| The Obama Team is signaling that “aggressive” is the operative word to describe tomorrow night’s presidential debate. The mainstream media’s still smarting from Obama the pussy without claws at the first televised debate. Tomorrow night tables will be turned to make it appear that Barack Obama and not Mitt Romney is the one trying to restore America; that he will provide those “Jobs, jobs, jobs!” and put the flagging American economy on a better footing in round two. In other words, cunning Obama, who’s been cramming for the debate, will try to take over Romney’s persona on prime time TV.

Comments: There is no way BO can get away with this. He'll end up looking ridiculous to those not living in a vacuum these last four years.

Romney has a gear where he can be critical and disagree respectfully without being harsh or sarcastic. I have never seen Obama in this gear and I don't think he has it in his makeup. When Obama goes on the attack he is harsh and sarcastic, and devoid of warmth. That's great for his base, but for everyone else it will be unattractive and off-putting. Also, Obama on the attack starts creating straw men which Romney can easily knock down, just as if Obama was one of his five sons fibbing wildly. Unless Obama created an entirely new aspect to his personality and makeup, I don't see how he can attack without losing a lot of his likability which is his last redeeming quality to some Independents.

Sometimes it is better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid - than to open you mouth and prove it.
Obama will have to walk a very fine line of being aggressive without being an unlikeable jerk. Because, plenty of voters say they will vote for him simply because they like the guy.

And Mitt will tear apart Obie's lies one by one. Obie, you can't be against jobs as you have proven you are and at the same time be for jobs. Please tell the American people why you failed so miserably in your first term and explain what you will do differently if you win another term.
And, don't forget you have to jetison all your 'Communist' inspired advisors and go to a long reeducation camp first.

You can only do so many zingers about Sesame Street with Big Bird, Bain Capital and the 47% statement and you can believe Romney is doing his practicing too. He's ready for the purple lipped baffoon to show up. Romney is going to clean his clock if he wants to act like Jolting Joe Biden. There is no new Obama one doesn't exist.

'Aggressive'. The Obama crew are putting out their code words and dog whistles to get the complicit media spin properly coordinated. They really need to get their act together before the next debate. Can't have another debacle like the last one.

Aggressive will be to interupt like Biden so a complete sentence can't get thru to the audience.
Obama and jobs? Funny. He simply wants to borrow more money we don't have to pay for things states can't because of their liberal policies restricting growth. Giving them a band aid only prevent the needed changes.
Obama's EPA is actively preventing development of our natural resources which increases costs for gasoline and electricity.
Most people I know have seen HUGE increases in their electricity bills in last few months.
We are a consuming economy, thus, you spend more on such necessities like electricity and gasoline you don't go to the mall or restaurant as much which hurts businesses, and reduces taxable sales.

I wonder if Candy Crowley will even allow the Benghazi topic to come up? She does select what questions are asked and in what order they are asked. She might, CNN did have a fairly comprehensive story on the matter October 2. Even if she does, this format (which stinks) only allows for 2 minute responses. I'm not gonna get my hopes up, after all, a lib is a lib. " Off topic just a second. Two separate young ladies of college age identifying themselves as "community organizers" knocked on my door here in Las Vegas yesterday(Sunday) afternoon. They tried a rather clumsy push poll on me. Without being too rude I told them to shove off and demanded to know how they got in the gates we have here. Turns out they both had supporters who live here that brought them in.

No matter what happens, the media will spin this into a win for President Obama. President Obama could snort lines of coke off of Candy's cleavage and MSNBC would declare the debate a draw and spout that "there is no reason to change horses mid-stream". President Obama's performance at the first debate was so bad, the media went off script and criticized his performance immediately following the debate. I have no doubt that DWS and Axelrod called the media heads that night and screamed at them for failing to spin. They will not make the same mistake twice.

The headlines and stories are already roughly written... ''Obama scores comeback'', if he improves, or ''Obama scores big comeback'' if he holds his own with Romney. All the lazy corrupt media has to do is fill in the Obama zingers in those already written stories.
If Obama overdoes the Red Bull before the debate, they should make it pay-per-view, titled, ''Obama does Biden.'' Actually, after the first debate I really think they fear Romney. They bet on Ryan being polite and won that bet. In contrast, they know Romney will not stand there and take any funny business for very long at all without calling Obama out on it. And forcefully so.

