| Williamsburg, Virginia– Amid a picture-perfect autumn weekend at an expansive Virginia resort and golf club, President Barack Obama spent much of Sunday sequestered indoors as he and his aides prepared for a pivotal second debate with rival Mitt Romney. In his one public appearance of the day – a quick trip to a local campaign field office to greet supporters – Obama reported his debate practice "is going great" but declined to elaborate further.Campaign aides are also revealing few details about the debate preparations to the dozen or so reporters who have followed Obama to the Kingsmill Resort

Romney pulling in big crowds on Ohio, while President Ladies Tee does remedial training in VA...
...leads me to predict Romney scores a TKO within five minutes after the start of the next debate by saying, "Mr President...you can change your debate style, but you can't change your record.".

Everyone keep in mind the MSM is looking for anything, and I repeat anything, that they can use to boost Obama. Romney caught everybody off guard because they all thought Romney was going to collapse.
Remember too, expectations have been lowered for Obama, and raised for Romney. Giving the MSM plenty of leeway to create any kind of narrative to say Romney lost the debate.

Hey CNN, If obama has any sense (and he does not) he will STAY hidden away and avoid getting crushed by Mitt Romney at the next debate and save himself and the Country more embarrassment! Now, THAT's must-see-TV!

Truly, the best thing he could do would be to act respectfully, genially, engaged, and humbly.
I'm pretty sure we can count on him NOT doing any of that!
So, I guess we wait and see what ridiculous persona he trots out.
I'm sure his base will eat it up with a spoon, but I'm just as certain it will turn off even more voters.

2:15 -- quick trip to campaign office

Is it any wonder it costs over a billion a year for the Obama's upkeep.I doubt if this country club can afford to shut down a whole weekend so Obama can play a round whenever he wants.

I'm sure that the Obama regime has put out the talking points. You'll see comment after comment and article after article all reflecting the same exact summary points. It's like the whole "Romney lied" meme a few days after the first debate. Suddenly! All the pundits had the exact same thought. Great minds et al, n'est-ce pas?

Los Angeles County coroner´s officials said Wednesday the body recovered from a fiery, single-car crash in Hollywood that apparently killed journalist Michael Hastings will likely undergo an autopsy Thursday. But an official cause of death and closure of the case is not likely for four to six weeks or perhaps longer, they said. Coroner´s officials are hoping the results will answer why the accident happened. Officials were attempting to match dental records to help make a positive identification. The Obama administration has reportedly tried to enlist the NBA in helping it sell Obamacare to the American people. It’s unclear whether a potential marketing partnership would put big-name players at the center of ad campaigns or if it would be as simple as putting the NBA trademark on marketing materials, Politico first reported today. People can begin signing up for Obamacare in October, with the new insurance coverage kicking in next year. Many have speculated that the enrollment campaigns would benefit from a celebrity endorsement or partnership with a major sports league.

An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli. Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.
