| Television censors labor to strip away naughty bits from your favorite television shows. Do they also exist to protect President Obama's reelection chances? The fall premiere of ABC's "Last Man Standing" sitcom starring Tim Allen felt the censor's sting, and the censoring had nothing to do with George Carlin's infamous seven dirty words. On Last Man Standing’s Season 2 premiere, set to air November 2...

Comments: Tim Allen is from Michigan and probably sees this and feels it more than the Hollywood types. Gee, not funny calling the POTUS something unflattering a couple days before the election, eh?

The future shall not belong to those who insults the prophet mohammad or the Empty Chair. Vote and pray like your life depends on it, because it does.

"...in the last days perilous times shall come...evil men and impostors shall become worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived..." (2 Timothy)...looks like we have one in the Whie House.....I was able to visit the U.S.S.R. many years ago and was in awe of the propaganda everywhere, restricted limits for tourists, wondering if you were being followed...anyway....never thought I'd see the day when it would be happening right here...

Anarchy is always an alternative. Not the bomb-throwing kind of crude rebellion, but the subtle little ways of reaching into the vipers' nest and snatching out their eggs, to crush them and prevent the next generation from ever being born. Or at least, to greatly decimate their descendents.
In the rule of tyranny, they invariably plant the seeds of their own defeat. They grow too comfortable, and forget the attention to detail that they used to get themselves levered into power in the first place.

Do they also exist to protect President Obama's reelection chances?
Does a bear do its business in the woods?
Is the Pope Catholic?
Does the sun rise in the east?
All four questions can be answered with the same word -- Yes.

Read the article folks. Tim Allen said he thinks it's funny when Conservatives use the 'communist' label to describe 0bama.
Doesn't sound like Timmy is against 0bama.

This is actually a good sign. Since the 50's the Communists among us sought to make it a word that no "sophisticated intelligent" person would use. They did this by social ostracism and ridicule.
Now it looks as if the Obammunist has not only given this powerful word new life - but also that the establishment left is newly afraid of its power.
This is something we need to be unafraid to say.

#6, I saw your last teachable moment and sympathize. I am convinced that there are retired pedants who lurk on this site solely for the pleasure of correcting or CENSORING the rest of us. Tiresome, but we have to remember that the First Amendment applies to everybody.

Few issues divide Democrats more than energy policy, as we´ve learned as unions and environmentalists fight over the Keystone XL pipeline. More evidence now comes from California, where greens have lost an attempt to ban oil and gas hydraulic fracturing. Democratic leaders brought their fracking moratorium bill to the Assembly floor last week, and their rank and file revolted. The bill lost 37-24, with 12 Democrats joining 25 Republicans to defeat it. Another 18 Democrats abstained, ...

U.K. stocks retreated, sending the FTSE 100 Index (UKX) lower for a second day, after the euro area forced Cyprus to adopt an unprecedented levy on bank deposits, threatening to reignite the region’s debt crisis. Barclays Plc (BARC) and Prudential Plc (PRU) led a selloff in financial firms, both falling at least 2.5 percent. Eurasian Natural Resources Corp. fell with mining companies as base metals declined and a newspaper said the company may write down more than $1 billion this week. The FTSE 100 Index lost 60.77 points, or 0.9 percent, to 6,428.88 at 10:33 a.m. in London,...

Hostility has been mounting this week in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, after two plainclothes police officers fatally shot 16-year-old Kimani Gray after he allegedly pointed a revolver at them on Saturday night. On Monday a group of about 130 people were marching toward the 67th Police Precinct station when about two dozen young protesters splintered off — drawing riot police — and trashed a Rite Aid. Tuesday the crowd was mostly calm, but on Wednesday — the same day Gray´s autopsy showed he had been shot seven times ...

