Hillary’s Next Move
New York Times, by Gail Collins

Original Article

“Maybe I’ll get a decorating show,” said Hillary Clinton. It was a few weeks before the election. Clinton was flying back from an overnight trip to Peru, talking — without any great enthusiasm — about the topic that would begin to obsess the American political world as soon as the presidential ballots had been counted: Will Hillary run in 2016? It’s more than two months until this inauguration. But the speculation is already roaring. On Friday, Politico reported that Public Policy Polling had a new survey showing that if the Iowa caucuses were held today — there’s a terrifying thought —

Comments:
The country would have fared better under a President Hillary than we have under President Barack.

Disagree, neither Hillary nor Obama have the creds, and it shows.
Both "fell" into high positions without earning them.

Puke, this is worse than ipecac. Best prepared presidential candidate in history, sure. Best drunk candidate in history, she´d probably drink Grant under the table.

No way she wants to go through another campaign. Especially when she will be 69 years old.

Please list her accomplishments. Start with the Middle East.

Hillary has no accomplishments. Nor does president zero.
That is the way things are in America today.
We have a kardashian electorate.

She will go to a fat farm. Log in some time at the spa, get a little surgery, have her hair styled, get some new clothes, get her donors lined up and be ready to run.

She was being sarcastic regarding a decorating show. She has poor taste and hates domestic/family life.

Clinton and Holder to the Supreme Court?

Talk about a depressing thought!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, Lord. Being the "first" woman would then make her so special. And if we choose not to vote for her we would be accused of misogyny. We will have spent 16 years of being racist misogynist. Try saying that 10 times fast. Besides she would be 70 years old.

It doesn`t matter what credentials Hillary has or doesn`t have. She too would have the MSM at her beckon call. That`s already no balls and two strikes against the GOP in 2016.

Do decorators lie, cheat, and steal?

And do they need actual talent, or experience?

I predict that we will not have any more free elections. Hillary won´t run because stinky won´t ever leave.
Besides, by the time he is done with four more years there will be nothing left to "govern".

Just another typical butt kissing NYT article bowing down to their liberal Gods. Personally I think the Clintons were praying for a Romney win (figure of speech because I doubt they pray) because after another 4 long years of the Obama/Jarrett show there won´t be any country left to rule and they know it.

Hillary doesn´t have the star power of Mr. Obama. The sheeple who voted for him will not vote for the this tired old lady. The Democrats are going to be looking for a young hipster dude so that the young people can be energized again to vote. If not, Republicans have the youth and the talent on our side. We just might win the popularity contest next time.

As a decorator with her own show she would of course have to show off her own home. Then we would get to see all the loot she and BJ stole from the White House.

I suggest her running mate
for the 2016 DimWitch Primary be...
"Ben Ghazzi"

Some fine soul should legally take that name and appear on all primary states´ ballots.

Then "Ben" can proclaim that he would be willing to partner-up with Hillaireeass.
"All she need to do is axe... ifn she be no-ways tarred."
Works for me.

A female suicide bomber blew herself up in the southern Russian region of Dagestan on Saturday injuring at least 18, including two children and five police officers, police said. (Snip) It was the first suicide bombing in Dagestan since the Boston Marathon bombings last month. The Tsarnaev brothers suspected of carrying out those attacks are ethnic Chechens who lived in this turbulent Caucasus province before moving to the U.S. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the elder brother who was killed a shootout with police days after the April 15 bombings, spent six months in Dagestan in 2012.

Tyranny around the corner --
Team Obama trashes Constitution

Fox News, by Judge Andrew P. Napolitano    Original Article

A few weeks ago, President Obama advised graduates at Ohio State University that they need not listen to voices warning about tyranny around the corner, because we have self-government in America. He argued that self-government is in and of itself an adequate safeguard against tyranny, because voters can be counted upon to elect democrats (lowercase “d”) not tyrants. His argument defies logic and 20th-century history. It reveals an ignorance of the tyranny of the majority, which believes it can write any law, regulate any behavior, alter any procedure and tax any event so long as it can get away with it.

