Coming from a law college student who never had decent GPAs to save his life

In PA kids on medicade have been cut off from their regular doctors - this includes disabled kids who need the services of specialists, kids that need leg braces and neurologists - as their providers are switched around somehow due to Obamacare. It's only supposed to be temporary. We'll see.

I am not worried. I believe all the promises Romney//Ryan have made and I expect aggressive action to get rid of Obamacare.

If the American people want rid of this law they have to at least give Romney a GOP Senate. Not really sure how much of Obamacare can be ''gutted'' using mere reconciliation - but I suspect quite a lot). As for those impending 'permanent rules', those rules would be like what my dentist likes to call 'permanent crowns'. They can be yanked off with a bit of effort by the new administration.

A nightmare of gigantic proportions foisted upon the American people.

These are people who are SUPPOSED TO represent the citizens of this country and do what the citizens want. So instead, they hide what they are doing until it is too late to do anything to stop it?? Talk about tyrants and dictators!!! This is NOT our supposed Representative Government!! This is pure evil!

The SCOTUS has already determined that States can’t be punished for not implementing -0-care.

Yes, -0- will rig the place to burn down as he leaves the room – it’s what small-minded megalomaniacs do. The majority of the country doesn’t want -0-care, and 2010 and this election are largely about it. Ergo, -0- will try to implement as much as possible against the will of the people. Anything he does now, however, can still be undone. It won’t be until the program is actually funded, set up and running that it will be impossible to uproot.

I also don’t agree that the full repeal of -0-care will be “impossible” without 51 GOP votes in the Senate. Democrats may be stupid in general, but they also have a certain degree of political self-preservation instinct. It won’t be difficult to pull in the necessary votes.

Please ! No matter what State you are in, please vote for the Senate candidate with the (R) after their name tomorrow.
We must give Romney the troops that he needs to get this country moving.

Everyone should know that the healthcare insurers are freaking out over a Romney/Ryan win--and if the Senate goes under Republican control. You'll remember that most were among the biggest cheerleaders for the ACA (Obamacare)--and throw in there one of the biggest Medicare Advantage insurers, AARP.

What you may not know is that every insurer has been planning around the ACA for two years. All their plans around care models in primary care and with health systems, plus the insurance exchanges, have been knocked into the proverbial cocked hat.

This is not to defend the insurers AT ALL. They have squeezed physicians and other providers like lemons. They have made it difficult to provide care with prior authorizations. They have slowed payments to smaller practices so they go broke. Their senior management and CEOs are compensated well beyond their real worth. So it's ironic that a new administration would kick their best laid plans in the pants....

Shoot the government enforcers and pay the doctors under the table. Any questions?

Wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see some of those hidden rules turn out to require:

- full coverage of sex-change surgery
- mandatory abortions for all minority mothers and those who make less than $100K a year
- contraceptive dispensing machines in every building open to the public, including churches
- no healthcare for anyone who smokes, except pot smokers, or who can be shown to have purchased soda or red meat in the last 3 years
- no healthcare for anyone over 55 or under 6 months

Read the article. Spells out why the regulations would come fast and furious if Obama wins and even faster and more furious if Romney wins.

The part I find most interesting though is why they want all this hidden until after the election. It is pretty obvious that they know the regulations will be unpopular, otherwise then would at least announce what the regulations are going to be. Apparently, they think the American people like surprises -- or are too stupid to realize what they are up to.

Brought to you by the Demonrat party. You can bet your boots that Piglosi and dingy Harry will not have the same insurance that you will be forced to participate in. The congressional staffers are just as corrupt, since they will also have elite ruling class health care. Big Government is not our friend.
