BREAKING: The president knew
the truth about Benghazi

Washington Post, by Jennifer Rubin

In a blockbuster report, John Solomon, the former Associated Press and Post reporter, has ferreted out the president’s daily brief that informed him within 72 hours of the Sept. 11 attack that the Benghazi attack was a jihadist operation. Citing officials directly familiar with the information, Solomon writes in the Washington Guardian that Obama and other administration officials were told that “that the attack was likely carried out by local militia and other armed extremists sympathetic to al-Qaida in the region.” He adds

The press will protect him. He won. And he´s cool. Plus (have you noticed?) he is black. Another hall pass for the POTUS.

Time for him to resign, like Nixon did. At least with Watergate, no one died.

Oh, no! Oh, no! Oh... y-a-a-a-w-w-w-w-n-n-n-n....

[No, not really a yawn here, but of course, no surprise, either. But maybe just a bit closer to the end of Obamarule.

Sadly, the multiple failures in Libya and Benghazi will be forgotten by the media over Thanksgiving, if not this weekend. We know Obama lied, but then what? His next press conference will be in 8 to 12 months, and the questions will be as superficial as the session this week. Obama will be on TV daily, but not a single question will be allowed after his statements. Jay Carney will get questions from Fox News this week, but he lies as well as Obama. So, how do we get answers when no one takes the questions?

The only way to get this mess to the front page is to suddenly find that one of the slaughtered Americans was black, latino or female.

The left and it´s media don´t care about white men.

What did he know and when did he know it ?

You have to hand it to Nutty Nanci. When she has an issue, her face is all over TV. Boner and the conservatives-not so much.

The LSM is as afraid to question Zippy on an issue as the rest of the world is to call out muzlims.

Within 72 hours... Hello! We already know that he watch the attack, live, as it went down.

Follow the link in the first paragraph to the Washington Guardian article. There is a good summary of Benghazigate there, and near the bottom of the pare is the CIA timeline of the attack.

First, goodbye, Donilon, you ignorant pasty patsy.
Second, goodbye, Holder, twin son of different mothers. You´re more corrupt than Bert Lance even had the imagination for.

"a videotaped call by al-Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahiri for LIbyans to avenge the death of al-Libi, who was killed in a drone strike in Pakistan in June. The videotape was released early on Sept. 11, just hours before the attack on the consulate."

Well, there was a video alright - by al-Qaida leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri . This report from the Washington Guardian says it was released "just hours before the attack on the consulate". However, a 9/11/12 report for The Telegraph, by Rob Crilly, says the video was posted on Jihadi internet forums on Monday, a day ahead of the eleventh anniversary of 9/11. [See link]

Another Friday/Saturday news release that should generate outrage and action is buried in the busyness of the season. Congress leaves for Thanksgiving, people are being laid off, Israel clinging by her fingernails, and this imposter of a president is going to get a pass for Bengazi. Thanks, Jennifer Rubin. How long were you sitting on this little detail of this massacre??

The Obama press conference was curious to me. This guy doesn´t do press conferences.

But in this case he knew that the longer he waited to come out for a brief appearance, the more facts of this matter would come out in the meantime, making the press conference much tougher.

He has put his spin on the deal in advance of the facts. That is how this is done in Obama world/Alinsky world. He thinks the power of his words and persona lingering in the air are enough to refute reality. And the fools who are stirred up by his spin, such as the House women defending Susan Rice and distracting from the real issues, can be enough of a deflection of reality to get him through this.

He might be right. He might not be right.

That´s right, #22, and that fact is likely why Anderson Cooper found the ambassador´s diary and interviewed Sean´s Smith agonized mother. But Cooper got spanked for that by CNN and lost his daytime show. Another problem is that Steven´s sister seemed firmly in Hillary´s camp. Nevertheless, I would use the Dem tactic of saying no one cares about this wonderful man´s horrible torture and death and it must be because of his rumored sexual orientation. That´s how the lefties do it, although it would not work for our side.

Sorry guys, but I am really struggling here to keep my cynicism at bay. #11 says, "He survives a long as good people do NOTHING!". Well, good people did nothing on Nov 6 and we are left with this criminal and incompetent administration. Last night Dateline NBC had a story about the affairs but didn´t mention Petraeus´ testimony. There are more damning segments of this event than lying about why the attack took place and who was responsible for the attack.
Why was an ambassador in a country where all other countries had withdrawn because of the volatility?
What operation was the CIA running in the "annex"?
Why was the "rescue" so anemic--actually non-existant?
Why was security not beefed up as the ambassador requested?
Why was Rice, an individual not qualified or involved in the chain of responsibility and possesing no unique knowledge of the event, given the job of explaining the event on national news?

