of the one in Benghazi he has repeatedly denied the Administration he represents bears any responsibility for. “Changed twelve times?!” came the cries. And with good reason. We were misled; no, lied to.

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." Lew said that while President Obama is willing to discuss plans to reduce the nation´s deficit with Congress, those talks must be kept separate from any effort to raise the nation´s debt cap.
