| In a scandal looking more and more like Fast and Furious, information is coming out revealing what may be the real reason why the Obama administration refused to provide military support to save Americans in Benghazi. Obama was terrified the public would find out that American weapons had been given to Libyan terrorists, who then used them against Americans in the attack.
|
Comments: This revelation provides the motive for the Benghazi/Video Protest coverup attempt. I´ve been saying for months that the real story is what was going on in the "Annex." The bimbo eruptions are a distraction.

I heard Glen Beck covered this in detail (including the Libyan weapons being moved to the Syrian rebels) in late Sept or early Oct. The lSM is really behind the times, aren´t they?

I´ve long wondered about the weapons give to anti-Qaddafi forces. We didn´t know who these people were, or what they wanted to do, besides topple Qaddafi. And no one in the media thought to ask....

That Obama would try to cover up the truth about Benghazi is not a surprise. What surprises me is that so many Americans refuse to believe he would do so.

Can anyone explain why ERIC CANTOR kept quiet about the FBI whistleblower?

Nope. Benghazi shows that Obama´s election was illegitimate. Two or three polls from swing states showing that the truth about Benghazi would have swung the election is all it would take.

Correct #1, I happened to catch the show that morning when he was talking about it. If I recall correctly he had an ex CIA guy on explaining the whole thing including questioning why Stephens had so little security, including not even an armored car. Of course, most people still think Beck is crazy.

Judging from the administration´s scrambled behavior, it´s fairly obvious that some covert operation went terribly awry in Benghazi. Full disclosure would embarrass and expose our leaders for the corrupt connivers they are. So ultimately Congress will give Obama a pass bc it was a "matter of national security." We are so screwed.

It is a cover up of the Jail being run in Benghazi by the CIA.
One word: Waterboarding.

Buckwheat has apparently forgotten to amember "Iran-Contra"... that caused Bill Casey to stroke out before he could tell all.....Patreus should be relieved that he got loose from this buncha dummies. The Company was, as is its wont , doing whatever it wanted to do, give popguns to the Little Sheetheads from Al-Quaeda,( the ones NATO is paying) and holding prisoners in cells to be questioned...all illegal, all approved by the prezident, or not.

Politico is running a story claiming Harry Reid is not going to allow a Select Senate Committee to investigate Benghazi. You have to admit those DemoRats sure stick together when it comes to cover up.

Glenn Beck has been saying this is a weapons related fubar since one week after the 9/11 attack. I believe it was either on his Monday or Tuesday evening program that he lined up all the dominoes and spelled it out on the chalkboard. Of course, he´s crazy. He´s a trouble maker. He´s a loose cannon. What else could it be? truth? naaaaah. Not from Beck. He´s just a rodeo clown...

Not sure Stevens was part of the arms smuggling... I think Obama ordered a stand down because he thought the Mo Bros were kidnapping Stevens, to trade for the blind sheik & he wanted to make sure they were successful.
I think the annex attack was an opportunity for the KGB to shut down the arms funnel operation, once they discovered the sanctioned kidnapping plan... ergo, kidnappers replaced with killers.

Regarding "theory" CIA was holding prisoners at the annex -- during initial coverage, anyone remember seeing pics of the interior with the wall of bars? Anyone see pics of those bars anywhere, anytime since? Remember being told it was a "saferoom" and the amb. was herded into it for protection during the attack? That´s why he suffered from smoke inhalation because he was locked in the "safe" room and couldn´t get out?
Struck me as strange then that bars would be used for a saferoom. You´d think more of a solid wall with a heavy door to prevent being fired through or tossing a molotov cocktail.
Remember thinking then that the whole setup looked much more like a prison cell... doh!!!!!

Interesting theories being put forth, but one thing is obvious; Obama Knew. I am going to write a letter to my Republican Senator and cc my Democrat Senator, demanding this be investigated until the truth and cover-up are made public. Also, I will send a letter to my Congressman, who is thankfully a conservative Republican. We must push these politicians into action!
This betrayal makes the Watergate break-in look like a nothing burger by comparison, but the cover up is still an impeachable offence. Just ask former President Nixon.

In the latest black eye for the scandal-ridden State Department, a whistleblower claims she was run out of the foreign service after complaining about a consul general’s alleged office trysts with subordinates and hookers.Kerry Howard says she was bullied, harassed and forced to resign after she exposed US Consul General Donald Moore’s alleged security-threatening shenanigans in the Naples, Italy, office. As the post’s community-liaison officer, Howard was charged with keeping workplace peace and advising higher-ups on the state of morale, but when she revealed allegations about her boss, State Department officials swept it under the rug,

Five months into his second term, allies and enemies are as confounded as ever about who President Obama really is. Is he the dyed-in-the-wool liberal that his biggest supporters and critics suggest? Or is he a pragmatic, even cynical, politician who cares more for his popularity than taking risks for his ideological goals or living up to his rhetoric? Even in the short period since his reelection, Obama has provided evidence to support conflicting interpretations. His efforts to pass immigration reform, the unsuccessful push for stricter gun controls and tax hikes on high earners buttress the case for Obama-as-ideologue.

Jeb Bush says he’s not worried that his work toward comprehensive immigration reform and his ties to the GOP establishment will alienate conservatives and negatively impact a potential 2016 presidential campaign, referring to critics as “the chirpers.” “If I decide to run for office again, it will be based on what I believe, and it will be based on my record,” the former Florida governor said in an interview with the Christian Broadcasting Network’s David Brody. “And that record was one of solving problems completely from a conservative prospective.” Bush (R) pointed to his conservative

As NewsBusters reported last week, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin called out vulgarian comedian Bill Maher for referring to her Down Syndrome son Trig as "retarded." On ABC´s The View Monday, co-host Barbara Walters astonishingly defended Maher saying, "I don´t think he intended it to be mean-spirited" (video follows with transcript and commentary): WHOOPI GOLDBERG: At a recent standup show in Las Vegas, comedian Bill Maher apparently called Sarah Palin’s five-year-old developmentally-challenged son Trig retarded. And Sarah blasted him on Twitter as a bully. Is that, is it, is he a bully? Is he a bad, what is he?

Gang of Eight member Bob Menendez advised Republicans to accept legalization status for current illegal immigrants if they ever want to see another president from their party. “I would tell my Republican colleagues — both in the House and the Senate — that the road to the White House comes through a road with a pathway to legalization,” the New Jersey senator said on State of the Union this morning. “Without it, there’ll never be a road to the White House for the Republican party.” Menendez also warned of triggers on border security

Politico’s Playbook has an excerpt from a new Ryan Lizza piece from the New Yorker that is not yet online. It contains a passage on the back-and-forth between labor and the Chamber that has a quote from a Rubio staffer that is going to raise eyebrows, to say the least: “There are American workers who, for lack of a better term, can’t cut it. There shouldn’t be a presumption that every American worker is a star performer. There are people who just can’t get it, can’t do it, don’t want to do it. And so you can’t obviously discuss that publicly.” Here is the entire context:
