I think people are reading way too much into Petraeus´s testimony. Basically all he acknowledged was that the attack wasn´t a street protest gone bad. There are press reports from 9/12 and 9/13 calling the attack a planned act of terrorism brought on by the video. These reports obviously were fed to the press by the administration. Rice still has plenty of cover. Turkey and General Counsel Akin are the key to this case.

Congress needs to get General Ham who was relieved of his command at Africom as well as the admiral u der oath in testimony. Those two can tell us a lot of what was going on that night as well as the thuggery of Obama as his blatant disregard for the lives lost. They weren´t bumps in the road!

My guess is that ALIbama has moles placed in every government agency including the CIA. These plants know every move being made within these agencies and report directly to the man in the oval office. They are in a position to change any document that may be unfavorable to ´the man´ and, yes, even destroy documents if ordered to do so.

I hope that those who voted this worm in for four more years realize that you have a dictator sitting in the white house who has no intention of ever leaving that position and is slowly but surely taking away all of our rights.

Obama and is goons are trying to massage this story bit by bit to make themselves look truthful the whole time. Regardless of what we see today or tomorrow,this story is a ticking time bomb for Obama because he can´t cover all the tracks.

I´m actually angrier at Petraeus´s wife than I am him.She accepted a do nothing job she has no experience in at 180K a year.This is Chicago style buying up loyalty at taxpayers expense.

Another thing Obama has working against him now is that psychologically, since re-election,he owns the country and what comes along with it.

The liberals love pointing their fingers at a republican when something goes bad,just like trumka blaming Romney for Hostess going out of business when there´s no connection between venture capitalism and a company simply going under.

Petreaus Resignation Statement: "Yesterday afternoon, I went to the White House and asked the President to be allowed, for personal reasons, to resign from my position as D/CIA. Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours.... "

Apparently the behavior wasn´t "unacceptable" until he was caught, and on the brink of being exposed.

If he was truly an honorable man, he could have singlehandledly exposed the Obama administration at anytime after the Benghazi attack and BEFORE the November 6 election by setting the record straight as he countered their lies about Benghazi, the "stand down" order, the "video," the Susan Rice talk show evasion, and the myth of "Al Queda on the Run" while also revealing that he was directed to go along to get along, or have his affair exposed. He may not have been able to save his marriage, but he might have saved the country from four more years of a this horrific presidency. And really, would a man of honor really want to serve this President?

NOW this makes sense why obama put him in as head of CIA and removed him from his more appropriate and useful role as a soldier. A puppet in the cia who will be dedicated to YOUR safety and concerns and care nothing for the safety of this country.
Wonder how many more people-in-important/powerful-positions and politicians, this gang in the whitehouse, have under their control through blackmail?

#6 - Actually, Ms. Petraus´ employment with the government is the same type work she was doing "unpaid" as an officer´s wife from the time he was a Lt. Col. or Squadron Commander. Responsibility falls to the Officers to be keeper of the flock whenever troops deploy and when not deployed; to maintain constant contact with all and supposed to be a "leader".
Ms. Petraus´ experience qualified for her job, BUT, the pay was totally out of line IMO.
IMO - we will eventually find out the WH knew back in May, if not before, of transgressions of Petraus´ private life and with Benghazi did use it to make him succumb to the story-line of the WH.
