Gay Romney supporter and
friend booted from rally
for ... who knows?

Though Romney rallies may not have an explicit dress code, Iowa City residents Chase Gunderson and Adam Peters found out firsthand that looking a certain way can still get you banned from the event. After the two gay 20-somethings were kicked out of the rally without explanation, Peters wrote a Facebook note that is now being shared across the Internet. Peters expresses confusion, writing, "Mr. Romney- I may not support you... but my friend Has and Did for the last 5 years ... yet, we weren't allowed to attend? Why? […] Was it because we are gay or looked too flamboyant for your rally?"

Comments:
Yeah, right. Nice try ladies. I'll bet these two twinks a pedicure that neither one is a Romney supporter and these two cutie-pies are, in fact, gay activists.
Who the hell do these -ahem- boys think they're fooling?
Sorry sweetheart, but you got busted.

Don't you just people who claim to be 'conservative' but then find the smallest, perceived 'affront' to announce to the world how they were 'belittled/insulted/hurt' and now voting for the liberal candidate?

It's sooooooo cute!

But seriously, good luck ladies; most likely you were soul-kissing each other or showed up in dresses and high-heels in order to intentionally get removed from the rally.

I think that it's safe to say that I'm much more conservative than most. I welcome gays into the Republican Party. I have several gay friends that are smart and funny and mostly conservative and we get along great. I don't support gay marriage or the litany of other issues seeking special rights for gays and if gays can respect my opinion on that, as well as suppress all open displays of affection (the same as I would expect of heterosexuals) and agree that public schools have no business promoting the gay life style, we'll get along just fine.

Barack Obama got quite the handful on Thursday, April 10, but it was all for a good cause! As the President of the United States was boarding Air Force One with his wife Michelle Obama, a gust of wind blew up her skirt. Barack quickly stepped in and grabbed the First Lady´s billowing skirt to help her avoid a wardrobe malfunction and embarrassing Marilyn Monroe moment. Earlier in the week, another famous lady on the global stage suffered a similar snafu, but no one was around to help her -- not even her prince!

An autopsy on Peaches Geldof was inconclusive and toxicology tests will be conducted in an attempt to determine what killed the 25-year-old celebrity, police said Wednesday. Geldof was pronounced dead by paramedics at her home in southeast England on Monday. Kent Police said a post-mortem examination had not revealed the cause and a toxicology report could take several weeks. Geldof, the daughter of Irish musician Bob Geldof and the late TV presenter Paula Yates, had worked as a model, writer and television show host. She grew up in the glare of Britain´s press, which reveled in the late-night antics of her teenage years, and

The President is no economic illiterate, despite what conservatives think. He understands basic macroeconomics just fine, thank you – but with a twist. Mainstream Democrats worship at the altar of the New Deal. It’s an article of faith that massive government spending pulled America out of the Great Depression. (With all respect to Paul Krugman, the truth is more complicated, but that’s not within the scope of this article.)The president’s view of spending, deficits and debt is not merely Keynesian theory run amok. Its origins and objectives are far more terrifying. Where the traditional Democratic playbook for economic downturns was provided

A majority of Americans believe that President Barack Obama’s signature health care law will be repealed. A new Rasmussen Reports poll found that 62 percent of likely voters believe that Republicans will repeal Obamacare, which recently marked its fourth anniversary. Only 23 percent of those polled believe that the health care law has been a success, compared to 46 percent who describe the law as a failure. Louisiana Gov. People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander.
