John Boehner Should
Get of Obama's Way

American Thinker, by Jeannie DeAngelis

Based on the dismal state of the union and after four years of doing exactly what Rush Limbaugh said he hoped that he would do, by any thinking person's standards President Barack Obama has indeed "failed." Yet, despite the catastrophe, on Election Day the American people inexplicably invited the President to spend the next four years beating the dead horse that he killed during his first term. The next day, after being MIA for months, Speaker of the House John Boehner crawled out of the tanning bed long enough to publicly assure the President

Boehner does not have the nads or spine to stand up to the socialist Democrat Party or Obama's agenda to turn America into a third-world cesspool. Only revolution or some catastrophic event can turn this mess around. Short of that, America is done.

The House needs a new leader. If West gets his recount, he would be my first choice.

I am writing my congress critters and requesting they let us fall off of that imaginary Fiscal Cliff.

That is the fastest way to expose the democrat lies about the "Bush tax cuts for the rich". When the sheep see how much they were saving under Bush's tax cuts, they should wake up to the fact that congressional liberals are deceptive.

Unfortunately, the republicans do not have the leaders required to do this.

#3, by sitting down and talking about things, we have gotten to where we are. Bipartisanship? Lemme explain bipartisanship........
Conservatives believe that child molesters need be incarcerated forever as we understand the incredibly high recidivism rate.
Liberals think that child molesters need counseling and to be released back into society.

Bipartisanship has resulted in laws that........provide counseling and release the predators back into society.

I hope that every single pathology that is the direct result of liberalism haunts you the rest of your life.

But of course as a liberal, you'd NEVER live in an area impacted by YOUR policies.
But guess what? With Tuesday's election? NOWHERE is safe.

Let the all the tax rates expire, let the sequestration kick in. No more phoney baloney negotiations up to the 11th hour, only to dream up another rube goldberg, kick of the can, to another deadline.
Obama owns this mess. Let him deal with it.
the whole charade of republican opposition makes me want to puke.

They own it, they can't blame anyone else for the mess. We can straighten it out when they are voted out.

Great idea, #4. I will also write my congresscritters and tell them to step aside, let the falling begin. Why keep us in suspense, give the Demonrats everything they want and call it a day. After all, the country as we know it ceased to exist as of Nov. 6, 2012, there will be no revival.

#3 What an appropriate screen name. Rabbits are timid teriffied creatures. The idea that you can sit down and be bi-partisan with Democrats (Socialists) is ludicrous. By bi-partisan, Zippy means "give me everything I want". He doesn't budge an inch on his ideas. If he can't get them through the legislative process he pouts and then issues Executive Orders which flout the Constitution. And Bohener does nothing. The recent election had the country split almost exactly right down the middle. How does Harry Reid interpret that?! He says Zippy has a "Mandate" to do what ever he wants and he is going to rig the system to eliminate the one weapon still available to Conservatives to slow the ultimate fiscal destruction of our country, the fillibuster. Please explain to me how that is bi-partisan. You what is a real "terrible idea for out children and grandchildren"? How about each and every one of them being saddled with a $ 200,000 bill to pay for Zippy's socialist pipe dreams on the day they're born.

Agree, let the system crash because that is the only way the US can be saved. We have not been a Capitalistic society in decades or a true Republic. We are a hybrid of capitalism with healthy doses of socialism, statism, and marxism. Crashing the system will hurt like hell and may very well fracture the US. The altenative is to slowly become at best socialist Europe at worst a banana republic with marxist policies.

#7 said it before me, but that is my thought as well. Vote "Present" on everything. Let them have what they want, but they can't call it "bipartisan". They own it. Don't get any of the stench on us, because if even one Republican votes for it, they will blame it all on that one guy.

This is the second satirical column today suggesting that the GOP should do exactly what Obama wants and let HIM take the hits for the excrement that will hit our fan the way it hit Greece's fan.

There is some merit to the idea, because if it's actually done, only Democrats will be blamed for the collapse. We'll have to suffer through it but the futility of socialism will actually be realized by those who advocate it. When a country collapses, leaders face the consequences. Getting out of Obama's way will ensure this won't happen again.

Unfortunately, massive destruction and deprivation may have to come first. But we expect that anyway with O's second term, so let's get it over with.

So you give them all they want and crash the system to show them this is the wrong path. If they weren't taught the correct path, why do you think the crash will educate them. I think all it will do is further weaken America and cause them to go feral. Like I ask my armed up neighbors, how many people are you going to shoot? NO! We got bombed at Pearl harbor and our response was not "Let them keep destroying America until they see the error of their ways".

Those who oppose the "vote present" approach: what do you propose? Be specific.

Fight to the "end"? You will lose - NerØbama has demonstrated his ability to go around Congress. Whatever small victories you may win will be blamed for the consequences that are inevitable at this point. You will be blamed.

Compromise? You will not get a result that will stop the inevitable. Harry Reid will see to that. You will only sign on to a doomed solution. You will be blamed.

You will stop nothing. You will only be blamed.

So what is your solution? Be specific. The clock is ticking.

Most of Obama's voters don't pay income taxes, why would they be concerned about an income tax increase?

Social Security stops trying

The Social Security Administration announced Monday that it will immediately cease efforts to collect on taxpayers’ debts to the government that are more than 10 years old. The action comes after The Washington Post reported that the government was seizing state and federal tax refunds that were on their way to about 400,000 Americans who had relatives who owed money to Social Security. In many cases, the people whose refunds were intercepted had never heard of any debt, and the debts dated as far back as the middle of the past century. “I have directed an immediate halt to further

Democrats have had a recurring problem in special elections this year: Their voters aren’t turning out. If a weak economy and continued Obamacare problems persist, the November elections could be a disaster for Democrats. Last week, Democrats lost two special elections they weren’t planning to. Arlington, Va., is a classic wealthy ObamaTown, filled with government workers and limousine liberals. Mitt Romney won only 29 percent of the vote in 2012. But last Tuesday, Democrats lost their first election for the five-member Arlington County Board in 15 years when John Vihstadt, a Republican running as an independent, won a vacancy on

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said little as federal agents seized and then released cattle last week from the Bundy ranch, but there is little doubt that the highly charged episode was threatening to become a political headache for the Nevada Democrat. The Bureau of Land Management is headed by former longtime Reid aide Neil Kornze, who was confirmed by the Senate as BLM director on Tuesday, just as federal authorities descended on the cattle ranch outside Mesquite, Nev. Mr. Kornze issued a statement Saturday saying that the bureau would return the cattle and withdraw its agents from the ranch

On the defensive about their prospects in the midterm elections this fall, congressional Democrats have spent all of April savaging the Republican budget proposal, decrying the Koch brothers and championing a series of bills meant to ingratiate themselves to struggling middle-class voters. In promoting legislation that would extend unemployment benefits, increase the minimum wage and promote equal pay for women, the Democrats have declared themselves the party that will ensure a “fair shot” for all. Republicans, they insist, are the party of special interests. It has been a classic Washington messaging campaign for these partisan

On a trip to Moscow early in her tenure as secretary of state, Hillary Rodham Clinton played the role of international saleswoman, pressing Russian government officials to sign a multibillion-dollar deal to buy dozens of aircraft from Boeing. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn.
