| Bias: Call it the "October Suppress" as the so-called "mainstream" media provided less coverage to the current president's bungling of and lying about Benghazi than they did to another president's decades-old DUI arrest. Last Friday, Pulitzer Prize-winning former New York Times reporter Judith Miller and Kirsten Powers, a Daily Beast columnist, appeared on Fox News' "Happening Now" program to justifiably bash the mainstream media and its orchestrated suppression of coverage of the terrorist attack in Benghazi. Neither is a charter member of the "vast right-wing conspiracy," but both roundly condemned the shameful

One thing for certain, when 0 loses it will not be the fault of the media. They have stretched the definition of collusion to carry him through his entire public life, particularly his pResidency.
A lot of integrity, self respect, and money was sacrificed to buy him four more years. I wonder if we will see the venomous lefties from the alphabet networks jumping out of windows.

It is obviously, a suicide pact and another roll of the dice in the political game of craps. They did it knowingly and willingly.
What goes around, comes around and we have yet another Donald Trump moment to watch in living color.

We all know it exists, big time. The question is what we, or anyone, can do about it? Will it always be this way from on out?

I am most surprised the MSM didn't spend 24/7 on the subject of Iran's temporary suspension of nuclear production, negotiated by Valarie Jarrett, or did they think it would hurt their credibility? That subject seemed to fizzle big time.

The MSM will never stop defending Obama because he is who they are. They see him doing no wrong because it is what they themselves would do. It is hard to look at yourself in the mirror and condemn what you see. They only recognize evil as a Republican attribute. There is none so blind as they who will not see. This will not change and President Romney had better be prepared to be scourged daily by these reprobates.

I bought the Grand Rapids Press in conservative West Michigan last Sunday to see if they covered Benghazi. Not a word about this bloody failure could be found at this critical time. I blame it on the J Schools and the socialists that teach our children.
Why go out of your way to offend your audience? Newsweek is going out of print I hope the GR Press is next.

We have a choice, continue to complain about the liberal elite media. Or we can discontinue our newspaper subscriptions, cancel cable TV, and remove ABC,NBC,CBS channels as viewing options. I thought I'd go through withdrawal. I was surprised at what happened instead.

The media were always inclined to be boozers and wantons. Bacchus and Dionysis were gods of the grape, and of the drama. Mind altering liquor and opium eating goes hand in glove with writing and fame. Name a famous writer who wasn't an "inebriate." But now our media writes for the "experienced" mind. You cannot understand American music for the last 50 years without having served your time as a pothead. Remember Don Corleone had no problem with any illegal activity. Only the drug distribution business. Why? Because LSD, marijuana, and the rest are not only mind altering. They are soul altering. They are soul stealing. The soul of America has been changed by a powerful force, a spiritual force that inhabits this "potion." It has allowed people to get things without paying a heroic price. It has taken away ambition, love of country, inhibitions, understanding good vs evil and right vs wrong. It has made cowards hip, and unable to care about their limits. It has made a political party Boo God -- and plan to legalize it. It has also stolen or shrunken souls. It is a form of sorcery and delusion. This is a force that will not give you up. And there is no ability to make sense with that hate filled godless mind -- that is why there are two Americas. The root word for "assassin" is hashish -- remember? That is the nature of the Prince of America we are dealing with this time around. He has tempted us with the world, all through the wasting sorcery power in a pipe. A mess of pottage for which we would give up our American birthright. For those who have ears to hear ....

Benghazigate: The lack of a timeline for what the commander-in-chief was doing the night terrorists murdered our ambassador to Libya and three others is an "irrelevant fact," according to a key White House aide. Playing the role Sunday of former U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice, who last Sept. 16 went on all five talk shows to parrot the administration line that Benghazi was provoked by a video, was White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer. Following in Rice´s footsteps, he announced that the details of where President Obama was and what he was doing that fateful night

Government Overreach: The Internal Revenue Service official in charge of tax-exempt organizations when the unit targeted Tea Party groups now runs the IRS office responsible for enforcing ObamaCare. As bad as the IRS scandal was, with the taxing body of government using its unequaled authority to intimidate and harass the president´s political opposition to aid his re-election, it got worse with the news that the IRS official, Sarah Hall Ingram, who served as commissioner of the Tax-Exempt and Government Entities Division from 2009 to 2012, is now serving as director of the IRS´ Affordable Care Act division.

