Thanks, Obama voters. You just imposed on the rest of us degraded medical care and rising costs. This is no longer hypothetical or abstract. It´s real. It´s the law. Here are some of the bad repercussions of your vote: 1. Decline in pay for doctors Medicare pays doctors only a small fraction of the work they put in. So if she does $100.00 worth of work, Medicare sends him $20.00 or $25.00. Is it any wonder that doctors pad the bill? One of my students who works in a doctor´s office said in class she´s in charge

The title sounds like that old commercial ...."your brain, then this is your brain on drugs"

Too many Americans are on the drug known as "Obama."
When the fix wears off........watch out!!
These "addicts" aren´t gonna know what hit them. Its not fair that us lucid ones have to go along on the same "trip."

It´s also going to turn the hospital ER into a political football. Who gets admitted first? The Obamaite with a broken fingernail or the conservative guy who is having a heart attack?

The trouble with the free stuff Obama gives you is that it’s worth what you paid for it.

All of the Seniors on Medicare Advantage programs [BC / Aetna etc] will loose them in less than 11 m0nths. ........that´s 15 + Million seniors. [approx 30%]

It´s illegal to buy ´private insurance´ .....and you cannot continue your previous Health Plans once you turn 65 .... You MUST go on Medicare. [Court Rulings]

Also, almost NO doctors are taking new Medicare patients .... so people will be going to clinics.

Great Leader took 750 BILLION from medicare to pay for ´uninsured´ younger people whose votes he was buying .......... but still leaving 30 MILLION uninsured who will probably go on Medicaid with the 1 in 5 already there.

Medicare Part D [the govt pharmacy plan] doesn´t cover most brand medications .......... even if medically necessary and with NO generic alternative ..........
so much higher out of pocket pharmacy costs .......... thus an income spin-down will make more seniors Medicaid eligible .......... rather than paying themselves for premiums.

.......... and it goes on an on ..... even without the

How can there be any life under zippycare. Higher prices, lower services, lower standard of care, death panels, could it get any better, I think not. The America that I grew up in is over. Zippy voters took care of that. When zippy voters look back and see what they did, I hope they are happy with themselves.

I have told the facts my eye surgeon told me. There are about 50 - 75 doctors in their "group".

They have already decided to not take on new patients. Older doctors will shift current patients to younger doctors to keep them busy. Older doctors will retire.

When I checked the "Group" website today; six doctors have notices that they will take no appointments at all after 01/01/2013.

It has started.

You can do quick math. If every doctor only sees 10 patients per day times the hundreds of doctors who will retire in 2013.

Long lines for you - die early.
Obama plan in action.

Yes, it has started! I received a statement from Medicare yesterday. They paid ten dollars to my doctor on a $244.00 charge. I can hardly believe it.

Just wait until one of the Obama´s supporters or voters mother gets the death panel. Ain´t gonna be pretty. It is not going to last and it will be so screwed up everybody will want out.

Obamacare is only ONE nation killer.
What about Obama´s war on the coal industry, and generation of electrical power?
What about Obama´s war on the petroleum industry.
What about Obama´s war on Christianity?
What about Obama´s war on unborn children?
etc. etc. etc.

An official Internal Revenue Service (IRS) organizational chart of the Tax Exempt & Government Entities division from February 2011 offers a more complete picture of the authority Lois Lerner--the now-removed IRS director of the tax-exempt unit--and Sarah Hall Ingram--presently tasked with overseeing the implementation of Obamacare--held as the IRS scheme to politically target conservative groups was hatched. As the above chart taken from an official IRS PowerPoint presentation confirms, Lois Lerner, who yesterday pleaded the fifth and refused to answer questions, was second only to Deputy Commissioner Joseph H. Grant and Commissioner Sarah Hall Ingram

A series of letters suggests that senior IRS official Lois Lerner was directly involved in the agency’s targeting of conservative groups as recently as April 2012, more than nine months after she first learned of the activity. Lerner, the director of the IRS exempt organizations office in Washington, D.C., signed cover letters to 15 conservative organizations currently represented by the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) between in March and April of 2012. The letters, such as this one sent to the Ohio Liberty Council on March 16, 2012, informed the groups applying for tax-exempt status that the IRS

You can always rely on the administration of Barack Obama, a former constitutional-law lecturer (or as his résumé-inflating fans put it, “professor”), to do the sleazy thing when it comes to the Constitution the president is sworn to defend. Thus, the performance on Wednesday of Lois Lerner, chief of the Obama IRS’s Conservative Harassment Division, before the House oversight committee. There’s an old scam criminal defendants occasionally pull. They give a bit of exculpatory direct testimony – just enough to gaze plaintively at the jurors and swear, cross-their-hearts, that they are pure as the driven snow. Then

The woman at the center of the IRS scandal refused to testify to Congress on Wednesday, but House Republicans said Lois Lerner botched her attempt to invoke her right against self-incrimination and said they likely will force her to come back and explain why the agency targeted conservative political groups. Ms. Lerner’s refusal to testify shifted attention to her onetime boss, former Commissioner Douglas H. Shulman, who apologized to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee but refused to take responsibility, leaving furious lawmakers warning that the Internal Revenue Service could end up facing a special prosecutor.

Early in an opinion issued recently by a unanimous three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, Judge A. Raymond Randolphsaid: “Although the parties have not raised it, one issue needs to be resolved before we turn to the merits of the case.” The issue he raised but could not resolve — that is up to the Supreme Court — illuminates the Obama administration’s George Wallace-like lawlessness. It also demonstrates the judiciary’s duty to restrain presidents who forget the oath they swear to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.” The appeals court was deciding

Revelations about the Internal Revenue Service targeting conservative groups have raised important questions about the Obama administration’s commitment to the First Amendment. Yet there is ample evidence to suggest that the culture of intimidation in which these tactics were allowed to flourish goes well beyond one agency or a few rogue employees. For years, administration officials have used the power of the federal government to isolate their opponents. Meanwhile, the unionized employees who populate the IRS and other agencies across the country routinely take their cues from union bosses, whose political donations and speeches show their support

Former Rep. I’m running for mayor because I’ve been fighting for the middle class and those struggling to make it for my entire life.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

The public got its first look Thursday at Lois Lerner, who has gone from faceless IRS bureaucrat to the face that launched what feels like 1,000 congressional hearings and conspiracy theories. But it was only a brief sighting since she didn´t stay long at a House hearing to further probe her role in how some IRS workers came to target conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. (Snip)She did make a short statement to declare her innocence, however. Lerner´s motivation was more transparent than much of what the IRS has done in connection with this controversy. When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.
