| State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland said Wednesday that the outcome of the presidential election was never a factor in whether the department would answer all questions surrounding the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi that killed four Americans, including U.S. ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens. Instead, she said the department is waiting for the Accountability Review Board (ARB) “to answer all of our questions.” “And we have tied that to the fact that we have an ARB running. It was never tied to the election,” Nuland said.

Nuland, your nose is growing. Some way, some day, these murders that you and your bosses, including POtuS, sat and watched and did nothing about will catch up with you. I pray I'm around to see it.

Now I get it.
The review board.. the ARB...is from the State Department...and that same ARB is entrusted with telling us whether the State Department let our Navy Seals die.
Got it.
I am sorry..but my government has lost all credibility with me.
I presume that anyone tied in any way with this administration is telling me a lie.
That is a sad thing to have to say.

Crazy behavior on the street is noteworthy.
Crazy behavior in the nut house is not.
We are now in the nut house where only the "Doctors" can tell you what is true and what is crazy.
And you'll be charged and convicted of thoughts dangerous to the state if you don't take your medicine.

Keep praying! God is not finished with America or Obama!
As we pray the Our Father, it says: Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth just as it is in Heaven! This is not Heaven!
Also, forgive US our trespasses as we forgive others! The Dems/Libs do not demonstrate peace or forgiveness. God will still have to teach them how to act according to His Word, His will. Watch Him accomplish what we, as a nation, could not.
God is not limited by time or space! He is Almighty God! Watch Him do whatever it takes to accomplish His will in/through US!
Pray - pray - pray!!!

The story will die. If anyone manages to keep it alive in Congress in any form, all documents will immediately become classified in the name of "national security" and will never see the light of day.
It will be replaced by stories about the gallant efforts of the Justice Dept trying to eliminate "voter suppression" or the never-ending work of the EPA or Dept of Energy in saving the planet by killing us or possibly the dept of HHS trampling on more religious freedoms in order to create more rights for Liberals who want "free" abortion-on-demand.
The LSM doesn't want to cover anything that could embarrass their guy in any way. They want to put him on a pedestal and have the rest of us worship him as they do. I expect that they will slant their stories as much as they can get away with to try and achieve that goal.

If you think for a minute that the media will report this to the dumb downed voters, you are wrong. The media keeps the left in the dark for a reason. The left doesn't want to know any of the truths - just make sure the rich don't get richer.
Our country is all about envy - if I don't have it, then you shouldn't have it either. That is the extent of what the majority of voters need to know as far as they are concerned.

The Past: Did you see that disgusting video? Who wouldn’t riot? It was just a protest that got out of hand! It happened so fast that there was no way anyone could have stopped it! There was no actionable intelligence! The administration didn’t even know about it! It was an intelligence failure the intelligence on the ground was nonexistent! There was no real time data! There were no forces in the immediate area who could have assisted! The president immediately instructed that we do everything in our power to save American lives!
The future: You know this is old news! Water under the bridge! Its time to move on! Why are looking at the past when our country should be looking to the future? Quite frankly it is disgusting and racist to bring this topic up at this point! If this were a white president we would not even be discussing this topic! Benghazi is dog whistle racism! Saying Benghazi is the same as saying the N word! You’re a racist!

I will be watching these hearings, too.
We need to be calling the media what they are: liars. We need to call these politicians what they are, liars and murderers... their wreckless, depraved indifference resulted in the brutal murders of 4 of our fellow Americans.
(No matter what that boob Jeraldo, Jerrold, Jerry whatever his name is says.)
I think i will call my Rep and Senators (and maybe others) and tell them we'll be watching.

DENVER — Colorado sheriffs upset with gun restrictions adopted in the aftermath of last year’s mass shootings filed a federal lawsuit Friday, challenging the regulations as unconstitutional. The lawsuit involves sheriffs from 54 of Colorado’s 64 counties, most representing rural, gun-friendly areas of the state. The sheriffs say the new state laws violate Second Amendment protections that guarantee the right to keep and bear arms. Opponents are criticizing the lawsuit as political maneuvering. The filing targets Colorado laws that limit the size of ammunition magazines and expand background checks. The regulations

WASHINGTON – Jay Devereaux hadn’t paid much attention to the daily drumbeat of partisan politics in D.C. He wasn’t a Washington nerd, and didn’t know who said what during congressional hearings -- nor did he care. But when news broke that the government was using taxpayer money to bail out Wall Street banks, he started paying attention and didn’t like what he was hearing. So the Florida father and information technology specialist decided to form a group, Unite in Action, to educate people in his area about the issues, he said.

