Obama vs. the Brass:
Benghazi Cover-up,
Agenda to Gut Military?

An awful lot of America’s top military brass have been taking hits lately. Is it just a coincidence that several four-star generals and a two-star admiral get the axe or resign in disgrace within the space of less than a month? Do any of these have anything to do with the administration´s Benghazigate scandal? Or are they, as some military observers suspect, only the first installment of the Obama agenda to decimate the military services? (Snip) • General Carter Ham — On October 18, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta announced that Gen. Ham was being replaced as the commander of

Two of the generals who have fallen under, seemingly, Obama’s ‘long knife’ were members of AFRICOM. See the report’s reference to Hitler’s purging “Night of the Long Knives.”

Since the gay-embracing edicts started coming from on high, a startling number of high-ranking officers have been replaced in what effectly has been a purge of old guard.

The dismantling of the military was part of Obama´s stated intent back in the 2008 interview I saw. That such a brazen admission was totally ignored by the MSM, it´s hard to expect any of this to see the light of day in the enemedia.

Forget the speculation. If this is happening, they need to speak out. They took an oath to defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Obama is the most dangerous domestic enemy this country has ever faced.

The top brass, in most cases are all within a year or so of a lifetime of a huge retirement. That retirement was paid for by foregoing the chance of making a killing in the private sector for twenty years and doing a dangerous job sometimes. I hope some of them would still put their country ahead of that lifetime of secure retirement pay, like some of them did when they were risking their lives as young officers. I am afraid the days of warriors following a general leading the charge from the front of a formation towards the enemy are over.

How would the world and the nation respond to a military coup in the US?

I am not advocating I am just wondering.

No leader can survive without the trust and respect of his military and Civil Service. Does anyone think the US diplomats and military trust Obama?

I wonder if all the shinny lieberals will knuckle under if one occurs?

The OWS movement would have disappeared rather quickly if they´d been met with actual resistance. Their object was to create sympathy which is why I said to let them make fools of themselves. The situation has changed.

Simple. Obama hates the military, and he is resentful of success...so he´s out to punish both. That´s his idea of voting for revenge.

I´m surprised that I haven´t seen anybody speculate about this yet, so maybe I will. Is Obama taking out the top military people so that they can´t take him out? To prevent a military coup d´etat? One of the first things I said last Tuesday night was now the military is the only thing to save this country. Guess not.

In the case of a few of these incidents ...

... there a was junior officer who relived them of their command on site.

As if they were just waiting to do so.

The Left has the military infiltrated at flag rank ...

... at the ready to takeover.

Oh, and #6?

There are people looking into to this.

His buddy Vlad has been telling him tales of the the USSR, back in the day. A purge, they say. Although Hitler´s Night of the Long Knives is equally appropriate. And you gotta´ admit President Revenge got all manly and tough in his defense of the witless Susie who was sent out to talk about something she had no knowledge of.

Those in the know best do something soon. Before Two Won guts completely. Read CNS is reporting Two Won had appointed Holly P to a role in his cabinet. under his Consumer protection czar.

There is definitely something nefarious being planned. Or a great plot for a new movie/novel

Obama is spying on military commanders to see if there´s any signs of insurrection in the ranks.Of course there´s old school people who hate gays being allowed to serve. The integration of men and women training together led to waves of sexual assaults but it was a small price for women getting equality.

The worlds greatest military is being systematically destroyed by leftist because they see the complex as inherently evil around the world. No more interventions in other country´s business, even if they´re slaughtering their own people.

Obviously, they see this money being wasted when it should be "invested" in things like diversity. The education system in this country is an absurd failure but we need more money for education "for the jobs of tomorrow". that´s pretty funny when they´re killing jobs at the same time.

People in this country refuse to wake up to the enemy within.

Timing... Let´s see.. 3 top generals removed from regular duties just as Turkey decides to support Hamas invasion of Israel.... Maybe Petraeus was going to expose Obama´s Benghazi weapons recovery & transfer operation...to Turkey.

Maybe Obama plans on doing nothing to help Israel... and using the general scandal as plausable reasoning to be too messed up to help?

It won´t be long before a new crop of Flag Officers pop up with names like, Antwan, Lasheesha, Malik, and Brewcie. Don´t attempt a background search on them. That´ll be classified info.

