Barry is absolutely right when he said words are the power to be most feared. Knowing this, leftists spend most of tbeir lives trying to learn how to be good manipulators and liars. They are masters at using words to mislead people and shape their perceptions. This is how some people who should otherwise be intelligent can also fall for their propaganda. Not all leftist followers are dumb or uneducated. A lot are just miseducated...misled...indoctrinated. But it is easier to get the ignorant and stupid to follow and, lucky for them, their numbers are higher than the smart folks. Anyway, the right may have truth on its side, but we need to be better at using words to our advantage. We don't think about it, because we have integrity and are not trying to manipulate others. Over a half-century ago I was a High School debater. Here's how it works. I was recruited in Jr HS by a HS speech teacher. Each year when the topic for the year was chosen I spent five months doing research before I was assigned a side [Until 2 weeks before the firt tournament I didn't know if I was pro or con]. It is all presentation. In over 100 tournament debates my partner and I lost one [1!]. We did our research and knew the subject and then moved on to worrying solely about presentation.

Barry's problem is, this ain't junior high school and the topic isn't chocolate vs. vanilla.
