I am sure that it was very comforting to the families of the murdered Americans that the two people, most responsible for their loved ones deaths, were there to exploit them for one last photo op.

The hand-holding reeks of a planned attempt to show cohesion in the administration. This tells me it doesn't exist. At some point, Barry is going to throw Hillary under the bus, and that is when the long knives come out from the Arkancide patrol.
