| WASHINGTON — Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says the precise details of the deadly Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya are still unclear. But she says the Obama administration is committed to uncovering the truth. One month after the attack that killed the U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other Americans, Clinton said Friday that there is still "much" the administration doesn't know about what happened. Clinton said no one in the administration was motivated by anything other than determining the facts of the case

Hillary got jobbed by Obama in 2008.
She got jobbed by Obama again in 2012.
Obviously, she is a slow learner.

Anyone want to bet that Sec'y Clinton will not expect to have "the clear picture" at any time prior to the election on November 6th?

The administration is either lying or they are criminally incompetent.I guess those bumps in the road were the bodies of 4 Americans sacrificed on the liberal alter.

FTA: "of course, we are, as a government, doing what it takes to track down those who are responsible."
I wonder just what it is that we are doing to track down those responsible. It took several weeks for the FBI (FBI?) to even get to Benghazi, by which time the consulate had been ransacked and was unsecured, and they stayed there about 3 hours. Hmmm.

Oh, please! How dumb does Hitlery think we are? They know what happened but don't want to admit they are incompetent, unorganized, and plain stupid when it comes to forign policy. She's probably the worst of the lot and certainly the worst SofS ever. She's a do nothing, know nothing. She's on airplanes more than the Mulatto Kid but never accomplishes anything.
I don't understand why she hasn't been kicked out on her much-too-generous rear end except that the Seat-Warmer-in-Chief has probably been blackmailed by both of the Clintons unless he keeps her in office.
She's more than useless.

All that matters to Hillary is 2016. That a few `bumps in the road` got killed along the way, well, that`s just expected collateral damage on her road to the WH.
She is as heartless as Obama. That`s a communist trait doncha` know.

One of many good things you can say about President Obama is that he is loyal to his friends. But sometimes, he is loyal to a fault, as is the case with Attorney General Eric Holder. Presidential buddy or not, it’s time for Holder to go. You expect a Democratic attorney general to make Republicans unhappy — which Holder has, on several fronts. He was even held in contempt of Congress by House Republicans over the “Fast and Furious” gun-walking scandal.

DETROIT — Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has told a Detroit church audience that African Americans should pool their money and buy up property as a way to save the city.(snip) The leader of the Chicago-based movement says Christian ministers shouldn´t compromise in their opposition to gay marriage. He says there should be unity between Christians and Muslims because both faiths revere Jesus. He also says he isn´t anti-Semitic, citing the fact he´s "never been arrested, not even for spitting on a sidewalk" and has never defaced a synagogue.

Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.), the Senate Finance Committee Chairman, predicted in an interview airing Sunday that the scandal surrounding the Internal Revenue Service selectively targeting conservative political groups will grow. “I have a hunch that a lot more is going to come out, frankly,” Baucus told Bloomberg News. “It’s broader than the current focus.” Steven Miller, the acting commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service who was ousted earlier this week, is testifying Friday before the House Ways and Means committee in what is expected to be the first of many congressional grillings over the scandal.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., charged Republicans with “exploiting” the questions surrounding the Benghazi talking points, the AP phone records seizure, and the IRS scandal in order to attack President Obama because “they fear” his agenda and eloquence. “This president — they make so much of these issues because this president is such a great president,” Pelosi told reporters during her weekly press briefing. “They will use talking points on Benghazi, they will use the IRS, they will use AP, as, I think, subterfuges — evasions — of what the American people want us to do.”

Public Policy Polling´s new national survey paints a rather unprecedented picture for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie´s 2016 aspirations -- one that is alternatively beneficial and uncomfortable. According to PPP, Christie earns favorable ratings across political ideologies, something that hasn´t been seen in a potential presidential nominee since Republican John McCain in 2008. Overall, 40 percent of Democrats, 41 percent of Republicans, and 45 percent of Independents view Christie favorably. He is the only potential 2016 candidate who earns favorable views across party lines

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has a personal reason for wanting to ban discrimination in the workplace. "My niece is a lesbian," Reid told the Huffington Post on Wednesday. "She´s a school teacher. Her employment shouldn´t be affected with that. We should have a law that says that, not just the good graces of wherever you work." Reid´s revelation is just the latest example of a member of Congress explaining a personal reason behind a political stance.

What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript

PRESIDENT OBAMA: You are the mantle of Frederick Douglass and Booker T. WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

The Washington Post on Monday reported that Obama’s Department of Justice was investigating journalists before they started wiretapping the Associated Press – for one, Fox News correspondent James Rosen in 2010. Their headline wasn´t "Obama Team Also Spied on Fox News." Fox wasn´t in the headline, on A-1 or on A-12, where the story continued. Newly obtained court documents “reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010.” Reporter Ann Marimow began:

A senior adviser to President Obama mounted a combative defense of the administration on Sunday, saying the controversies enveloping the White House were the result of Republican lawmakers’ trying to “drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped-up hearings and false allegations.”The remarks came from Dan Pfeiffer, a member of the president’s inner circle, as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning talk shows in an effort to move the administration past what commentators have described as a “hell week” of controversy and missteps.

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?" Judge Andrew Napolitano explained that the question about guns comes out of a post-Sandy Hook executive order by President Obama, but it will be required under Obamacare. Varney expressed amazement
