A New Jersey mom ratted out her teen sons for the murder of a 12-year-old girl after reading a Facebook posting hinting that one of them wanted to go on the lam, law-enforcement sources told The Post. Justin Davidson’s mom saw his message “Might be moving :(” on Sunday and became suspicious. She tipped cops that he might have been involved in the disappearance of their neighbor, Autumn Pasquale, in Clayton, NJ, the sources said. Please spell out source.

Comments: These monstrous thugs killed this darling 12-yr girl for her BIKE. Her BIKE. The only silver lining I see in this whole story is that the Mom in this case was willing to turn in her 2 sons. They deserve the death penalty, but I know they're too young to get it, so I hope they get the maximum.

Trayvon 1 and Trayvon 2 WILL NOT get the maximum becase they're just "little boys". These "little boys" belong in a cage and ought to be drawn and quartered. Notice the media's silence on this whole matter. I think this is ALL about RACE and they did it because a-hole PurpleLipps has enabled them!!! This story sickens me. Just imagine the reverse of the races in this instance, i.e. two white teenage boys kill a little black girl. There would be a collective outrage with Sharpton, JackholeJackson, Reverum Jerry Write, the very dignified Monsignor Flakey Flayger marching up and down demanding white heads on poles!

Perhaps if their father had bothered to stay around, this would not have happened. I give a lot of credit to the mother for turning them in. While clearly the right choice, it must have been very difficult for her.
How said for the families. RIP Autumn.

Shame on BETH DEFALCO and TIM PERONE and THE NEW YORK POST.
This New Jersey mom did not rat out her teen sons for the murder of a 12-year-old girl.
This New Jersey mom assisted law enforcement bring two murders, who are just as much a danger to her as they are to the rest of society, before the bar of justice.

The father actually said that he knows his sons like to steal bikes.
Can anyone here imagine what their dad would have done to them if they had brought home a bike or some other valuable that they admitted stealing?
My dad rarely raised his voice, and was a gentle man, but woe to the child who did something wrong.

The entitlement mentality. They wanted the girl's bike, felt they deserved to have her bike. Took the bike and took her life in the process.
The boy's father did not have any contact with them for years. The mother had remarried recently.
The little girl's father was divorced from the mom and the girl lived in a blended family situation with the mother's boyfriend.
Please leave the families out of this murder. The evil boys murdered this little girl.

You're exactly right #17. However we do need to comment on Mom. It amazes me how such stupid, murderous humans came from an upstanding woman like this. They didn't think anyone would comment that the bike looked like the one belonging to the dead girl?
Extra points towards the penalty for putting her in the trash.
Beautiful girl with a lovely name is gone and I am sickened with what happened to her and how the lives of so many are affected by two pieces of garbage who should now be locked away forever.
My heart goes out to two mothers who are living in an unreal agony right now.

E.g. Our society reaps what it sows. General disregard for life, especially when it is "them" or "not like us" or "those who say". The Progs have trained their progeny to dehumanize and despise anyone who stands in the way to that which they want.

We have a culture, fostered by our leaders on the dimocrat side, that says those who have more than you got it through unfair means. We have a culture that says blacks are on the short end of the stick, at all times. I am not surprised by this attack.

This happens more often than it's reported. Last year a co-worker of mine's white dad was murdered by 3 black "youths" who wanted his bicycle. He was a good liberal too, rode a bike instead of driving whenever he could, even helped out at the local "community center" which is where he was heading when they stabbed him to death.

Common pleas court Judge Jeffrey Minehart dismissed three first-degree murder charges Tuesday against Dr. Kermit Gosnell. Minehart has not explained the reasoning behind his ruling. Prosecutors have argued that the babies were viable and Gosnell and his staff cut them in the back of the neck to kill them.

DENVER — Because of a paperwork error, the suspect in last month´s killing of Colorado´s corrections chief was freed from prison in January — four years earlier than authorities intended. Judicial officials acknowledged Monday that Evan Spencer Ebel´s previous felony conviction had been inaccurately recorded and his release was a mistake. In 2008, Ebel pleaded guilty in rural Fremont County to assaulting a prison officer. In the plea deal, Ebel was to be sentenced to up to four additional years in prison, to be served after he completed the eight-year sentence that put him behind bars in 2005, according to a statement from Colorado's 11th Judicial District.

When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.

President Obama on Thursday nominated Victoria Nuland, a State Department official involved in the editing of the administration´s talking points on Benghazi, to be the next assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs. Nuland, a career foreign service officer who was until recently State´s top spokesperson, had long been expected to be nominated the post to replace Philip Gordon, who Obama picked to serve as Middle East coordinator for the National Security Council. Nuland´s nomination -- which requires Senate confirmation -- could come under scrutiny from Republicans who see her as playing a central role in shaping

Conservative radio host Mark Levin is very skeptical of the idea that President Obama had absolutely no idea about the IRS tea party targeting before the story broke in the news mere weeks ago. Levin declared adamantly that it is a “flat-out, bald-faced lie” that Obama didn’t know beforehand, citing prior reports by a few conservative news outlets picking up on the news well before the 2012 presidential election. Levin said, “I don’t believe for two seconds that Obama wasn’t aware of this.”

Anthony Weiner’s New York mayoral candidacy was only made more improbable today after he revealed that he visited a Houston psychiatric facility following his resignation from Congress in 2011. Haunted by scandal surrounding his sexually explicit online communications with women, the Democratic former congressman sought treatment for his compulsive behavior from mental health professionals at the Gabbard Center. According to its website, the facility provides “3-day outpatient psychiatric evaluation,” particularly to “professionals who are in personal or professional crises.” While Weiner did not disclose

On “Fox News Sunday” last weekend, White House aide Dan Pfeiffer was asked about President Barack Obama’s whereabouts the night of the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. This was the night when we lost our first ambassador in 30 years, and when three other Americans were killed in an attack that lasted all night long at multiple locations within the eastern Libyan city. Since the president is commander in chief, one would think where he was and what he did during such an event would be of obvious public concern.
