When pressed on who and why more security was withheld from the Benghazi consulate after repeated requests, the President got all indignant about Romney politicizing the tragedy. Then, without breaking a sweat, Obama brags about how he killed Osama Bin Laden (surely that's not political s/o).

Worse yet, Obama is bragging that the tireless action of countless intelligence officials, the military and especially Seal Team 6 don't count; that Obama gets all the credit personally. He claims credit for the deeds of others.

In stark and quiet contrast, Romney has countless personal acts of charity and humanitarianism that he actually did do, and never, ever discusses them, for he does these acts not for personal glory. If Obama gave to charity, he would undoubtedly keep reminding us. Obama may soon brag about the Girl Scout cookies he once bought.

The good ship 0bama hit an iceberg about two weeks ago, the whole side is ripped open, it has lost it's momentum, and it is going down slowly. Things will get much uglier before it settles on the bottom. By next week, the left will see that nothing can save the ship or the captain.

Three weeks until the election. The end of the 0bama's tyranny is in sight!

Obama is all about perception. But perception is not reality and that is where Obama fails.
Notice what all the taking heads are saying; nothing about the substance of what Obama says, just how "HE'S BACK", how well he fought, and using terms like "jugular" "firey" and "turned around his ailing campaign" (words from the title of this article).
If Obama gained ground, he did so because Romney blew past a couple of barn-door wide opportunities and failed to capitalize on them. Obama has nothing to make this country better, period.
Obama is a small man with no character and a perverted ideology on how to run a country. His government was and always will be about Chicago croney politics, nothing more.

It's a shame Obama is not as aggressive with Americas enemies. I am praying that Mitt asks him what he meant when he told the Russians that he would be more flexible after the election. I thought it was treasonous then and I still think it is treasonous.

I gave this one an hour before I bailed out for the Yankees game. He did just what I expected - more energized and aggresive, but ugly, negative, pompous, arrogant, dishonest. I will give Barry credit for finally producing something shovel ready, because he was shovelling it deep last night. The questions from the bimbo undecided were inane, and the Phat Candy tag teaming with Barry was par for the course. May she never be allowed to moderate another debate again. Credit Mitt for holding his own against this nonsense.

Well, I saw the Islam ring was pointedly visible again. I watched Mitt do a great job about his economic plan. I laughed as Obama scurried off back to his stool when Mitt confrontd him about his turn to speak, making Obama look like a wimp(perception). I listened to Mitt make a great argument as to why he is not like Bush. He made Obama look little and silly. Great job Mr. Romney.

Crowley didn’t disappoint with her partisan performance and choice of audience questions. All thorugh the interview I couldn’t take my eyes off those huge scars on the left side of Obama’s head. I kept wishing Romney would say, “By the way, Mr. President, where did you (or Bari Shabbaz) get those scars?”

OP--I thought the same thing (that Crowley's intervention was prepared beforehand). Right after Crowley defending Obama's lie, the television camera went to crowd-shot. Michelle Obama, herself, was leading the instant applause.

Right #13. I was on the lookout for that ring but was not watching on a hd tv-could not discern. The camera team must have known the story, b/c whenever they framed Obama in the camera, with ring prevalent, they quickly changed shots/cameras so no time to analyze. Did anyone hear the audience seem to gasp when Obama was talking about the price of gas? When he said, "we aren't going back to that....era"? CNN had a poll that asked if undecided viewers changed their minds about whom to vote for after the debate. 25% moved to Obama, 25% moved to Romney, and the rest were unmoved. Obama only slowed his decent.

Romney missed so many opportunities though. I was hoping to hear him mention all the failed green energy plants that wasted tax payer money. WE have heard the same talking points now for every debate. The last debate he must hone in on the juglar. Repeat as necessary, wasted money, emtpy chair foreign policy, lies on Lybia.

NerØbama obviously had similar debate prep to what Biden had, with similar effect. Watching him simply reminded me of Uncle Joe.

Yes, there were missed opportunities and unforced errors on both sides, as well as a bad call by a corrupt "referee". Unlike a sporting event, however, the "game" didn't end when the clock ran out. Victory or defeat will be determined not by points and rules, but by the credibility of the candidates. That process continues through NOvember 6th.

However, while people talk about Crowley and Libya and the WSJ editorializes about Obama not having a plan, everyone seems to have misssed what I believe was the most important statement of the night, made by Obama during his closing. Obama again stated that everyone is "entitled to their fair share."

NO, we are NOT. Neither America nor Christianity has ever been about guaranteeing outcomes. Neither America nor Christianity has ever been about making sure everyone gets the same size piece of the pie. No one is ENTITLED to a FAIR SHARE. That's socialism.

And if the Wall Street Journal's editorial writers want to know what Obama's plan is, they need look no further than that statement to divine it. It says all you need to know about his ideology and his intentions.

The wife and I were out last night, so we missed most of the debate, but did get home in time to see the last part about Libya. I simply couldn't believe my ears when Obozo said that he did call the attackers "terrorists" and was even more astounded when the fat lady jumped in to back him up. Do these people really believe that we can't simply call up the speech and read it for ourselves? And I was disappointed when Romney didn't come back and state exactly what Obozo did say.

Overall, the portion that I did see, Romney was capable and did a good job. But, as I read the morning headlines, the whole thing is being reported as I expected. If you are a Dims, Obozo hit one out of the park (he didn't) and if you are a Republican, then Romney came out on top. As many of us here at LCom, I will wait until Nov. 6 (or 7th) to see how the majority view all of this.

Lastly, here's praying the Mitt CAN slam one out of the park next Monday.

0-bama actually stated the reason gas prices were $1.86 when he took office was because the economy was so terrible. He then elaborated that gas prices are high now because he has expanded oil and gas production and the economy is recovering.

So to 0-bama high prices = good economy, low prices = economic crisis. No one in the audience laughed at this absurd economically illiterate notion.

Last night I go this feeling that Romney's eyes have been opened and he is no longer fighting for an election but rather fighting for justice and righteousness. It's flipped from a competition in his eyes to a battle against evil - I think he really gets it now and that steel jaw against Obama is real.

Candy Crowley disgraced herself with her "correction" of Gov. Romney's statement about Libya with that ridiculous bit about Obama's Sept. 12 announcement in the Rose Garden when Obama actually used the word "terror." (No matter that the entire administration lied for weeks thereafter about what happened in Libya.)

Ms. Crowley telling Gov. Romney to sit down was crass and rude.

Look, Obama's entire campaign is premised on calling Romney names and trashing sound business oriented proposals that Romney has made to get the economy back on track and create millions of new jobs. Obama has no economic plan of his own that he can speak of, other then borrowing money from China and then spending it, thus further ramping up the deficit.

Obama has perfected rhetoric designed to make his socialist oriented policies look seemingly reasonable to the uninformed, but anyone with a brain and an education has figured out that socialism, no matter how Obama describes it, in terms of "fairness" and "giving everybody an equal shot" has never worked anyplace where it has been tried, because the socialists have failed to answer the question, what do they do when they run out of everyone else's money?