Employer spending on benefits rose at the slowest pace on record in the first quarter, as companies began bracing for higher health costs with next year´s launch of ObamaCare.Total benefits, such as insurance and pension contributions, rose just 0.1% vs. the end of last year, the smallest gain in Labor Department data going back to 2001. By comparison, payroll employment grew by a half-million, or 0.4%, in Q1. So benefits-per-worker declined. Total employee benefits provided outside of government jobs declined outright.

Welfare: Not content with having more Americans on food stamps than people in Spain, the Obama administration is ringing the dinner bell for illegal aliens. We´ll feed you and not check your status. As we wrote last July, just as food stamp use has skyrocketed here under President Obama, so have marketing efforts to Hispanics under a partnership with Mexico. We dubbed the program "Fat and Furious" after the administration´s gun-running program that also seemingly had worthy goals but had unclear motives and pernicious effects. Energy: As the EPA snipes at the State Department´s approval, Canada´s natural resource minister says failure to approve the pipeline would seriously jeopardize our energy relationship and do nothing to save the earth. Joe Oliver, not amused by the continued delays in perhaps the most shovel-ready project since the pyramids, said Wednesday that rejection by the U.S. of the proposed Keystone XL pipeline "would represent a serious reversal in our long-standing energy relationship." This critical energy infrastructure project is also perhaps the most studied and approved. After a reroute at the behest of environmentalists

States: The governor from a thriving free-enterprise state travels to the U.S. counterpart of Greece and Cyprus with an invitation: Come to where folks are friendly to business. Texas´ Rick Perry arrived in Illinois Monday to lure businesses away from a state that we and other´s have dubbed "America´s Greece" — beleaguered by debt, punished by regulations and subject to ever-rising taxes — to one that´s leading the pack in job and economic growth. Taking umbrage at Perry´s visit was Chicago Mayor and former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel.

Asian Security: As Korea festers, our friends in Beijing have deployed near Taiwan a powerful missile designed to take out U.S. aircraft carriers as Beijing strengthens its ability to prevent U.S. forces from aiding Taiwan. When North Korea announced the 1953 Armistice was considered null and void and threatened renewed missile tests, the U.S. rushed naval assets to the region, including two destroyers equipped with the Aegis anti-missile defense system. We presumably would do so if things heated up between Beijing and its claimed "lost province," Taiwan. That option became increasingly problematical when news

WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

The Washington Post on Monday reported that Obama’s Department of Justice was investigating journalists before they started wiretapping the Associated Press – for one, Fox News correspondent James Rosen in 2010. Their headline wasn´t "Obama Team Also Spied on Fox News." Fox wasn´t in the headline, on A-1 or on A-12, where the story continued. Newly obtained court documents “reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010.” Reporter Ann Marimow began:

The wheels came off the Obama administration yesterday. We learned of a startling assault on freedom of the press by the Department of Justice, following the revelation last week of the unprecedented information-gathering foray by that department against The Associated Press. Then, a few minutes later, the Justice Department’s inspector general released a report declaring that the US attorney in Arizona used the leak of a confidential memo to try to discredit a whistleblower in the notorious “gun-walking” scandal known as Fast and Furious (which got two federal agents killed). The leak was called “egregious.”

WASHINGTON – A top IRS official in the division that reviews nonprofit groups will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions before a House committee investigating the agency’s improper screening of conservative nonprofit groups. Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd. Lerner was scheduled to appear before the House Oversight committee Wednesday.

A senior adviser to President Obama mounted a combative defense of the administration on Sunday, saying the controversies enveloping the White House were the result of Republican lawmakers’ trying to “drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped-up hearings and false allegations.”The remarks came from Dan Pfeiffer, a member of the president’s inner circle, as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning talk shows in an effort to move the administration past what commentators have described as a “hell week” of controversy and missteps.

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?" Judge Andrew Napolitano explained that the question about guns comes out of a post-Sandy Hook executive order by President Obama, but it will be required under Obamacare. Varney expressed amazement

While many Americans were tuned into news coverage of the massive damage from tornadoes ravaging the state of Oklahoma, Rhode Island Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse took to the Senate floor to rail against his Republican colleagues for denying the theory of anthropogenic global warming. Whitehouse spent 15 minutes chastising GOP senators and justified his remarks by alluding to states that seek federal assistance in the wake of natural disasters. “So, you may have a question for me,” Whitehouse said. “Why do you care? Why do you, Sheldon Whitehouse, Democrat of Rhode Island, care
