CNN claims Iran shot at a US drone,
revealing the news network's mindset

Barbara Starr, CNN's Pentagon reporter (more accurately known as: the Pentagon's reporter at CNN), has an exciting exclusive today. Exclusively relying upon "three senior officials" in the Obama administration (all anonymous, needless to say), she claims that "two Iranian Su-25 fighter jets fired on an unarmed U.S. Air Force Predator drone in the Persian Gulf last week," while "the drone was in international airspace east of Kuwait... engaged in routine maritime surveillance." The drone was not hit, but, says CNN, "the incident raises fresh concerns within the Obama administration about Iranian military aggression in crucial (Persian) Gulf oil shipping lanes."

Iran has to be one of the happiest places on earth with Obama's re-election.Russia is right behind them.Obama got re-elected because he's a weak president, not in spite of it.The antiwar left is happy because Obama won't start a war like cowboy Bush.

#8...I'm surprised you would say Bush's war. Usually it's the Liberals who perpetuate that lie.

Do you believe any President can start a war on their own? Obviously you do not comprehend the Constitution.

Do you know where, in the Constitution, the words "declare war" appear and by whom?

Do you know how many Democrats, along with Republicans, SIGNED the War Powers Act? Do you know without a majority signing the Act that the President would not be able to go to war?

Same thing for those who claim Bush is the only guy who said Saddam had WMDs. The media lied and the gullible swallowed it.

I just wish people would do their homework before speaking. The media is pathetic enough without us spreading their lies.

Obama has certainly got our military in a few "incidents" that he did not bother consulting our congress about.
As for iran firing on our drone, at this point in time, especially after hearing the testimony about benghazi, it is evident that the majority of voters in the USA don't really care what happens to the other guy as long as their free stuff is not interrupted.

#9 challenges #8:

“Do you believe any President can start a war on their own? Obviously you do not comprehend the Constitution.”

#9, do you believe pResident Obama sought Congress’s permission to run weapons into, and fire those weapons in, Libya?

Obviously Ambassador Chris Stevens, and the SEALs who sacrificed their lives in trying to save Stevens, and the others caught in the line of fire that night in which the order Stand down was issued, might never have been drawn into that horrific attack, and been slaughtered, had pResident Obama ASKED CONGRESS to vote on whether to approve the US declaring war in Libya.

Now watch pResident Obama — as #8 fears — stand down while Iran readies its annihilation of Israel.

Vienna - A leaked diagram suggesting that Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapon is scientifically flawed, diplomats working with the UN nuclear agency conceded Friday. However they insisted that it still supports suspicions that Tehran is trying to build a bomb, especially when combined with other documents that remain secret. The Associated Press reported Tuesday, citing the document leaked by officials from a country critical of Iran’s atomic program, that it indicated that Iranian scientists had run computer simulations for a nuclear weapon that would produce more than triple the

Uncritical, fear-mongering media propaganda is far too common to take note of each time it appears, but sometimes, what is produced is so ludicrous that its illustrative value should not be ignored. Such is the case with a highly trumpeted Associated Press "exclusive" from Tuesday which claims in its red headline to have discovered evidence of "Iran Working on Bomb". (Snip) It is a "graph" which AP says was "leaked" to it by "officials from a country critical of Iran´s atomic program to bolster their arguments that Iran´s nuclear program must be halted before it produces a weapon"

Compounding the American military's difficulties on the Japanese island of Okinawa, a U.S. airman is under investigation over allegations he broke into a local family's home early Friday and assaulted a teenage boy before jumping off a third-floor balcony. Iran has images of sensitive Israeli military bases taken by a drone that was launched by Lebanon’s Hezbollah movement and downed by Israel earlier this month, a senior Iranian lawmaker claimed Monday in the latest boast from Tehran about purported advances in the capabilities of its unmanned aircraft. It also appeared aimed at warning Israel about the options for retaliation for any possible strikes on

Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?
