This would return relations to about the same point they were at 4 years ago in terms of hope for an agreement. All you have to do is have amnesia for the last 4 years and believe that, after 4 years of abject weakness, the Ayatollah will be scared of Obama this time. Right.

It would not represent a "big Obama foreign policy victory". Iran cannot be trusted. Much like the Russians who are famous for simply ignoring any treaty they sign.