If Obama doesn´t have the class to resign, then the House must mark him with the stain of impeachment. He allowed Americans to be murdered either because of incompetence or for political reasons. He must not be allowed to escape. If we end up with Biden, he can be dealt with and there is no question that he is a natural born citizen. Washington Democrats and the Media believe that the nation can endure four more years of this incompetence and corruption but that is becoming more doubtful with each passing day.

The only news here is that president duncecap had to be TOLD that al Qaida was involved. This entire cover-up resembles the REAL life story portrayed in the film ´Rules of Engagement´ .... starring Tommy Lee Jones and Samuel Jackson. In that attempted cover-up, however, the ambassador was air-lifted to safety. He later lied to Congress about what happened and was found guilty of commiting perjury.
.... As for the fall guy in the film, the National Security Director framed and ´tried´ to court martial a black Marine colonel. The National Security Advisor, who had blackmailed others to lie and had destroyed evidence, was only forced to resign.

You can always rely on the administration of Barack Obama, a former constitutional-law lecturer (or as his résumé-inflating fans put it, “professor”), to do the sleazy thing when it comes to the Constitution the president is sworn to defend. Thus, the performance on Wednesday of Lois Lerner, chief of the Obama IRS’s Conservative Harassment Division, before the House oversight committee. There’s an old scam criminal defendants occasionally pull. They give a bit of exculpatory direct testimony – just enough to gaze plaintively at the jurors and swear, cross-their-hearts, that they are pure as the driven snow. Then

The woman at the center of the IRS scandal refused to testify to Congress on Wednesday, but House Republicans said Lois Lerner botched her attempt to invoke her right against self-incrimination and said they likely will force her to come back and explain why the agency targeted conservative political groups. Ms. Lerner’s refusal to testify shifted attention to her onetime boss, former Commissioner Douglas H. Shulman, who apologized to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee but refused to take responsibility, leaving furious lawmakers warning that the Internal Revenue Service could end up facing a special prosecutor.

Early in an opinion issued recently by a unanimous three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Judge A. Raymond Randolphsaid: “Although the parties have not raised it, one issue needs to be resolved before we turn to the merits of the case.” The issue he raised but could not resolve — that is up to the Supreme Court — illuminates the Obama administration’s George Wallace-like lawlessness. It also demonstrates the judiciary’s duty to restrain presidents who forget the oath they swear to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.” The appeals court was deciding

Revelations about the Internal Revenue Service targeting conservative groups have raised important questions about the Obama administration’s commitment to the First Amendment. Yet there is ample evidence to suggest that the culture of intimidation in which these tactics were allowed to flourish goes well beyond one agency or a few rogue employees. For years, administration officials have used the power of the federal government to isolate their opponents. Meanwhile, the unionized employees who populate the IRS and other agencies across the country routinely take their cues from union bosses, whose political donations and speeches show their support

As soon as White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler heard about an upcoming inspector general’s report on the Internal Revenue Service, she knew she had a problem. The notice Ruemmler saw on April 24 gave her a thumbnail sketch of a disturbing finding: that the IRS had improperly targeted tea party and other conservative groups. She shared the news with White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough and other senior White House aides, who all recognized the danger of the findings. CHICAGO — Religiously devout business owners are waging a broad rebellion against providing their employees with contraceptive coverage, bringing dozens of lawsuits that seem certain to land the issue before the Supreme Court. The company owners say their religious beliefs take precedence over a new federal requirement, contained in President Obama’s Affordable Care Act, that they give employees insurance that covers contraceptives. There’s really no reason for the press to suggest that the recent slew of scandals involving the Obama administration — Benghazi, the AP phone-record seizure, the snooping in James Rosen’s e-mail, the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups, and so on — are a confusing jumble. There is a very clear thread running through all of the administration’s actions: The U.S. deputy chief of mission in Libya, Gregory Hicks, says that he was told not to speak to a member of Congress about Benghazi without a State Department lawyer present, that he received a phone call from Hillary Clinton’s
