They always promise transparency, but then they always lie. A person with no known history isn´t transparent.

There is an element of ´transparency´ in this regime. It is their utter contempt for anyone who requests actual transparency.
Asking hard questions makes you racist, crazy,dangerous, 40 pounds overweight and endowed with no dental history or GED.

Perhaps our greatest President, Abraham Lincoln, is quoted as saying:
"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.
Barack Obama, touted to really be our greatest president, may achieve that status using an updated version of Lincoln´s maxim:
"You can fool all the people some of the time, and most of the people most of the time, if you lie to the people all of the time."
Transparency requires truth. Secrecy demands lies.
Obama lies.

NEW YORK — The New York Police Department´s widespread spying programs directed at Muslims have undermined free worship by innocent people and should be declared unconstitutional, religious leaders and civil rights advocates said Tuesday after the filing of a federal lawsuit.