Do you ever wonder how Obama gets away with the most outrageous acts ever perpetrated by a sitting president with barely a nick to his reputation? Did you scratch your head when not a single Justice Department or ATF official went to jail for sending hundreds of guns over the border to Mexican drug lords with the expressed purpose of fomenting violent crime? Do you really think high ranking government officials are going to be held accountable for the now blazing IRS and Benghazi scandals? If these and other questions like them have been bothering you for the past few years,

It is now safe to say that if one cannot see the abject evil of the Obama administration as well as the endemic corruption and criminality in our federal government, it is only because they are refusing to look. Due to what some are calling a “perfect storm of circumstances, three scandals have rocked Washington, but these are only the grossest symptoms of the systemic infection that has been festering there for decades. Those such as myself who suspected on September 12, 2012 that the Obama administration’s narrative relative to the attack on the US embassy in Benghazi, Libya,

The term Liberal Redneck will strike progressives as an absurd contradiction. Yet, Conservatives will have an immediate, wearying familiarity with the angry, judgmental, uninformed and doctrinaire viewpoint of this group. In fact, the Liberal Redneck is every bit as small-minded, bigoted, dismissive, self-righteous, judgmental, uneducated and intolerant as the worst fundamentalist. The problem in America today is that there is never a level playing field offered for the discussion of ideas. Therefore, most important topics are only mentioned in a predetermined format. In other words, one can mention, for example—gay marriage,

The deadly, almost under-cover assassin of conservatism in America is not the Fundamental Transformation of America-pushing Barack Obama and the Democrats but Karl Rove and his big-money financiers. Conservatism is the dead man walking in the politics of America today, and there’s no way to revive the corpse as long as Karl Rove is still at the GOP helm. From the Truth-is-stranger-than-Fiction department: A brilliant May 8 piece in the New York Times by Thomas B. We’re rapidly approaching a potential checkmate moment in the Mideast. There are 41 nations plus the U.S., for a total of 42 nations currently participating in military maneuvers off the coast of Iran. Despite all of the saber rattling about Iran, we are being deceived about the coming global battle, which will almost certainly begin in Syria, not Iran. What we are seeing is both deadly serious and under-appreciated by most Westerners, who have grown weary of wars and rumors of wars in the Mideast long ago. Exhaustion aside, the events continue to march Staff has edited headline.

The mainstream media no longer has the luxury of ignoring Benghazi. Nor can they brush it off as another Watergate type of scandal: nobody died by drowning or other means at Watergate. The emergence of the whistle blowers has made the story too big to ignore, as much as the media would prefer it would go away. You will note that when it wasn’t until after their beloved Obama was safely ensconced in the White House for another four years did the media show any interest in the biggest story of the administration.

What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript

WASHINGTON - There were new questions Saturday night concerning if anyone in the White House was aware of the IRS´ targeting of conservative groups. Inspector General Russell George said he informed a deputy at the Treasury Department in June of 2012 about the probe into the IRS. The Treasury Department confirmed the timeline but said they did not know the details of the investigation until last week.(Snip)Marcus Owens ran the tax-exempt division at the IRS for 10 years. He said it isn´t difficult to figure out who´s doing what at the agency.

It began in earnest last Friday. A flash mob of latte drinking, tofu eating media that has done its best to quell, rather than fan the flames of truth, turned on one of their own. Jay Carney lay bludgeoned at the base of the podium, a victim of friendly fire. Ironically, the attack was reminiscent of the one in Benghazi he has repeatedly denied the Administration he represents bears any responsibility for. “Changed twelve times?!” came the cries. And with good reason. We were misled; no, lied to.

In the wake of one of the worst abuses of government power in recent history, many are rushing to frame the Internal Revenue Service scandal as simply an attack on conservative activists. That view risks creating a partisan political football and misses a fundamentally scarier abuse that exceeds the scandals of Watergate or any other prior government abuse. The IRS has admitted that since May 2010 it targeted grassroots-conservative organizations that had applied for tax-exempt status, unfairly subjecting them to rigorous scrutiny due to their political leanings. Such groups were told they were required to comply with IRS requests,

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Friday urged congressional leaders to raise the debt limit and insisted that the White House is not going to negotiate over the increase because lawmakers have "no choice." "We will not negotiate over the debt limit," Lew wrote. "The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." Lew said that while President Obama is willing to discuss plans to reduce the nation´s deficit with Congress, those talks must be kept separate from any effort to raise the nation´s debt cap.

Washington – Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-MO, issued a video statement Friday in response to reports that the Internal Revenue Service unfairly targeted conservative nonprofit groups. (Snip) “There’s a reason Lady Justice wears a blindfold in America. That is because in America, we don’t apply the law based on who you are, who you know, or what you believe.
