Obama: Tea Party attitude
in Washington needs to go

Washington Examiner, by Charlie Spiering

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 11/1/2012 8:41:39 PM

Speaking in Green Bay, Wisconsin this afternoon, President Obama reminded voters that if Mitt Romney was president, he would “rubberstamp the Tea Party’s agenda.” Obama told crowds that Romney’s ideas were not change, ridiculing him for “using his talents as a salesman” to dress up the same Bush-era polices to give “more tax cuts to the wealthy” and “more power to big banks.” “Ruling out compromise by pledging to rubberstamp the Tea Party’s agenda as President -– that’s definitely not change,” Obama said. “In fact, that’s exactly the attitude in Washington that needs to go.”

Comments:
Of course he demonizes the only people in Washington who have any sense. They are the antithesis to the dictator 0bama and his quest to destroy this country. This is the entire article.

Am I the only person who is absolutely sickened by his faux smile?

I think O reveled in campaigning in 2008 but is putting up a fake front now....while the crowds now don't feed his insatiable ego like they did four years ago, at least they beat being in the White House reading his daily briefings.........

I think they realize it's over for them.

They are NOW resorting to lame "tea party attitude" statements to see if they can gin-up the base.

That's who this is directed at, the base.

So, they must know the internals are horrible.

Vote like it matters, because it does.

Here we go again... Is it that Obama doesn't know what the TEA parties are or what they stand for? Or is this just pure lies and propaganda? Either way, it is false!! Idiot! It is Obama that stands for giving favors to his wealthy friends and more power to the biggest banks that contribute to his campaign, etc... TEA parties are made up of the little people.

Socialist fool...

5 days until the election and he's trying to gin up his base. They're the only ones who want to hear this kind of rhetoric. I take this as another sign of desperation.

The mere fact that he is campaigning in 'safe' Wisconsin tells me all I need to know about how he views his chances.

It would be wonderful if Romney did "rubberstamp the Tea Party's agenda", but unfortunately it's very doubtful anything like that is going to happen.

Again with the straw man arguments. He can't defend his pathetic self or his atrocious record, so he creates a boogeyman to vilify and create fear.

The Tea Party agenda is to get rid of Obama. That attitude put the GOP in control of the House. It will also put the GOP in control of the WH and possibly the Senate.

Well there it is. 0bama finally fessed up. So the, ''Tea Party attitude,'' which is equal respect for Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, ''needs to go?!!!'' ...Liberty is apparently to be usurped & replaced by the warped age-old lefty/lib ideological, 'top-down,' central planning, micro-management fantasies of governance which has apparently been totally embraced by 0bama's current entire dem party leadership AND it's media/alphabets/hollyweird?!!! 'Tyranny Over Liberty?!!!' How disasterous is that wacky & already discredited idea?!

0bama has it backwards! America the Beautiful chose Liberty over tyranny centuries ago. ...Hasn't he heard?
(Where DID 0bama learn about American history? Or did he ever?!)

''Liberty And Tyranny,'' by Mark Levin should be on 0's reading list A.S.A.P.!

On Rush Limbaugh’s radio show this afternoon, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, denounced the Gang of Eight immigration reform bill, encouraging his audience to call their member of Congress to oppose the bill. Cruz noted there were about 20 Republican Senators that were on the fence about voting for the bill, but that he believed that it was “politically foolish” and “terrible for the country.” “It doesn’t fix the problem,” Cruz said. “We need to fix the problem, secure the borders and improve legal immigration.” Cruz dismissed the Congressional Budget Office report showing that the bill would actually decrease federal

President Obama´s visit to the Group of Eight summit has created a political row in Ireland after an outspoken liberal lawmaker on Wednesday denounced the U.S. president as a “war criminal” for his drone use and his decision to arm the Syrian rebels. Parliamentarian Clare Daly said her country´s government had showcased the country “as a nation of pimps, prostituting ourselves in return for a pat on the head,” The Irish Times reports. President Obama on Tuesday downplayed Afghan President Hamid Karzai’s decision to suspend talks on a long-term security deal with the U.S. in protest of the launch of formal peace talks with the Taliban. Karzai also pulled out of peace talks with the Taliban the Obama administration agreed to hold in Qatar, which are to begin Thursday. Obama said his administration had always anticipated "difficult negotiations." "We had extensive conversations with President Karzai both before and after the Taliban opened the office in Doha," Obama told reporters at a joint press conference in Berlin with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

It probably wouldn´t have shocked political observers if Sen. Marco Rubio´s job approval ratings had taken a hit since becoming the Republican face of comprehensive immigration reform earlier this year. But the Florida Republican´s numbers in his home state are actually close to their best ever, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll released on Wednesday, though the senator did get low marks from voters for his handling of both immigration and gun control. Rubio had a job approval rating of 51 percent to 35 percent, the survey of registered voters found.

A group of whistleblowers, including a number of aviation experts, have come forward in a new documentary to claim that the official explanation for the crash of TWA Flight 800 was wrong and a gas tank explosion did not bring down the flight off the coast of Long Island 17 years ago. However, the six whistleblowers, all part of the original investigation team, stopped short of saying the plane was shot down. Flight 800, a Boeing 747, had just taken off from JFK airport with 230 people aboard on July 17, 1996 enroute to Paris when it exploded

They were needed in Benghazi,” said DiGenova, a former U.S. attorney, now with the Washington firm of DiGenova & Toensing.

Amid a steady rise of backlash, Edward Snowden, the 29-year-old former National Security Agency contractor who was the source of a spring of leaks about the agency´s surveillance methods, conducted a live chat on The Guardian´s website Monday morning. Judging from some of the pointed questions he´s been asked and the reaction to newly leaked revelations over the past few days, it´s clear that much of the sympathy and support Snowden had built up for his early exposures is eroding. Many Americans supported his decision to leak information about a pair of National Security Agency surveillance programs, which, he detailed, gathered information

Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.

We’ll come back in a minute to Senator Rubio and Congressman Ryan. For those who came in late, a year before the IRS scandals burst onto the scene in early May of 2013, an alert investigative reporter for WTHR-Indianapolis (Channel 13), Bob Segall by name, produced a stunning piece of journalism.
