| Sneed has learned U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., who handily won re-election Tuesday despite a lengthy stay at Mayo Clinic for depression and bipolar disorder, is in the midst of plea discussions with the feds probing his alleged misuse of campaign funds. “No one has pled guilty, but plea discussions are ongoing,” said a top Sneed source, who said Jackson is still undergoing treatment at Mayo Clinic. Sneed is also told Jackson, who returned to Mayo Clinic after undergoing outpatient treatment in the seclusion of his home in Washington, D.C., is not only being investigated

Bi-polar condition, my foot. Just a way to delay the investigation. Well, maybe an attempted OD. for sympathy. X-DIL tried that about 3 to 4 times per year. Prescribing pills for bi-polar doesn't require months and months of in-patient care.

He'll continue to be paid his $187,500 congressional salary, his wife will continue receiving "consulting fees" from his campaign funds and she will continue to be a city councilman. If JJ Jr resigns, she will be appointed as replacement.

Little Jesse, who learned from his father on these matters, already admitted to the use of campaign funds to fly his mistress to D.C. and back from time to time, and said that was not a violation of any congressional rule. And he probably was behind the 5 million dollar bribe offer to governor blago for Zero's seat in the Senate. He also was begging blago to appoint his wife to the lottery board.
And that ain't cheap.
Let's all stand, bow our heads, and thank God for the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which gave us Jr., Alcee Hastings, Charlie Rangel, Sheila Jackson Lee, and the cowgirl from Florida. Only in America...

Very end of the article says that the Justice Department refused to "promise" that an indictment would be delayed until after the election. What weasel wording. They did not promise, but lo and behold, the deal is revealed the day after the election. More corruption from Eric Holder's DoJ. He's just protecting "his people."

Both parties constantly make accusations that their rival is engaged in hypocritical, unethical, or illegal behavior. Given the drastic lack of ideological diversity in the American elite media, the general public usually only hears about such accusations against Republicans. Beyond the fact that biased reporting shapes public opinion to favor the left, it may also have an effect on law enforcement. The persistent lies that have been told about right-leaning political groups by leading Democrats, including President Obama himself, may have led to the IRS abuses of power that we’ve heard so much about in recent weeks.

A former USC professor was named Monday to the FBI´s Ten Most Wanted fugitives list after he was indicted for sex crimes against children abroad, FBI officials said. Walter Lee Williams, 64, became the 500th person named to the list, officials said. Something perverse happened after the Supreme Court’s decision today invalidating citizenship-verification requirements in Arizona for registrants who use the federal voter registration form. It is understood that a contingency plan is in place for the unlikely event that an attempt would be made on the President’s life. The Secret Service also have diplomatic immunity which will allow them to shoot to kill a would-be assassin without fear of prosecution. As part of the “evacuation route” plan, they would be able to spirit the President by chopper to one of the carriers where a jet is on standby to take him back to the United States.