What Is True Conservatism?
Commentary Magazine, by Peter Wehner    Original Article

In a recent column, Michael Gerson wrote about modern conservatism’s “two distinct architectural styles.” One approach within conservatism, he said, celebrates those who seek to apply abstract principles in their purest form. The alternative approach is more disposed toward compromise, incremental progress and taking into account shifting circumstances. What’s worth noting, I think, is that many of those in the first camp consider themselves to be more principled and authentically conservative than those in the second, who are often derided as RINOs and “squishes,” as part of the much-derided “establishment” and who go along to get along.

House-Senate showdown

If there were an organized opposition to comprehensive immigration reform -- and there really isn´t, compared to the political/business/activist/lobbying complex in favor of it -- the opposition would pound daily on the key weakness at the heart of the Senate Gang of Eight bill. That weakness is simple. The bill proposes to legalize 11 million currently illegal immigrants before imposing greater border security and workplace enforcement. In that, the gang´s priorities are different from the American people´s. An opposition would remind the public of that, often. Many polls have shown that voters favor eventual legalization and a pathway to citizenship

President Obama called today for a renewed effort to close the prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. But back in 2009, the White House dropped the ball on closing the controversial military prison by failing to come up with a plan in time, refusing to help House Democrats who were fighting for its closure, and then abandoning the plan altogether and blaming Republicans. In a speech at the National Defense University in Washington, Obama said his Jan. 21, 2009, executive order to close the prison was never implemented because House Republicans placed funding and legislative restrictions on moving

American tourists dining on a glacier in eastern Iceland found themselves floating away from shore on an iceberg earlier this week, an Icelandic newspaper reported. Four people were rescued from Fjallsárlón glacial lagoon. They had set up a table and chairs with plans for dinner when a gust of wind pushed the ice from the land. They were stranded about 30 feet from shore. One of the diners managed to jump to shore before the ice drifted too far and call for help. The tourists have not been identified, but a photo captured three of the diners

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

Anthony Weiner’s New York mayoral candidacy was only made more improbable today after he revealed that he visited a Houston psychiatric facility following his resignation from Congress in 2011. Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

Washington rumor has it that Obama wants to be U.N. Secretary General. There are several reasons that make that likely, and if it´s true, it throws new light on a lot of Obama´s oddities -- including his Royalty Bows, his Apology Tours, his Muslim Sellout, and the Benghazi Cover-Up. But first -- why would Obama be planning to become the chief of the U.N. before he has even finished his second term?

On Wednesday, Drummer Lee Rigby of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, a man who had served Queen and country honorably in the hell of Helmand Province in Afghanistan, emerged from his barracks on Wellington Street, named after the Duke thereof, in southeast London. Minutes later, he was hacked to death in broad daylight and in full view of onlookers by two men with machetes who crowed "Allahu Akbar!" as they dumped his carcass in the middle of the street like so much roadkill. As grotesque as this act of savagery was, the aftermath was even more unsettling

MARK LEVIN: So why didn´t Chairman Issa hold an investigative hearing a year ago? Why didn´t Chairman Camp, all Republicans, hold an investigative hearing a year ago, and all the other tripping over themselves right now? I´ll tell you why. Because the establishment Republicans, the RINO Republicans, despise the Tea Party. They despise the conservative movement. We exist to be managed, to be shuttled to the polling place, to vote for their candidates. The Karl Roves of the world, and all the rest of them. They fight us in the primaries, they fight us at the grassroots.

Fox News chief Roger Ailes has sent a memo to his subordinates at the leading cable news network. He sent this memo to his staff today in connection with the federal investigation into an alleged leak to Fox News reporter James Rosen, a story that the Washington Post’s Ann E. Marimow broke earlier this week. The memo’s a masterpiece, too. For all those who wonder what it is about Ailes that endears his people to him — and that makes him such a good interviewee for any media reporter lucky enough to get an audience
