Must Watch: “He said Allahu Akbar” –

I had no idea this video would be so powerful before I started watching it. In fact at the moment I’m filled with anger after having heard the stories of those who survived, that Hasan is still alive 3 years after his ruthless massacre – but even more so that they are currently arguing in court whether he can keep his beard! And then on top of that I’m reminded that this administration labeled this Islamic terrorist attack as “workplace violence” which means those who survived it are ineligible for the purple heart and the families of those

Romney should pivot during the foreign policy discussion Monday and, in mentioning how his Administration would classify terrorists, add that this despicable situation would be rectified by re-designation as an act of terror.

This is very moving, It's a tragedy what the administration has done, and is doing to America. I've already shared it with friends.

When Romney gets elected and he will get elected, this crime will be reclassified for what it really was.

Anyone that went through basic training is laughing about this clown who refuses to shave.A few old school drill instucters would get the job done in 5 minutes. His face would be a little red,but not red from embarrassment.

Isn't it nice that we insist that our soldiers in the United States are NOT armed. Why, there might be an accident if we let them carry loaded weapons....Think of the bad publicity.

What #3 said. I believe President Romney will change MANY things done during obama's reign of terror, and he will bring some sense of sanity back to this Country! Bless the fallen at Fort Hood and their families who have paid a terrible price for a TERRORIST attack, that the cowardly-obama declared to be "workplace violence". Sickening.

Last Halloween, four Muslim teenage males came to our door (we live in Loudoun County, Northern VA, and within 5 minutes walking distance from a mosque). Three were attired in the usual sort of costumes you'd expect teenagers to be wearing. But one was wearing the costume" of an army uniform with the name tag "Hasan". I wonder how many neighbors picked up on that.

The good news is that in their little goodie bags were two gospel tracts. This year I'll be even more prepared; if they show up again, I have some tracts specifically for Muslims, and the Gospel of John in Arabic and English.

Hasan should be served bacon for breakfast, ham sandwiches for lunch and pork chops for dinner. He should then be shot with bullets dipped in bacon grease.

The way in which our government is dealing with Hassan is a textbook case of the liberal mind in action. The liberal mind in action always results in a moral inversion, making right wrong and wrong right, showing endless compassion for the wrong-doer and complete disregard for their victims. Wasn't it an Obama Army Chief of Staff who reacted to the shooting by saying in effect that this was a little tragedy, but it would be a big tragedy if it made the Army back off on diversity and ultra political correctness? Isn't this endless concern for Hassan's right to continue his jihad in court while heaping contempt on his victims by saying they were victims of mere workplace violence rather than soldiers shot by an enemy in war just another example of the liberal mind at work?

Reply 18 - Posted by: lavalette, 10/20/2012 1:19:17 PM     (No. 8948214)

The liberal mind is not motivated by actual sympathy for criminals, communists, or jihadists. The liberal mind is motivated by guilt over sin. The liberal seeks to prove to himself his own moral superiority by showing that he, unlike his moral inferiors, can not only have compassion for good people that everyone can have sympathy for, but also for the bad people that no one else cares about. After all, isn't that what Jesus taught when he said to love your enemies? The liberal, rejecting the salvation that lies in confession, repentence, and faith in Christ, seeks to be justified by works with these preening displays of uber-compassion. Liberalism is thus an irrational state of mind entered into by the unregenerate seeking to get rid of their guilt over sin (while continuing in sin) in order to prove their righteousness to themselves. At a societal level, it disarms civillization against its enemies and is suicidal.

This is what the current administration considers workplace violence. Well, maybe if you're in the Middle East it's workplace violence. Here it's terrorism. Why hasn't this @sshole been shaved and tried in military court yet?!

It was pretty clear from the onset what this was and goes along with the whole pattern. Why did so many in the military go along with it?

Whether Mitt Romney becomes the 45th president or not, Politico's Jonathan Martin insists that the Republican Party is on the verge of a looming crisis. Sticking with the same overgeneralized racist narrative, it is basically a 'fact' at this point that the GOP's conservative ideology and a lack of diversity will ultimately lead to its downfall. Conversely, the Democratic Party is poised to dominate in future elections. Nevermind that we heard this before in 2006 and 2008, with Clinton acolyte James Carville forecasted 40 years in the wilderness for the GOP. No, Martin insists that demography is destiny,

President Obama’s big rally tonight turned out to be just like his first, opening salvo of the 2012 campaign: a half-empty arena in Ohio. According toRealClearPolitics’ Scott Conroy, there were “empty seats scattered around the upper-level of Nationwide Arena … Four years ago, after all, Obama was easily filling venues larger than that …” The event even featured Bruce Springsteen and Jay-Z, and Obama still couldn’t fill it out. As it turns out, the empty seats didn’t look exactly “scattered.” They looked like substantial portions of the upper bowl of the arena, according to photos tweeted by those in attendance:

Vice President Joe Biden on Saturday struggled to draw 1,000 people at two campaign events in Colorado, one of the most important swing states this election. Republicans in Colorado have said they have not seen this much enthusiasm for the top of a Republican ticket in a decade, which is a contrast from Democrats, who are seeing a diminished level of enthusiasm from 2008. At an event in Englewood, Colorado, Biden's crowd "fell just short of a thousand people"--while an event with Romney drew 18,000--and another Biden event drew 1,200 in Pueblo, Colorado.

Today, speaking in Concord, New Hampshire, trying to look bipartisan, Barack Obama made this incredible statement: “As long as I’m president, I’ll work with anybody.” He can’t be serious. For a start, let’s take a look at immigration reform. In June of this year, Sen. John McCain, who has always championed bipartisanship, said bitterly: “This idea that this president or his people reached out to me is patently false. To somehow allege that I didn’t somehow respond to their overtures, that’s patently false. That’s their narrative, and I understand their narrative, but it’s not substantiated by the facts.”

The Illinois Republican party claims early and absentee voting has precipitously fallen since the 2008 presidential election. According to the numbers, at this point in 2008, there were 260,376 early voters and 304,290 absentee voters. Now, the party maintains, there are 195,064 early voters and 46,232 absentee voters. That's a loss of 57 percent of voters, since the last election. This, the Illinois Republican party says, is a terrible sign for Democrats. "Chicago is the heart and soul of the Democratic Party," says Illinois Republican party chair Pat Brady. "You can't get much more solid blue than Chicago

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

When you get right down to it, the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party. Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election, as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide. There are a lot of numbers out there.
