| In yet another Daily Beast column that trains her fire on the Right, Meghan McCain hits Republicans with yet another set of MSNBC talking points that she swears are only for our own good. But this time she´s making threats: "If I don’t see some changes in the next four years, I’m going to consider registering as an Independent in 2016." Oh, no. Not that. Meghan McCain is the pampered 27 year-old daughter of a wealthy United States senator whose closest brush with anything involving the real world was the MTV reality series.

Thanks to Dr. Spock (no not the star trek one, the baby doctor and all the ignorant parents who followed his advice. They gave us the children who have raised today´s children. Our country is paying the price for it.
Meghan needs a refresher course on Ethics and Integrity and Respect. How sad she doesn´t comprehend what a disgrace she is to her father.

Multitasking, job-hopping Chelsea Clinton has quietly taken on a big new job at New York University. The former first daughter has tackled what the school calls a “multifaith” role as co-founder and co-chair of its brand-new Of Many Institute. The program is described by the university as aiming to “develop multifaith dialogue and train multifaith leaders.” An NYU rep told us Clinton’s been involved with the institute “for some time,” but the school’s been keeping Clinton’s role incredibly quiet. There has never been a formal announcement nor a post on Clinton’s Facebook page.

President Barack Obama is to deliver a statement at 10 a.m. EDT Tuesday on the tornadoes that swept through towns in Oklahoma and left at least 51 people dead. Mr. Obama will make the statement from the White House, according to a White House official. He will be briefed again Tuesday morning on the devastation by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, Chief of Staff Denis McDonough and others, according to the official. The president Monday night signed a major disaster declaration for Oklahoma, which makes federal funding available to support those affected and to help with response efforts.

President Obama will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping in California on June 7-8, the White House announced Monday. It will be Mr. Obama’s first meeting with Mr. Xi since he became president of China in March. They previously met in Washington in 2011 when Mr. Xi was vice president. The talks come amid heightened U.S. tensions over cyberattacks reportedly originating in China. But the Obama administration said it has been pleased with Beijing’s cooperation in trying to persuade North Korea to reduce its belligerent military actions this spring.

The Indiana attorney general’s office confirmed Monday it is investigating a security breach in which Social Security numbers and other personal information were posted online for roughly 44,000 low-income Americans who applied for a federal program that provides discount Internet and phone service. WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?"
