I´m a tv/film producer and used to live in LA. I took my business to Texas and am very happy making films here without the bureaucracy and taxes. I also don´t have to worry about the unions here, since we are a right-to-work state. They scare their members out here, but they are powerless to stop them from doing my non-union projects.

Hollywood routinely leaves the state and finds low tax areas then come back and campaign for Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer and Nancy Pelosi and all state democrats who want to keep raising taxes....!!