First Lady Michelle Obama has expanded her anti-obesity campaign to museums, enlisting them to offer “healthy food options,” and change their menus. Mrs. Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative is now calling for museums, zoos, gardens, science and technology centers to “join the call to action,” to decrease obesity among children. The first lady is recruiting these institutions to join the “Let’s Move! Museums and Gardens” project because of their power to “influence real and sustained behavior change” on the eating habits of kids. “With their impressive reach and great potential for impact, museums and gardens can launch community

During a House Ways and Means Committee hearing today, Rep. Aaron Schock, R-Ill., grilled outgoing IRS commissioner Steven Miller about the IRS targeting a pro-life group in Iowa. "Their question, specifically asked from the IRS to the Coalition for Life of Iowa: ‘Please detail the content of the members of your organization’s prayers,’" Schock declared. “Would that be an inappropriate question to a 501 c3 applicant?” asked Schock. “The content of one’s prayers?” “It pains me to say I can’t speak to that one either,” Miller replied. After Schock pressed him further, Miller explained that although

WASHINGTON — Congressional Republicans, not resting with the Internal Revenue Service scandal, are moving to broaden the matter to an array of tax malfeasances and “intimidation tactics” they hope will ensnare the White House. Republican charges range from the clearly questionable to the seemingly specious, and they grow by the day. On Friday, lawmakers sought to tie the I.R.S. matter to the implementation of President Obama’s health care law, which will rely heavily on the agency. Whether they succeed holds significant ramifications for Mr. Obama,

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says it wants as many as 20 percent of its workers to "telework," use an "alternative work schedule," or do both, in order to "reduce green house gas emissions," decrease "employee stress," and give these government workers more time for "planning and preparing healthy meals." So says one of the HHS "performance measures" detailed in an appendix to the department´s latest strategic plan. HHS´s performance measure "4.D.05" says: "Increase the percent employees on telework or on Alternative Work Schedule." Telework means working from home via phone and computer.

Bloodletting, in the form of firings, dismissals, resignation, and expulsions, is a tribal rite in political Washington. It is most often used by the powerful on anyone less powerful as a symbolic sacrifice. Steven Miller, the now former acting commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, is the latest victim of ritual sacrifice. This week the Obama White House demanded his resignation to demonstrate the president’s “anger” at news that the IRS targeted conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status for added review and slow approval. Next, we’ll watch as Congress takes up the bloodletting knife.

STANDING BEFORE reporters Thursday, President Obama declined an invitation to compare the recent scandals weighing down his administration with those that forced President Nixon to resign in 1974. So allow us to do the work for him: There is no comparison. Nixon, in a series of crimes that collectively came to be known as Watergate, directed from the White House and Justice Department a concerted campaign against those he perceived as political enemies, in the process subverting the FBI, the IRS, other government agencies and the electoral process to his nefarious purposes. Mr. Obama has done nothing of the kind.

Ms. Abedin did not disclose the arrangement — or how much income she earned — on her financial report. It requires officials to make public any significant sources of income. On Thursday´s NBC Today, in a desperate attempt to deflect from the scandals engulfing the Obama administration, co-host Savannah Guthrie wondered: "I read a headline yesterday that said Republicans see blood in the water. That they see a president who´s very vulnerable politically. Is there a danger that they will overreach?" Chief White House correspondent Chuck Todd agreed with the slanted premise: "There is. I mean, that´s what happened to Republicans in 1998 with Bill Clinton.

President Obama’s press conference in the rain was not a success, if by success, his supporters would mean an event which convinces anyone who doesn’t work for him that he’s getting ahead of the scandal deluge. The sight of a Marine holding an umbrella over his head only added to the weirdness of the event. So what did we learn? 1. He has full confidence in Attorney General Eric Holder, the man who purportedly recused himself (whenever) without putting it in writing (whatever). When asked about the untrammeled snooping on Associated Press reporters and editors,

Obama administration officials who were in key positions on Sept. 11, 2012, acknowledge that a range of mistakes were made the night of the attacks on the U.S. missions in Benghazi, and in messaging to Congress and the public in the aftermath. The officials spoke to CBS News in a series of interviews and communications under the condition of anonymity so that they could be more frank in their assessments. They do not all agree on the list of mistakes and it's important to note that they universally claim that any errors or missteps did not cost lives and reflect "incompetence rather than malice or cover up.