Seconds after University of Michigan President Mary Sue Coleman banged the gavel to start Thursday´s Board of Regents meeting, the first student stood up. Freshman Daniel Morales took off his shirt to unveil a yellow T-shirt underneath. He took a piece of red tape and put it across his mouth. (Snip) About 100 students followed suit, one at a time, sitting quietly on the floor as part of a protest calling for U-M to offer in-state tuition to those students who went to high school in Michigan, but are undocumented residents. Post Thanksgiving ruminations and ruinations ... Question: When is it better to earn $29,000 than to earn $69,000? Answer: When you’re a single mom living in Pennsylvania. Why? Because, thanks to our generous welfare system, a single mom makes out better that way. When all the benefits are added up, the lower-paid single mom qualifies to receive $57,327 in net income and benefits, while the mom who earns $69,000 ends up with a net income and benefits of $57,045.

A group of whistleblowers, including a number of aviation experts, have come forward in a new documentary to claim that the official explanation for the crash of TWA Flight 800 was wrong and a gas tank explosion did not bring down the flight off the coast of Long Island 17 years ago. However, the six whistleblowers, all part of the original investigation team, stopped short of saying the plane was shot down. Flight 800, a Boeing 747, had just taken off from JFK airport with 230 people aboard on July 17, 1996 enroute to Paris when it exploded

An attorney whose firm represents two Benghazi whistleblowers said Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, lied to the Senate when he said there was never a “stand down” order during the Benghazi attack on Sept. 11, 2012. “What was fascinating is that he explained his lie to them,” Joe DiGenova, an attorney representing one of the whistleblowers, told CNSNews.com. “He actually said they were sent to Tripoli. They were needed in Benghazi,” said DiGenova, a former U.S. attorney, now with the Washington firm of DiGenova & Toensing.

Likening religious schools to segregation--a racist system that forced blacks to attend different schools and use different facilities than whites in the American South--President Barack Obama told a town hall meeting for youth in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Monday that there should not be Catholic and Protestant schools because such schools cause division. "Because issues like segregated schools and housing, lack of jobs and opportunity--symbols of history that are a source of pride for some and pain for others--these are not tangential to peace; they’re essential to it,"

Listening to Barack Obama give his speech in Belfast on Monday, it was hard not to stifle a yawn. I kept waiting for the part when he would say something interesting, but, about three quarters of the way through, realised it wasn’t going to come. Judging from television pictures some of his young audience felt the same, after the initial rush of euphoria of receiving the rock star president in their midst had passed. This is not surprising, for we had already heard this number about the inspirational role of the Northern Ireland peace process and the Emerald Isle’s

Celebrity chef Paula Deen admitted in a recorded deposition to telling racist jokes, using the N-word, and planning a slavery-themed wedding, according to multiple reports. The May 17 deposition where she made the alleged admissions is part of a $1.2 million lawsuit brought by Lisa Jackson, the former manager of a Savannah, Georgia, restaurant run by Deen and her brother Bubba Hiers. Jackson alleges in the suit that Deen used the N-word at the restaurant and that Hiers sexually harassed her. According to the reports, in the deposition, Deen replied “Yes, of course,”

Charlie Rose last night asked President Obama his new Syria policy. The president first objected to it being called a new policy. "I´m not sure you can characterize this as a new policy. This is consistent with the policy that I´ve had throughout," he said. Obama then explained the goal is regional stability, and especially in Syria. "Really, what we´re trying to do is take sides against extremists of all sorts and in favor of people who are in favor of moderation, tolerance, representative government, and over the long-term, stability and prosperity for the people of Syria," said Obama.

Marco Rubio. Paul Ryan. The IRS. Illegal immigration. And fraud to the tune of billions.. Now there’s a combustible mix. Let’s start with the IRS, illegal immigration and fraud. We’ll come back in a minute to Senator Rubio and Congressman Ryan. For those who came in late, a year before the IRS scandals burst onto the scene in early May of 2013, an alert investigative reporter for WTHR-Indianapolis (Channel 13), Bob Segall by name, produced a stunning piece of journalism. Segall’s video report is found here and we will quote from his story for the basics.