Egypt´s electoral commission said Sunday the presidential election will take place on May 26 and 27, 10 months after the army overthrew Islamist leader Mohammed Morsi. The man who toppled him, now retired army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, is expected to win the vote easily as he rides a wave of popularity for removing the divisive president in July. CAIRO - Three Hamas militants who infiltrated into Sinai from Gaza were arrested on suspicion of conspiring to assassinate former Egyptian defense minister Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who is running for president, according to Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai. The three carried a coded letter with instructions to execute the assassination, passed by a senior Muslim Brotherhood official who escaped to Gaza. They said there is information the militant groups are forming a de facto chain of command, with alarming coordination between

Egyptian army chief Field Marshal Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has recently intensified contact with the Russian Defense Ministry in order to expedite the completion of an arms deal. According to senior Egyptian sources that the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai quoted in a report on Wednesday, the deal with Russia includes advanced aircraft, monitoring equipment and other sophisticated weapons that would be used to fight terrorism emanating from Sinai. (Snip) The delay continues an ongoing US partial aid and weapons freeze that has largely been seen as punishment for Sisi’s military coup and crackdown on former president Mohamed Morsi and his

An Egyptian court on Sunday set Sunday for the resumption of the trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 14 co-defendants for allegedly inciting the murder of demonstrators outside Cairo´s Ittihadiya presidential palace in late 2012, a judicial source said Tuesday. According to the source, the decision came one day after the same court turned down a request for the recusal of the presiding judges in the case. This morning, Lois Lerner again pleaded the Fifth, refusing to answer any of Chairman Darrell Issa’s questions.  After a few minutes of Lerner’s repetitive non-response, Issa adjourned the hearing, so we don’t know if the committee planned to address this particular issue. (Snip) During the normal workweek, former IRS director Lois Lerner may have been in charge of delaying tax-exempt applications for conservative groups, but on a Sunday it appears that she was fast-tracking, approving and backdating an application for an organization led by an alien resident with ties to terrorists. Cairo - An Egyptian court will begin hearing testimonies in the murder trial of deposed Islamist president Mohamed Morsi from Wednesday, when a former top military officer will give evidence. [Snip] Morsi was present in the court, inside a soundproof glass dock to prevent him from interrupting proceedings with defiant outbursts, as he had done in previous hearings. Morsi and 14 co-defendants, including former aides, are accused of inciting the killing of opposition activists outside the presidential palace in December 2012, an incident that hastened his overthrow by the military almost seven months later.

Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), apparently pleased with the ouster of the former President Mohamed Morsy, have approved $8 billion in aid to Egypt on Tuesday. The Saudi funds comprise a $2 billion central bank deposit, $2 billion in energy products, and $1 billion in cash, the Saudi Finance Minister Ibrahim Alassaf told Reuters. (Snip) The rise of Mohamed Morsy´s Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt since 2011 has unsettled most Gulf Arab states, including the UAE, which feared it would embolden Islamists at home. Morsy became president a year ago in Egypt´s first freely contested election.

For Hillary Clinton, having her own baby grandchild to kiss on the campaign trail, could be one of the biggest boosts to her possible presidential election campaign. Although the former Secretary of State and First Lady has not said if she will run in 2016, the arrival of her first grandchild will soften her image, analysts have said. While Chelsea only revealed her pregnancy on Thursday, supporters of her mother have already started cooing over a possible baby in the White House. With the Clintons having a near-royal status in the U.S., the announcement of a new arrival due this fall has sent

That was quite a victory dance President Obama did Thursday while claiming Obamacare is “working” because eight million people have now supposedly signed up for the health care program. He even indulged in some less-than-subtle mockery of Republicans - and by extension the majority of Americans who have disapproved of Obamacare since before it became law. "The repeal debate is and should be over,” Obama said, taking a dig at Republicans who are “going through, you know, the stages of grief … anger and denial and all that stuff …” But a president who is viewed by most Americans as less

Golf has always reveled in its standards and rich tradition. But increasingly a victim of its own image and hidebound ways, golf has lost five million players in the last decade, according to the National Golf Foundation, with 20 percent of the existing 25 million golfers apt to quit in the next few years. People under 35 have especially spurned the game, saying it takes too

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats. Mr. Cruz finds himself standing alone a lot these days. His response to the cold shoulders: "The establishment despised Ronald Reagan" before he became president, "but the people loved him." For the 43-year-old Republican, the Reagan name illuminates his political life´s
